UPDATE: I see the restaurant responded to my review. I asked the waitress for a Manager while I was still there and was told there wasn't one available. From the response they gave me below, I was "slandering" them. Um, NO, I was just warning others to pay attention to the bill. The waitress thought it was fine to charge me more than what the menu said. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I see it as a learning opportunity. ORIGINAL POST: I've been coming to this restaurant weekly, in fact, I ordered the same thing (Cobb salad) tonight as I did just three days ago. The menu states the price of $11.95. On 2/3/23 that's the price that I paid. Tonight I went there for the exact same meal and the waitress charged me $18.95!!! The waitress Cameryn could have cared less when I asked her why it was not the price shown on the menu. She shrugged her shoulders and said well you-know-what food costs have gone up. Well, that's fine and all but when I order something I like to know how much it really is! I was NOT prepared to pay $19 for a salad that by the way had no avocado or blue cheese crumbles like it was supposed to. Totally UNCALLED for. I will NEVER eat there again....EVER!! BUYER BEWARE!

Wings!!! Overtime sauce is fantastic. Can even have them make it hotter if you like. Pizza was made just the way we asked. Overtime really wants the customer to get what they want and enjoy it. Wings with OT sauce and large PMS (pepperoni mushroom sausage) pizza thin and well done. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay there. Amazing Pizza and also the Beer choices you got are nice. Our crew can very much recommend this Restaurant 💪🏽

A very nice place to eat and chill. Food is good and atmosphere is great. Service was great when I was there. I got a hamburger that was very good. Nice place to check out.

Have been going to overtime since it was changed to overtime. The previous owners were great. Always saw one or both of them everytime we went in. Used to patronize overtime once twice or even more a week. Always took family friends there when visiting. Couldn't even tell you who the new owners are, or if there is a manager in the building. So company comes in town, we say this place is usually pretty good let's try again. So starts out they give our table to someone else even though my phone was paged. So I go up and ask, they say well her name was... And I said well my phone was texted. We sit down, took longer than we have ever waited to be acknowledged. Can understand busy, short handed, but when the food is brought out wrong, can't find out wait staff. Then she takes my nieces food back. It definitely was not remade. It was terrible and she didn't eat it. My sister in laws food was not good either. Couldn't get drink refills. Only time we saw the wait staff after the food was brought out wrong again was to get payment. If there was a manager in the building, he was working harder bussing tables than the bus boy was. And if it was a manager, definitely avoided our table along with the waitress. Have never been this disappointed with any restaurant, especially Overtime. Maybe the owners need to be there when they are busy once in awhile.

We used to eat here at least once a week. After this, we won’t return. The potato skins were a favorite, I was shocked to open my carry out order tonight! They’re mini potato skins!! Less than half the size of what used to be served. Sadly, the restaurant was mostly empty- something I haven’t seen since pandemic days. Clearly, these small portions for slightly higher prices are not worth paying for. 😔 We will definitely find a different favorite spot. Don’t bother disagreeing, we’ve slowly stopped coming and won’t change our minds. The portions overall are much smaller (2 weeks ago the Philly was MUCH smaller, with barely a handful of fries). Smaller portions, prices rising and rude staff. Don’t recommend anyone bother! *edit- pictures don’t lie. Vague responses like ‘not typical’ referencing other people’s experiences do not negate the simple fact that the picture of food served last night shows TINY potato skins. New owners = smaller portions!

I’m extremely disappointed in this $9 Cesar salad. I called to express my concern and was too “too bad, that’s the way the salad comes”. It’s $1 worth of lettuce, at best, with no croutons or cheese. Would you pay $9 for this?

Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I'll gladly make the journey to one of the overall best sports bars around! Great food that comes out fast. The staff is like a well-oiled machine. But it's the ambiance that I find the most appealing. It's quite large and spacious if you want to be part of a group, yet there are many quiet, cozy nooks if you don't. Highly recommended.

We go here all the time. The atmosphere is fun, the food is consistently good! We have never had a bad meal here and have been there at least 20 times. Very kid and adult friendly.

Came down from New Jersey for the first time to Cape Coral and was brought here by my family I came to visit. Very impressed ! Great service, food was great, and a fun atmosphere! We watched football on the big tv and had a great time 2 days in a row we came back because it was so much fun ! Ask for Leilani or Tara they were excellent servers! Try the wings hot, blackened mahi fish tacos, mussels marinara, burger & onion rings, everything we had was great and served quickly! Only downfall they don’t have coffee on the menu but that’s it! Come early they are packed you’ll need to get on the waitlist for sports especially football !

