My first visit with my new Doc at a new health care facility. I was happy to see that the place was very nice and clean. The staff their was friendly and helpful. The lab and x-rays was on the 1st floor and right across the hall is the pharmacy. Everything you need under one building is the best. I am glad I chose this health center.

I feel bad for saying this but, no one there seems to care, i explain to them im feeling bad close to being suicidal and all i want is help, instead they gave me a appointment for month and a half from now, when i specificly said i don't feel like i could last this week coming up, but i guess it is what it is...

Last night I took my 5 months old daughter to urgent care here at this facility at 8pm. Even tho their hours show 9pm last patient/close time,m and even tho Santa Clara county social service agent told us they should take us in ANY time before 9pm. My daughter is 5 months old and she has redness on/around her neck. She keeps itching it and can’t sleep. They all saw how uncomfortable my daughter was and she was itching. They said, “Sorry, we have 3-4 patients inside, you should go to this hospital, they take patients until 10pm.” I can’t believe they didn’t take her in even tho they had 1 more hour time.

Stupen place trying to make an appointment.......3 hours in the phone never answer......in person they give me wrong information.....this place sucks....all the time is the same. Government don't Care this place....

This place is where you need to go If you are scared to death of dentist, like me they've extracted 3 teeth so far and I have yet to feel any pain. I had a bad experiance at a well known clinic W.....n Dental treated me like I was a big baby, come to find novacain does not work if you have an infection. WEST..N DENTAL. Thank God I came here instead.

Got both my COVID-19 vaccine shots here. Helpful staff and are very organized. I was in and out very quickly. Highly recommended.

Beware of Dr Luhua Cheng. She is completely void of empathy, has the worst bedside manner and literally laughed in my husband’s face when he asked her to stop raising her voice at him. Yes, she raised her voice multiple times after she had asked him what was wrong. She was completely dismissive of his health issues and when brought up that he suffered from mental health issues she laughed at him. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor popped her head out she rolled her eyes and went back into the office she was in. It is unfortunate that the clinic treats people like this because it’s government insurance.

Why is it that you get here 15 minutes early. To wait half hour in the lobby then another 45 mins in the room. This is not okay! Everyone's time should be respected. It is 4:04 appt at 3:00 here since 2:45 and still haven't been seen. So rude Dr. Frankenburg!!!

I've been a patient here for years and years and I can't say I've ever had a good experience. If you need medical help with anything at all, SCVMC doctors will blatantly ignore messages (patients are unable to call doctors offices directly). I've gone through many doctors like this. And forget trying to get an appointment or test results or surgery or medication. Makes me wonder how many people have died because SCVMC doctors don't want to do their jobs... like at all. Not even bare minimum.

This place is my Doctors site I come here for my regular check ups Pharmacy an laboratory downs tairs And upstairs for my primary care to do all her routine examinations necessary referrals, I often visited this clinic every 2 or 3 months.

Love this place staff is very caring,happy and, friendly. Got a routine mammogram. It's amazing when your completely comfortable with a complete stranger. In and out in under40 minutes. Perfect bedside manner, it was actually. Fun!!!I i know right!? But it was we were laughing and joking,,

I'm so glad I changed from BACC to Tully Medical Center, ever since I started coming here my medical and dental experience has been nothing shy of excellent. Not to mention I love my OB doctor, Dr. Vallejo is by far the best OB I've ever had. The staff is always nice and understand especially when it comes to any questions or concerns you as a patient may have. Special thanks to Vanessa in OB for always being so kind.

Went for an emergency tooth ache and the Dr was so helpful was able to remove my tooth the same day! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am forsure coming back! I highly recommend this dentist.

Quick in and out service at the pharmacy. Also walk in was great no appt. needed for Covid-19 shot. Best of all the nurse put me at ease as she gave me my shot and it really was pain less. So glad I finally got my first shot. No more fear getting my second shot. No waiting in line , parking space is great.❤️

This place is unprofessional! Call today to schedule an appointment for my 5 year old daughter who is really sick! The way the customers sever woman ( Michelle) answer was rude and unprofessional! I don’t see anything funny about kids being sick! I would never bring my kids to this place!

WHEN CALLING TO SPEAK WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS LIKE RECORDS OR REFERRALS THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THIS. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF I WERE GIVEN THESE OPTIONS AS I AM A REFERRAL FOR DME AND WOULD NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN REFERRALS.

They were having some kind of event so there was no parking available. I let my son out of the car to go to the lab and drove around for a good 15 minutes until my son came out!

This place need more smarter workers . The pharmacy has dumb ladies working there. 1 out 5 know what they are doing . Only 1 vietnamese guy who is quick and know what he is doing. There is Mexican lady who mean and rude half the time.

Very poor clinic to see a doctor. They just send you to main hospital. Not really a treating clinic. An some doctors & staff here are rude. Especially the mexican guy at check in.

Very nice, sometimes difficult to find parking closer to the entrance. All the nurse work in there a very nice, friendly. Good clinic

COVID vaccination. Very organized with minimal waiting. Many people, but not crowded, as lines were moving steadily. Super friendly staff. Total time was under one hour. Ample parking.

Got my covid vaccine here. Very well organized and a very smooth and pipelined process. The team is very friendly. We were already impressed when we got our first vaccine. Our second vaccine today was even easier than the first. Well done, team!
