The kids loved it. We had a birthday party here and we're glad we set it up for a 10:30 AM start. By the time an hour went by, we felt the play area was too crowded to keep an eye on all the kids. The number of kids playing on a Saturday morning must have been close to the occupancy limit because there were so many and they kept pouring in. We were happy no one got hurt and the kids enjoyed SkyZone so much.

This place was pretty cool! We went for a birthday party, the staff was great with helping and even the parents commented how the pizzas were actually good!! There are a lot of different areas with different activities and levels of difficulty. I loved that there was a toddler section so my 2 year old could build up the blocks without the big kids just pushing them down right away. There was also So much to do and keep busy, after 3 hours we still hasn't gone on everything. The only down side was that there was not enough staff, so many of the things were closed down. They would open different sections at a time so it seemed like they're was a line each time they opened a new section and closed the one they were watching. Even the concessions were being run by a guy who was also watching the floor. The floors in this place are super sticky so I felt like I had gum on my sock for a majority of the time, lol, but I think that's to be expected with dozens of kids running around. A couple of the trampolines had holes so they had them covered with cones, but only something else for the kids to want to play with. The rock climbing wall was pretty cool and they had some Really cool swings!!! We will for sure be back!

Just went this afternoon and there were three major areas closed. And they were all areas my older kids (10-14) were looking forward too. The zip line - closed, the wipe out - closed, and the sky tower - closed. No one informed us of this at the checkin payment counter. The kids were disappointed and bored 30 min into our two hour session. :( Definitely call before hand and ask what is open and working before going.

My family loves SkyZone! We've been there several times for the Little Leapers jump times (on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sundays before the park opens to general population . It is usually from 9-11am on those days, and is for 6 and under (and parents). Little Leapers are $12 per kid. Plus SkySocks (-$3/pair). I like these times because its all young kids, and no bigger kids, teens, or adults who can trample the little ones if not paying attention. They usually have character themed cameos like Minnie/Mickey Mouse, Paw Patrol, etc. They even had a quick story time once! Our most recent trip was for my daughters birthday party. We chose to have a her party during the little Leapers time to ensure they weren't stepped on, or bounced into oblivion by bigger kids. The party was $200 flat fee, and included 10 kids and socks, birthday child and socks, juice boxes and snacks, and a party room. We were told to arrive at 9am for instructions, socks, check in, and jump stickers for the kids (and parents). Then, our jump time began at 930am. The kids jumped, played, etc for 90 minutes. At 11am, we gathered the kids back to the party room for 30 minutes of snacks, cake, etc. It was a great time, and the host helped clean and set up. It was very well organized for the partyparty! Now, to speak to the park itself. You walk in, you can take your immediate right, down the hall to the party area (bleachers, high top tables, arcade, party rooms, and separate check in area. If you're not there for a party, you walk in and walk straight to the open area, where the main check in counter is on your right. You check in, sign waivers, get socks and a jump sticker to say what time you can jump until. There are free open cubbies and quarter lockers for your belongings, if you so choose. When you are walking in the front door, there is a rock wall to your left, and zip line, spinning wheel, and obstacle courses in front of you. Walking to the right, past the counter, you see the climbing wall with 3 different heights, the restrooms to its left, and the concession stand/party room/arcade to its right. Taking a left when you get to the wall, you go up the stairs to a swing/trapeze foam pit, and a foam pit with long soft sticks to knock each other off the platforms. Walking past those to the back, there's the main trampoline area, 3 different height basketball hoops and trampolines, and a foam pit with more activities. Overall a great place to let some energy out! My 4 and 7 year olds love it, as well as my man child (husband). Fun for all ages...if they can walk, they can jump!

Great place for adults and kids to enjoy. Not so much for babies and toddlers but they do have a toddler time on Sunday mornings and my kids love it as they usually have a cartoon character make an appearance and play with the kids. It only lasts for a couple of hours but totally worth it for anyone with toddlers/babies who would also like to take advantage of all Skyzone has to offer. If you go on weekends past 12, you will be sharing the place with a lot of people, hence why I prefer to go either Sunday AM or during the week Monday - Thursday. You do have to pay for the socks but I don't quite remember how much but you can keep them to use it for your next visit. The staff is nice and friendly and very attentive as well. My family and I always have a great time when we visit.