We’ve come to Overtimes for many years. Our favorite has always been the pizza over pretty much every other restaurant. The past 2 times we have eaten there and ordered the pizza we have been disappointed. We tried again yesterday and honestly it was okay at best. There was barely any sauce and the toppings were sparse. The crust is usually crispy and perfect. Yesterday it was thin and limp. We took home leftovers and today we couldn’t eat all of them. We don’t know what happened to change the pizza but please change it back. Service is always great and we love going there.

The wings were good. They fried the wings well done, which is what I like. I had medium sauce which had a slight kick. I liked that. My wife had the tuna tar tar. She fell in love with it. She said it was the best she ever had. Definitely would go back.

Overtime has been our go to place for Stromboli's and hoagies since moving to the Cape. The food is really good but we’ve noticed the size of the Stromboli keeps shrinking. The price is the same but it seems half the size of what it’s been in the past

This place was many different things before OT. Finally something that stuck. The place is Fing huge so you’re never going to wait on a table. Great local sports bar with awesome pizza. My favorite wings and nachos when I go to Florida. Pretty much anything I’ve had was really good. Cool environment for sports and it’s family friendly.

We love eating at Overtime Pizza. Try to stop in to dine every other week for their pizza. I’d say it’s the best pizza we’ve had in Cape Coral. Lots of TVs for sports enthusiasts. Servers seem very happy and are hustling working hard. Mgmt seems to have their act together. Highly recommend. Their health inspections look solid as the quality and taste of their food. I recommend highly.

We've been getting cheese steaks and fries ever since you opened. Always fantastic!So we never ordered off the menu. Yesterday we had a vegetarian pizza the crust was fantastic the flavor was great what a great surprise now we have two things that we will order.Going to have to start trying new stuff off the menu more. You all work so hard and it shows! Thanks for being one of our go to places.

Had a wedding shower here today. Very awesome! Our server, Jacob I believe, was awesome. Stayed On top of drink orders, food set up and ready to go on time, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The food was great too. Thank you for helping to make this a great experience for us and the happy couple.

I haven’t been here since the new ownership. I Arrived to pick up my take out. No one at the front desk. The place was empty. Went to the bar, no employee to be found. Asked a guy, who was heading into the kitchen about picking a take away order and he said “go to the front desk”. Ok? Still no one there. Eventually someone showed up. I had a take out of pizza and fries. Not a difficult order. But when I got home I was very disappointed to see both the pizza and fries were over cooked and dry. YUCK!! I’m not used to this poor quality of service and food from OT. Very disappointing.

We were there for a private party upstairs at The Loft and the servers were absolutely on top of their game and the drinks were very good. We didn't eat this time but I've never had a bad meal there. Our friends had their pizza and it's so good. And they're New Yorkers if that tells you anything.

They run a very good place at Overtime. We had a blast and they kept up with all the games on the TV, right when they ended. I didn’t see anyone just standing around. Even the manager was all over the place, helping the restaurant in every area. Everyone that walked by us said hi and everyone said bye when we left. We felt like we were family. We will be back!

We have been coming here for a while now and I have to say the reason we continue to patronize this restaurant is the STAFF! As a corporate trainer for a high end hotel I know exceptional service! We have been all over looking for “ our” spot and this is it! Miranda ( the bartender) always remembers our drinks and names as well as her other guests! No matter how busy she pays attention to detail and guests! Eli ( the manager) never misses an opportunity to greet us by name and check how we are doing! He is the example of what a manager should be. Always checking on the staff , jumping in or just a kind word! Staff can make or break an establishment! Kudos to the entire staff at overtime! I know it has recently changed hands and hope that the wonderful staff and great food will remain unchanged!

New ownership, not as good. Can definitely tell the difference in the food, smaller portions, just not as good. The pretzel bites and the mozzarella sticks were almost burnt. They now charge for every glass of soda or tea, so make sure you ask for little or no ice because we paid $9.00 for a glass of iced tea that was refilled with mostly ice twice. Wasn’t nearly as busy as usual, so people must be catching on. This used to be one of our “go to” restaurants.

Good food at a decent price. Nice portion sizes. This place is nice to watch any sporting event. They have alot of tvs and the staff are very nice. However, when it's busy please be patient.... it gets busy. You'll like the place.

I have just thinking, I used to go and eat with my wife almost every week until 2 years ago when we would always set at the bar or the tables close to the bar area, we sat down at a vacant table one of the one I had used for years and a very young lady told me I have to leave my table couldn’t set there I explained I alway set here , she booted us out, so after 2 years it is amazing what bad employees can do, I now always tell people not to go to your establishment. Have found food just as good or better since then. Xcustomer

We went out yesterday, 3 kids and 4 adults. We had an amazing experience the service was fantastic, I didn’t catch my servers name but we were his last table. The food was DELICIOUS BETTER THAN I IMAGINED. The ahi crab wonton and blue crab dip are 🔥🔥. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town 😁

First time here and we were very pleased. Ask for Melissa because she is a fantastic server who hustles nonstop to make sure you have everything you need. The homemade ranch dressing is yummy. My husband’s meat lovers Stromboli was loaded and a great size. Great choice of beers too!

