This is one of the best run Hilton hotels I’ve been too. Everything was clean and the coffee was fresh. The front desk was very accommodating and the breakfast was also clean and stocked. I will be doing more travel to Ft Myers over the next year will go out of my way to stay here.

The very sweet lady in charge of the breakfast, her name is Kim,was so nice and attentive to everyone but when I mentioned I had chocolate waffles at this location a year or so ago, and i loved them, she went out of her way to make them the following morning. I was so amazed at that magnanimous gesture. She has a heart of gold and a smile that lights up a room. She could teach people what hospitality is all about!! Thank you Kim. and clean. Great value. Professional and friendly staff.

The location is really the best as far as getting in and out with ease. Daniels Pkwy & Colonial have everything you would need all very close. The rooms are clean with well positioned furnishings. The daily hot breakfast is a huge plus and the staff is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting Nancy and Canopy. Highly recommend!!

Clean, quiet hotel adjacent to I-75. Decent free breakfast 7-10 AM. Free coffee and tea station in the lobby 24/7. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is within 5 minutes of both spring training sites (Red Sox and Twins) Hurricane Ian pretty much put Fort Myers beach out of business probably for another year, otherwise a trip to the beach was less than a 20 minute drive.

We were visiting from Orlando and had a great stay! Nancy and Joan were amazing at check in and check out. Very warm and accommodating. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept very well. This is a great location because it is close to a lot of restaurants and the malls are not too far away either. We will definitely come back to stay the next time we are in Fort Myers!

Breakfast was great, flavorful and a lot of options for a complimentary one. The staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We arrived really late and they were super fast in accommodating us. In the morning other staff member, i think she was cleaning, was so nice. She asked if we find everything we needed. Everybody was more than friendly. Room was great, spacious, exactly what we needed. We’ll be back.

Edit: manager contacted me. Credit was given. But more importantly the proper steps were taken to address the situation and to hopefully stop it from happening again. As a recommendation I would say there should be "tip envelopes" in the room.. this not only invites guests to tip their housekeepers but also ensures that the money is intended to he taken. Thank you Beth for reaching out. As a courtesy I am changing my previous 2 stars to 4 stars. I hope that some steps are/were taken to ensure anyone at any time is able to properly accommodate guests (at the appropriate times) instead of deflecting and hoping that it's dropped. Thank you again and I look forward to potential business in the future. Don't leave money out in YOUR room. Housekeeping must have thought I left them a decent tip or something because they took all the cash I had in my room near my personal belongings. Lady at the front desks response: "I'll leave a note for housekeeping". That's not good enough. I asked for my account to be credited with the amount that was taken from my room, she said she cant do that. I requested to speak with a manager and was told that there is no manager to speak with tonight and that they won't be in until 10 am. Really?? 10 am? Must be nice to be a manager eh? I stayed 90+ nights in Hilton last year, and this happens on my 1st stay this year. I'll be considering Holiday Inn from here on out if this is how I'm going to be treated. Also, laundry from 10 am to 5 pm? Again uhh how do I do laundry when I work from 6 am to 6 pm.. THANKS HILTON you've really got the working customers in mind don't you!?

My stay has been very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, the parking is very convenient, everything is well stocked for breakfast and in the room (including extra towels!). Every staff member has said hi and they are all super friendly. Only thing that could be improved is updating the suites with modern fixtures. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff is amazing. Very helpful and courtesies. My room and the halls smelled like ferbree. The gym had the worst oder. The pool was not cleaned around the inner walls. They have satellite, so if the weather is not close to perfect, don't count on watching major movie channels.

I was in town for work and I had a great stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk could not have been any nicer. My room was quiet and clean

Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great. I was greeted when I arrived. Room was clean and quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. I had no complaints.

Stayed there during hurricane Ian. Power went out 11 am Wednesday - the day of the storm. No generators! Hilton is supposed to be a higher-end brand I expect more. No lights in the hallway. I can't fathom why they would not have at least placed flashlights in hallways for some light. Next water line broke. Breakfast lacked any plain egg/omelet option. Only omelets with veggies. Sliced ham. Everything else carbs carbs carbs. If you are Keto or diabetic there is almost nothing for you. The room was dated and worn but ok. The front staff was very nice especially considering the situation. While it did provide safe shelter I find it ridiculous they charged for such a poor experience.

My daughter stayed one night in another room and left her pillow. Housekeeping brought it to us the next day. Me and my wife can't say enough about this place, top notch. Thankyou, Mr. & Mrs. Kevin. A Grimes

Great location, 10 minutes from airport right off of I-75. Shuttle from airport is a great service Friendly staff, free breakfast is nice. Shower was a little drippy. Otherwise room was great. Only issue was the driver for the 4:30 am shuttle decided to sleep in so had to call Uber. But the woman at the desk was great, gave me cash for the Uber. So just a minor inconvenience that she handled really well. Would definitely stay there again. They do need to button up the shuttle to the airport. Time is of the essence when traveling.

Staff was nice and friendly. They get all the points. BUT Cost was too high for such a small room with no view of anything. For reference you can stay on the beach in Santa Barbara (one of the most expensive towns in the US) for $140, see Cabrillo Inn at the Beach. Walking distance to the ocean! So $160+ nearly $200 with tax/fees for a stay in Ft. M. near Walgreen's is ridiculous. Also, the 6AM shuttle left at 6:12AM which made getting to my flight on time very tight. After the night clerk assured me it would leave on time. Next time I'm in town I'll be checking out some of the cheaper properties in the area as the amenities the this H.I. property was nothing special. BUT nice people:)

The staff were very accommodating with daily requests, complicated billing and room changes, and things like early check-in, checkout, dry cleaning, rooms service requests, etc. Breakfast service was also the friendliest I've ever experienced. Location was right across the street from my venue and easy to access while safe from the busy yet convenient Daniels parkway.