On the first day open since they shut down a few months they had a free day. It was chaotic and crowded bc everyone wanted to take advantage of the free day. With that being said I want to give a huge shout out to all the employees with a couple special mentions. Matt was supervising the swing/handle bar jump area and without fail, Matt clapped and shouted hooray with a genuine smile for each and every child that jumped off. It was absolute madness in this place but Matt was encouraging and committed to making sure every child felt special!! When I went to find a team lead I encountered Ms. Carmon to let her know how amazing Matt and everyone working was doing. She made sure to let me know that it was her pleasure to make sure the children were having a great time. I left Sky Zone absolutely pleased that this location truly gets it with their customer service and I will continue returning with my child. Thank you to ALL of you that worked Skyzone Tuesday Aug. 1st!! You all rock!!!

Every once in a great while you will encounter customer service that is so bad that words fail you ... words like rude, sad, ridiculous, lame which at this point fail to describe what I've experienced. If the manager is not a narcissist I would be totally surprised....when I came in today she made it about my reaction to the issue rather than the issue itself. I 100% stand by what I said, " Someone is not doing their job which is why now I have to be here a total of four times to address this issue..." news flash!!! it is not an insult, it is the truth. Period. as a manager you need to be professional enough to own your company's mistakes whether they're at a store level or a corporate level. On August 3rd I opened a membership, my daughter later decided she didn't want to go back there so I went in person to cancel. (1st visit). I received a response via email saying that my cancellation notice had been received and that in about 2 to 3 business days I would receive an official cancellation confirmation email. I never did so I went back a week later (2nd visit) and spoke to someone who said okay everything is fine it's just probably taking a little bit longer....all they could really say is that it was still "pending." on September 3rd I saw that $30.88 have been deducted from my bank so I went back and spoke to Nina ( 3rd visit) who told me someone from corporate would be calling me either that day or the next.....a week went by, no calls, no refunds so i went today - a 4th time!!!!! I have no idea what they're doing there or if they even care but apparently they don't because for something as basic and standard as a routine cancellation this is becoming a nightmare. I will never be going there again to jump as they treat their customers like absolute garbage..... I should not have to go in there a total of four times.... I should not have to be hassled like I was today by Carmen and made to feel like she was the victim because I had enough of the shenanigans and said look.... obviously someone is not doing their job here.... I should not have to pull teeth, I should not have to hold their hand, I should not have to be writing this review but as I said today and I will say again someone there is not doing their job.... whether it's at a store level at a corporate level I'll let them figure that out. In the meantime ....WHERE is my refund???

They signed me up for a membership I never agreed to. Some would call that a fraudulent charge...Careful giving your card information here. I already reported this to the BBB and disputed the charge with my bank and blocked any further charges.

Fun place for children, but there clearly needs to be a responsible adult on-site. Young adults and teens are "running " the place but are not even visible 90% of the time. An adult needs to be constantly monitoring by walking the area and checking on everything. Older teens boys use extremely foul language in front of small children. No one is patrolling anything going on, picking up trash throughout the day, etc. Very poorly operated, dirty and expensive.

Wow other then the obstacles, this place is a freaking robbery. Kids are forced to buy socks and shirts or they can't partake. Really!!! $70 for 2 kids for one hour and no get this.. no fountains so the kids are forced to by a $3.00 water bottle that clearly came from Walmart🤦🏽‍♂️ little bags of chips and I mean the little snack bag of chips $2.50. This is not cool. I went to Defy and definitely better then this place. Never coming here again nor recommending this place to anyone. Very disappointing

Paid for two hours with my daughter tonight half the staff is not working, The big trampoline that my daughter can jump on is down. So I asked if we could just get a refund and come back another time. I was told no refunds. And please are yelling at the kids very disrespectfully because they are trying to get on the trampolines that they claim to be broke the last hour yet they’re doing nothing to fix it. Sad that business is ran like this!

Aweful 25 teenagers working and they all sat at the food court! Everything was either broken or closed due to no employees wanting to work. The final cherry on top was leaving because my husband had to defend our daughter from a young guy saying "im gonna teach these kids a lesson" because the very young children couldn't read the 65 signs saying its off limits, FYI if the employee is over by the activity the activity its open like the swings, zip line, warp wall ....and so on! I'm sorry but my kids could go 30 times or more on one activity and so they would have to go and find then ask everytime they wanted to use equipment!!! Wow! I might have a idea 💡!!!!!! Why not have employees work different activities during their shifts so kids aren't constantly getting yelled at? And also not to mention safety and im sure if they are at all the posts things wouldn't be getting broken!!! So disappointing waste of money!