Absolutely the best bacon cheese fries we've ever eaten. I could do this again at least twice, lol! We will absolutely be back to try other menu items, this may be our latest favorite place! Really, really enjoyed watching the Chiefs game with a bunch of other fans, great time!

Outrageously busy spot, so they must be good. Had takeout for pizza, wings, and a salad. They forgot the dressing, but I wasn't even surprised due to how busy they were. Pizza was good, ranks in the upper middle for local spots. Wings were actually very good. Service for pickup was unclear and not very welcoming. You just kind of queue up with everyone waiting for a table and then stand awkwardly off to the side. A little bit of, "Thank you, please hang tight for just a moment and we'll have your food right out" definitely beats swiping my card and then walking away.

Only got a carry out pizza this time. Pizza was hot and ready, not the best in the area for our tastes, but much better than most. We got the Greek pizza. This is an excellent restaurant with a fantastic menu( not just pizza), great service and fast kitchen. I usually give it a 5 star rating 😊

My sister and I were here for the KC-Cinn playoff game on January 30 and sat at the bar. Let me tell you those ladies were hustling -- never skipped a beat getting bevvies to the people sitting at the bar and their servers. Food was great and a fun atmosphere for watching the playoff game. Highly recommend.

Came here on a Saturday evening for my son’s bday dinner. It was great experience from the great food, to the great service, friendly staff and generous portions. Madeline was our server and she kept up making sure our drinks stayed filled up to good recommendations on the menu. Thank you for making this a special evening!!!

After living in the Cape for over 2 years, this is definitely the nicest place we have been to watch a game. There was live music upstairs too. Very attentive bartender. Pizza and stromboli were basically the best we have had in the Cape. Fairly good beer lineup too.

After attempting 2 or 3 other places for dinner, we ended up here, and are we glad we did! The food and service were great.

Tonight was my graduation..everyone was super nice. We got served within minutes. The food is great. Apparently Verizon cell towers went down tonight due to the storm and the employees helped us get a cab. Thank you so much for making my night even more special. We will be back again soon. Wow what an amazing experience... We were lucky enough to bring in fresh caught fish right from the gulf and then the experience here began... The owner welcomed us and made our experience the best. Service was on point too. The chef at overtime absolutely out did himself. He took our fresh fish to a whole nother level... Absolutely perfect. One of our favorite places. Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner and experience!

Love the blue crab dip! The atmosphere is great and on game days there are TVS and projector. Parking can be tricky if it is a big game day. Seating usually isn’t a huge wait time…most I have waited in 6yrs is 30mins.

Our meal was delicious the burgers were exceptionally good and tasted like home made. Their Strombone is huge. Sweet tea is definitely not southern sweet. Every was over the top including our service.

Server was great. Very personable. Food was not good at all. Cheese steak was dry, one piece of green pepper was found in the whole sandwich. Ceasar wrap very dry, no sauce or parmesan cheese on it. Disappointed. Would we go back, probably not.

I am very disappointed by the quality and portion size decrease. I had Overtime in August 2021 and it was great, great portion. My wrap was half the size of when I got it last time. I wanted to show my family this restaurant to come to find out it changed significantly.

We came to watch one of the FIFA world cup soccer games and the bar was super-crowded. We were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff amidst the craziness and complimented our waitress in person. We asked her to send her boss over but were never able to speak with the boss so we could make a compliment on our waitress' behalf. Big time applause to Overtime for the delicious appetizers, (wings are the bomb!) and scrumptious pizza. All the staff we encountered worked in incredible unison and they were super-diligent, attending to our drinks and cleaning the tables before we even asked. Food came very quickly for how crowded it was! As a side note, when I used the restroom one of the toilets was not flushing properly and I was able to open the back, lift the plunger, and flush it manually. The staff was already aware and working the problem however. By the time I finished in the restroom THREE staff members were there attempting a fix! Big time KUDOS to all staff for busting your humps at the workplace, for your attentiveness, expedient bussing of tables, and for addressing issues and customer needs with seeming ease. I highly recommend this establishment for excellent food and attentive service! There's a reason the crowds come flocking to Overtime as their venue of choice. Thanks so much for the great food and service.

Went to Overtime tonight for supper. This place never disappoints. Our waitress Kaitlynn was amazing. I highly recommend her, the service and attention to detail was right on. Thank you Kaitlynn for an awesome night. Also shout out to Gabby for getting us a table. Everyone needs to come here for a great dinner and to listen to the music.
