We definitely done with food here. We bought fish and found worms 🪱 inside. Costco customer service said it’s fine and can happen some time 💁‍♀️I’m not sure how fine is it…

A smaller Costco we've been visiting for over a decade. It is less busy than the one in Sunnyvale, including the auto center. As always excellent selection and prices that go along with great service. Turn left when you get in to find parking more easily.

Pretty standard Costco. Clean, nice staff (if you can get a hold of them). Most of the time they have the common Costco items. The only downside here is the parking lot. The spots are narrow and hard to find.

Paola at merchandise pick up helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and upbeat. excellent service. does actually open at 08:30 a.m. lately parking lot no so jam packed staff courteous and helpful. good Court has limited selection allowed to fill own soda and put condiments on hot dogs(last year had to ask for small containers) no picnic tables inside or outside. bathroom sink still has plexi dividers. optical in small space by entrance. Good eyeglass from selection. Range of sizes men's, women's and kids. only cheese and pepperoni pizza slices( no combo). food samples are offered again.

Costco in Mountain View is absolutely amazing! I love Costco, the only problem is that if I go I must be prepared to spend no less than 100$ dollars. In fact, just make sure not to go on an empty stomach lol 😆 The last time I did that I spent over 350$ dollars. I definitely has plenty of tools to last through the winter. After all most of what I buy is consumed only by me. I love the mango salsa they have. So much in fact I bought 3 last time I went🫣

Costco is Costco — but this one in Mountain View is amongst the better ones. No gasoline is probably the only missing piece. Parking is easy even on weekends. Crowds are half that of Sunnyvale, and infinitely more civil imho. Staff has been polite and helpful to us — especially the optical dept. Returns have always been easy and stress free for me.

Great Costco…adding photos. And the 4% gas rebate is on any gas, worldwide, up to $7,000/year. NEW: 4% on EV charging also!

This store has everything you want in a costco store. Lots of parking. No gas station though. Staff is great as always. Lots of resturants around.

We just had our tires rotated at the Mountain View Costco (we go there all the time) and Steve Cervantes was ABSOLUTELY amazing and totally helped us out! He noticed an issue with our wheel and went above and beyond to take us through the entire process on how to go about getting it fixed! He also helped us immensely in replacing our car battery as well, providing guidance on how to replace it and minimizing the cost by ensuring the full warranty was applied. The way Steve took care of us just serves as a huge reminder why we only buy our tires and car batteries from Costco. Thank you Steve and Costco!

I just love Costco. Specially when they have my favorite wine. Of course every Costco is different but you can always ask the wine stewards to point you to the right kind or where they have sales. Of course, don’t forget to do your own research. I bought a full case of Clay Sh. Cab and I cannot wait for them to bring more, to buy another case. 😉😅 Cheers 🍷update: as of May19, 2022, Costco has restocked this great wine. Get them while they last.

They've got a lot of stuff, but often relocated from visit to visit, making it somewhat difficult at times to get in and get out with the items you want in a short period of time, which is my modis operandi. If you are going to buy a lot of stuff, then it is great. There's new stuff to examine all the time. One huge drawback is the presence of very few employees available you can ask for assistance finding stuff.

This is a great Costco. Pretty convenient and very good service. Also wasn't too bad for a Saturday afternoon although it does get intermittently busy. Return line was short when I got in in the mid afternoon but long by the time I left. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.

I was been customer in this Costco for many years and was happy always. But not today, when I was checking out they said my member card was blacklisted. And they kept me there and wait for over 10 mins but found nothing wrong. When I asked them why they said there is one bottle limit alcohol that might be the reason. But I only bought one and that was yesterday, it also showed in their system. Ok, the system made a mistake I understand it. But the entire time nobody said a sorry, they looked at me like a criminal. During their investigation, the registry asked me three times if I let anyone else use my member ship. Nice job guys!

I like Costco. The Mountain View Costco has more selection on moon cake than the sunnyvale one :)

Costco is always a solid place. Food and product quality is always solid. Prices are good. In the store today, they handled a strange issue I had with an online purchase. I am grateful for that.

You have to love this place! There is a huge collection of goodies. Have you seen their diamond rings lately? They shine at the best prices!

I miss the Costco of 10+ years ago with more variety of gourmet cheese and fresh seafood where you can pick fresh clams, mussels and crab. They used to carry oysters (in big jars). Hard to find it now. They seem to go for middle of the range frozen foods now too. Still good price for things like olive oils, but they no longer carry small batch olive oils like they used to. I am buying more and more items from Trader Joes, especially cheese and specialty items. BTW, finding worms in fresh fish in poke is not fine! That is dangerous. I feel for the other reviewer finding it her purchase. That is gross.

My first time at this location. My friend bought an iPhone. Then we enjoyed a sundae. It wasn't crowded around 3pm.

I usually don't leave negative feedback, but I have to do this here. Most of Costco service is really great, except for this place. Pharmacy is the worst. I have my dog prescription for heart worm. Doctor gave one refill, which is clearly written in prescription. But Pharmacist (Wei Zhou) was really weird to ask me to call to clinic doctor to call to her. I had my prescription filled multiple times in past but no one asked to call to doctor. It took +15min. Then, +30min later I got message that it is ready to pick up. When I went to counter, it was only 6month amount. asked for refill as it is written in prescription. But this weird pharmacist requested me to call to doctor office!!!!!! I had to call again and ended up wasting my time more than 1 hour. And cashier at counter was also very unkind. Glum face, no greeting. I would not go to this place.

What can I say about Costco that you don't know? The products are great quality but come in large quantities. Taking care to only buy things you'll use a lot or that you can split with a friend or family member can help you reduce waste. Freezing meats and breads right away for use at a later date is also a good strategy. This Costco was well stocked. The staff member in the self-checkout was super helpful this afternoon (7/22/22). Costco also does a good job of following trends evidenced today by a wide array of popular house plants.

Fairly busy during the weekend, but overall great customer service. Also they do have versions of chocolate packages for the Halloween on sale right now. So, go get your before they ran out of them!😎

Love the Costco experience. So many amazing things to buy. But more importantly, at a time when expenses are seeming climbing without end, it is even more important than ever to take advantage of the bargains in bulk and otherwise. And returns are easy.

Largest Costco in the US. You can get your steps in here! It's like a Costco and a business center combined. You can find restaurant amounts of food as well as the typical Costco amounts of food (ie 5 heads of lettuce or 10 lbs of lettuce ) They have a huge variety and we have consistently found what we need. The one downside is that not all employees wear face masks. Some only wear face shields which seems a little dicey.

This place doesn’t have a gas station, which is pretty annoying, since this is our local Costco and we try to do Costco gas for credit card savings. Other than that, it’s self serve air for tires. The selection at this location is okay. I find it better than the Sunnyvale location because I’m not Asian. I like Asian food, but I typically don’t need to buy bulk shrimp chips and other very specifically Asian foods that the Sunnyvale location has. This does have a few Asian options but it’s not as saturated as Sunnyvale.