Terrific exercise location but understaffed. Gangs of minors threaten children who are alone or in a small group. I was even cornered a bullied and screamed at when my small elementary school kids ran to me crying. I managed to get away and get to a staff member who then threw my kids and myself out. Witnesses saw them gather around my kids and self and were shocked we were asked to leave when clearly this large group was threatening us. They didn’t care what the bystanders had to say who saw all that happened to us. They need police presence or definitely security. Management needs to make this place safer. This place gets more and more out of control on Friday and Saturday. Staff admits this and state they brought this to owner’s attention and owner still does nothing. I guess they are waiting for a serious injury. This place could be great for all ages if staffed properly.

I used to enjoy bringing my son and his friend here but yesterday (2/4/24) might be the last time. It looked to be overcapacity as it was crowded and severely understaffed. Lots of birthday parties and not enough employees. Way too many people. Bigger kids were running all over the trampoline area and pushing younger kids as well as body slamming into each other. I looked at the employee who was supposed to be paying attention and she was on her phone texting most of the time. I finally asked her if anyone was going to enforce any of their rules and she said “no, they don’t listen anyway.” I asked who the manager was that day and she didn’t even seem to be sure of that but gave me a name. I told her someone is going to get hurt because it’s way too crowded and no rules being followed or supervision from staff. Not even 5 min after I said that, a little girl about 6 years old had someone push her and then fall on her ankle. Employees brought her a bag of ice while she was crying and in pain. After there was an injury, then they FINALLY started blowing the whistle and doing something. People sign waivers to go jump, however I expect the staff to be monitoring and supervising the areas the way they are supposed to be and making sure safety rules are followed. There were even kids eating food on the trampoline area! I found the main areas to be dirty and the restrooms disgusting. I had a few of my sons bday parties at this location over the years and it used to be a good place. I’m not sure what has happened to it but hopefully they will get better managers and more employees who actually pay attention to their job.

I don’t know how they even got over 4 stars. Yes the kids have LOTS of fun but the place is severely understaffed and the staff they have are oblivious to anything going on. I was there with grandkids on Sunday 2/4 and in the entire play area there where 3 employees and 2 were in a corner gossiping not watching anything going on. At any point I witnessed kids jumping on each other, and falling over each other. It’s not safe so parents please keep a very close watch on your kids every second. I also stood in line for 15 minutes with just 2 people ahead of me for a Gatorade. The employees were too busy on their cell phones to take care of customers. Skyzone needs to hire REAL responsible employees. My entire group of adults (5) came out of there very disappointed and frustrated. 😣

It's a great place to take the kids an release some energy but there were 2 areas that were out of service (that's not including the missing dodge ball arena), some areas are only available only under staff supervision and some areas were temporary closed because they didn't have enough staff. Most staff members are young kids that are not paying attention to their surrounding. Some kid was throwing foam blocks at my daughter on the head to knock her down and the staff member in the area was looking at his cellphone. I had to call out the kids father and confront him. This has happened all 3 times I've been there where I've had to confront a parent because they are not parenting their kids. I wish all staff members would be more attentive and friendly but it is a fun place. At the end, my daughter is not paying attention to what's going around and is purely having fun which is what matters to me in the end.

Super neat little place to have some fun and get out energy! The foam pits are awesome to jump in but I won't lie its a but if a challenge to climb out of them lol. Lots of different activity areas like a little zip-line and basketball etc. If an activity area is closed all you have to do is ask a staff member to open it up. Really my only issue is that the bathrooms could have more stalls or just another one all together on the other side of the building, plus it's kind if tucked away in an odd area. Other than that I thought it was great