This hotel is rather expensive for an average hotel. Room was fine and clean but cheaply appointed for the most part. Tile in the bathroom when wet is very slick. Breakfast has many types of muffin, bread, waffles, and, a few dairy like yogurt, milk, eggs. Only potatoes besides eggs, no meat, no greens or vegetables. The fruit was bananas and apples and looked beat up. The fitness center was so minimalist it can hardly be called a fitness center but will do. Elevators are super slow even where there are no people and for only 3 floors. The staff does seem considerate and helpful. If this were a cost adjusted rating, it would be a 1 or 2 star.

Stayed 3 days, stay wasn't bad until check out. Girl was sleeping at the desk when trying to check out at 9am. Then 5 hours later got a call saying I couldn't be checked out. Because the same girl charged my card multiple times then refunded it, which made my card not work. Had to find a different way to pay or I was gonna be charged for another night. Also air conditioner left a huge wet spot in our room, smelled like mold.

Best Hampton Inn we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many. The key here is a terrific manager. The place is clean, people are on their toes and everything worked great. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the work out centter. Pick this one.

Great Location. Breakfast was great! Gas station, a few restaurants within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and so helpful! Laundry was a lil odd as it was in housekeeping but it was FREE. I was happy to have fresh towels every day waiting in the room, since COVID that seems to be a thing of the past in most hotels

Great hotel close to the airport. Small but clean. They have a pool and free breakfast. They also allow you to use their in-house laundry.

Excellent service. The front desk was very nice and we didn't have any issues with anything. We stayed for one night and everything was flawless. The pool is great and we had an amazing time. Definitely will stay here again when we travel. 10/10 for me!!!

Can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And they have a complimentary airport shuttle!

Property was in good repair, rooms need upgrade, bathroom in disrepair with cracked shower stall, cracked toilet tank cover, aging wallpaper coming apart, holes in shower stall. Need new alarm clock that you can actually read, view was undesirable as it consisted of entrance awning and disgusting drainage platform. Mattress needs to be replaced. As being part of the Hilton family I was extremely disappointed and expected better accommodations.

Unexpected event forced me into finding a hotel the night before my flight home. Was looking for hotels close to the airport with a shuttle to the terminal and Hampton Inn fit the bill. Made reservation on same day I needed to check in and was issue free doing so online. Desk clerk was very friendly upon my arrival, and room was spotless when I got inside. Only issue I had which didn't really effect me to much was the TV only showed one channel. The remote and channel up and down button directly on the television didn't work. So I just streamed shows on my laptop. Couple restaurants were in walking distance from the hotel which I took advantage of before taking the 1130 am shuttle to the airport. Driver was courteous and safe while taking me to my terminal. Would stay here again.

It was a beautiful room. They gave us great instruction on where to find food at night. Even told us if it started raining to call and they would come get us

We evacuated to this hotel from Ian as we where hit directly. I had to do on line reservation. Lesson #1 book a rm asap for an evacuation plan....trust me i started 2 days before all booked in 12 hrs...Thank God Lani Kai called to cancel due to 18 ft surge...good thing we didn't stay there we'd be dead as it is gone now😪😪😪 Get to this hotel no power no Generator no help or flash lights what a mess on 3rd floor with COPD no power no wifi....never again. But survival was of utmost importance so tyvm for being open. Bit run down.

Friend found roach infestation behind fridge. Staff was nice enough to let her switch rooms but still gross to share a building with roaches.

My fiance and I were without a place to stay after a Noreaster cancelled our flight on Saturday (1/29/22), but had a flight on the next Sunday. My mother called and got the reservation for us so we could stay somewhere after we dropped our rental car off. At 830 we dropped the car off at the airport, checked flights to see if we could get anywhere that day, 9am we called the Hampton for the shuttle to pick us up. I wish I got the woman's name but she understood the situation and had the shuttle pick us up and we were at the Hampton by 930, in time to still have breakfast. The front desk woman got us in our room by 1030am and allowed us a late check out of 1pm the next day because our flight wasn't until 5pm. Overall great experience, thank you Hampton for helping us out in our time of need!

If you are traveling and need easy access to the Ft.Myers airport, this is a great place to stay. There are places to eat within walking distance and there is a complementary shuttle starting early in the morning. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport-so convenient.

I really want to add to my earlier review, Brittany is five star hands down. She handled some special requests that was essential to our stay. She is an incredible asset a true professional and a natural and customer service and guest services as well she needs to be promoted.

I had an issue with a 3rd party reservation. The issue wasn't with the hotel it was with the 3rd party. Without the help of the amazing staff I would have been waiting in the lobby for hours until it was confirmed. Mercedes and Barbara (one more person I cant recall the name at the moment) assisted me on a stressful situation with superior customer service. I will be booking at this location on my travels with out 3rd party booking sites. Book directly they are amazing!

The evening/night staff treated our group 18 people great. The only reason for the 4 star was because the early morning staff was very uninformed about the shuttle. Not only did she not know how many people it could hold, but then she threw her manager under the bus, pun intended, by stating that she was never there and didn't know what she was talking about when it came to the shuttle service. Turns out your manager was correct. Other than that our group would stay here again.

  • 5/5 Chris L. 1 year ago on Google
Cannot believe what a great find this place was, staff was extremely friendly: even at 4 am Maribelle was cheerful and just really helpful, and the shuttle driver was really a pleasure to deal with also. Breakfast was great, just overall a great.value...We would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a clean, competitively priced airport hotel. We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely be staying here again.