Used to visit at least once a week but there's new management and owners and I'll never be back. Firstly stuff is breaking and they just leave it broken and blocked off, basketball courts with the trampolines are blocked off, the pads are thin and if you land on them you can feel the metal and it hurts they been "getting replaced soon" for over 6 months, they just jacked up the price of the toddler little leapers but when we went Wednesday and there was kids of all ages. My toddler who used to love the place kept getting run over by bigger kids who weren't paying attention and she finally had it after the third time. On top of the late the loud club music instead of the themes that are posted is frustrating. There's no more coloring or anything. I signed up for a little leapers pass online over 6 months ago and they all of a sudden couldn't figure out how to check me in?? All new staff that' are rude and could care less. Amazing they're still selling and advertising little leapers but all the staff told me they're not doing it anymore. If you guys could get your stuff together it would be great. I really loved Wednesday littler leapers and she had tons of friends and fun but now most the parents said they'd never come back. Safety wise it's very scary since there were big kids doing flips and breaking rules just plowing over the little kids, not to mention the fabric netting on the stairs where kids can jump into the foam pits has been hanging unhooked for weeks, big safety concern. Zero starts rude and careless this is a safety concern in the making. Also NO TOILET PAPER first thing in the morning and paper was all over the bathroom just disgusting

This place is so gross. Bathrooms had no toilet paper in any stall, soap dispensers don't work, pee on every seat, garabge all over the floor - in and out of restrooms. Come here if you want to get sick and hurt.

I took my daughter to the sky zone. The place was nasty. There was trash everywhere, and I was kind of worried that she would get sick. All the other kids were coughing on each other and sneezing on each other. The trampolines weren’t even that clean. There was crumbs on the trampoline as well. The wipe out hurt my daughter really bad and she got injured and you guys did nothing about it didn’t even give her ice But clearly you gave the other kid ice when they slipped and fall. Clearly, this place isn’t safe. I went there a second time just to give it a second chance, and and when I looked in there and there was, there was no one at the concession tables even helping us, and the tables were still really gross. I tried to give it another chance and just deal with it, but it was just unbearable. People clearly aren’t doing the job right there because they aren’t even able to Clean up the messes that were made after hours so I decided to go a third time because it was my nieces birthday party at sky zone. I thought that it would be OK but clearly wasn’t we went into the place and there was crumbs all over the floor. The table was kinda greasy and the food wasn’t that good my kid puked after having the food and another thing that got on my nerves was that my daughter sits and thawed and broke her ankle so I will be calling corporate and the health department because this place is clearly not safe

First off, I love the idea. This is a fun spot. My first go was a blast. It was novel, it was fun and man such a great place to take the family. While there I ended up just getting a monthly pass, because we live close and it could be fun to take the family while they are out of school. Turns out, a monthly pass is less than even a single 90 minute session. So YEAH! Sign me up! However, as we have made efforts to go often, I have been less impressed. There is so much potential to this place, but the kids there are undertrained and often times won’t even help when trying to check in or buy food. A few things could easily make this place better. Have an app, with a scannable bar code. The scan could just let the members in. If it’s your first time, a self service station that would print your sticker would also improve things. And the waiver station is absolutely ridiculous, needs a full on revamping. Perhaps email it to your phone and DocuSign or something. I know business is tough to keep top notch, especially when the whole place is ran by young teenagers. I have a family of my own, I know how young minds have a hard time. But this place could be SOOOO much better if someone could revamp a few things. My family loves it here. It’s a great place to have fun and not be out in the heat all day. Will keep coming, and I hope things get improved.

We love coming to this sky zone location. Little leapers is such a great time and my son has so much fun every Wednesday. Cam and Ashley are always there and make my sons experience even better. Highly recommend this sky zone, it’s a great place for children to play and have fun. :)

We went for toddler time and we could not have been more impressed! Such a great team working there especially Cam and Ashley (who was dressed up as peppa pig for the kiddos) who made our experience so much fun! It was very affordable for a fun morning with our two little ones while our oldest was at school! They shared lots of laughs and we will definitely be back!

Kids tho roughly enjoyed this place, however it is rediculously priced. We've taken them to another, central Florida location, that was fairly priced and much more affordable. We won't be returning to this location (Fort Myers, Fl). There are many other things to do with children that is worth the money spent here. 3 stars for fulfilling the children's wishes & expectations.

I've always gone to sky zone and had a really good experience until today. Today I brought my son into sky zone and I tried to use my Groupon coupon and the manager some young kid would not let me use my Groupon coupon. he told me that it was glow night and I had to pay full price to get in. I explained to him that I drove an hour to get sky zone and nowhere on the Groupon coupon did it say I could not use it for glow night he argued with me and said that because it said group activities that that meant I could not use it for glow night. I said how was I supposed to know the group activities meant glow night I had no idea that group activities meant I couldn't use it for glow night especially since the coupon actually said I could use it for group activities. He did not offer to help me at all he continued to say I had to pay the $22 for glow night. I left Mad and told him I was never coming to sky zone again! which is really disappointing because I have been bringing my son to sky zone many times over the past few years and this is the first time I have been treated this poorly! I also wanted to add that the candy machine is still broken from the last time that I was there. The pizza is really small and the prices are overcharged. Dodgeball is hardly ever open which is very disappointing for when we are there. The t-shirts and the socks are way overpriced! The owner is really cool but I've only seen him there a couple of times I must say he is actually spectacular! the owner is what keeps us going there I truly wish that I had ran into him tonight because the little douchebag that I spoke with today was rude and obnoxious 😡😠😠! If there's one thing I cannot stand it is horrible customer service and that is what I received tonight and I just can't get over how horrible of the customer service I got tonight! I know many people that go to sky zone and they really do enjoy it including my son so it's really sad that I got treated the way that I did tonight and that there wasn't anything that they could do for us about the Groupon coupon considering that we do go so many times per week.

Would like to point out that Mr. Chandler Jackson is a great manager. He’s kind and polite and extremely professional. He handled an over charge on my membership for my children with patience and empathy and acknowledgment of the error with sincere apologies. Thank You Mr. Jackson. This place is great for the kids!!! They love coming here. I have been here twice for toddler time and it is great! I will definately not only continue to come but I will reccomend all friends and family here. The food is not so great and the person at the counter serving is not either but everything else is good.

Nice and clean place. Sometimes gets a little crowded. Staff is nice with the kids and keep them entertained when it is not too crowded. It can get a little expensive when you have more than 1 kid. 1 hr$16, 1.5 $21 and 2hrs for $23. Options to add 30 more mins for $7. Different activities throughout the floor.

Our kids had a blast, but this place is a joke!!! We had a coupon from groupon and the kids they have running the place have no idea what they are doing!! No one knew where the manger was and one of them left so there was basically no managers an i wasted $150 for terrible service Had to wait almost an hour for our pizza which was suppose to be part of the deal ,and don't recommend i will never return. Not very clean either😡

All staff here are worthless. ALL need training. I waited over 1 hour for a cold pizza AND the other 2 weren't ready. I was lied to and after the cold pizza and 1 hour for waiting for that i went to the front desk to ask for a manager and not one person was there to attend me so i called to see if i can get someone on the phone since no one was at the front desk and of course no answer after 3 minutes of ringing. Ill make sure this comment along with others will be read by higher ups

I love this place because sometimesthey have glow night and it's really nice and they have pizza pretzels food and snacks and slushies and overall it's very nice they have restrooms and you can buy glow shirts and you can paint on yourself with glow paint and it's very nice and clean they have a trampoline a basketball hoop like a diving area a warrior course that's really fun some cocoons that you can go inside they have dodgeball and a zip line and then they also have like this little tug of not tug of war but like a little war it's fun That's how sky zone is.

I really hate to change my rating. I like this place but really under staffed, the place was packed with no social distancing, and people that were just walking around not jumping weren't wearing masks. Im not going to let one bad vist ruin it. I still recommend but make sure its not a Saturday. They were fairly clean, but with so many people being there its hard. Also, i prepaid for a 3:00pm 90min jump. Sat in line for 30mins and only got 60mins. Like i said it was busy and under staffed, something that can and should be addressed for safety, in my opinion.

There was a gentleman at front in customer service what's nice but it speaks so fast in unclear maybe need to be focused on more with their customers what did they need cuz there's a certain steps that you might have to follow if it's the first time you come to this place you might want to filled up waiver in the computer before or read the signs in the entrance Door

I made a party reservation for my cousin here 3 months before the date and when it was the birthday they told me that the party room was taken already for another children and all my guest were already there and 2 hours later they gave me the room and the service was super bad, I give you the advice to not make a birthday party here.

Nice place, I have a good experience last time that I visited. Even when one of the girl in the from didn't want to give me the complete time that I bought from Groupon but at the end I end up staying

This place is disgusting from the point of view of a parent. The kids loved it of course so that’s the only reason I gave more than one star. Bathrooms gross and trash all over the food area and tables littered with trash the whole time we were there.

👍👍 Update: 2022 and still love this gym. The owner is a very nice woman and gives all the credit to her staff. Love this gym. I wish it wasn’t three hours from where I live.
