We always go to embassy suites and we were accustomed to their great rooms and service. We noticed over the pandemic the service went down and the free breakfast and free managers drink special went away. But it's great to see that this Embassy Suite is back running 100%. The managers drink special was very nice and they even have IPAs on draft. The breakfast was the best Embassy Suites breakfast we've ever had. They offered eggs scrambled or made to order by a chef. Fresh fruit, coffee and juices. They have a variety of pancakes waffles bacon ham and corned beef hash. The meats rotate daily as to which one will be featured. They do not offer daily maid service unless it's requested. But that's okay due to the current situation in the hotel industry. If you need any supplies the front desk has them on hand to give. The staff was incredibly nice in all areas of the hotel. The Embassy suites has a incredibly large swimming pool with enough lounge chairs for the entire hotel occupants to sit. They also have a hot tub. Overall this is probably in the top three of the best Embassy suites we've ever been in

Great location off I75. We were here for 3 nights for a softball tournament. We had a great time and this was a great place to stay. Super friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Free GOOD breakfast, and they have everything you need, pool, gift shop, business room, and the rooms were great except for the toilet that would not flush sometimes (nothing major but annoying). I fixed it myself. We have stayed in these hotels before and we will continue to do so.

A beautiful Embassy hotel! The staff went over, and above all that we could’ve expected. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful with some unique choices every day. If you get a chance to try the pumpkin bread you should! plenty of hot water, fast, elevators, and beautiful grounds! Plenty to do close by and a few decent restaurants you can walk to as well. Definitely recommend this, Hilton!

This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and the staff is amazing. The room we stated was great comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was dated and could used to be renovation. At the front desk TACI gave us an excellent welcome. She was lovely and very kind. Michael in the cafe area service with a smile. Parking area, pool and gym clean.

A friend and I stayed here this week while in the area for family business. Brittany at front desk was super and had the script down. She’s a great Hilton Ambassador. 😊 Bed was super comfortable. Room living area well-appointed. Loved the morning omelet. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was several of other front desk staff often avoided eye contact/greetings and a plate from someone’s breakfast was left by the 3rd floor elevator throughout the day/evening on Tues 2/7/23. Overall, I would certainly stay here again. 😊

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Myers for the weekend and I really didn’t know what to expect but let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Although our room was a little dusty, the room furniture needs a little bit of an update. The bed had a funny noise, it’s the only observation I could give them. The breakfast is included and buffet-like. It was very nice and great options to choose from. And the lunch we had was amazing! I really enjoyed the food and their happy hour was great too. The server and the bartender were amazing and super sweet ladies. The staff is very helpful and nice. They have an amazing 24 hour little store where you can buy anything you need from snacks to over the counter pills and more, very helpful. The parking is free or included with your stay which is an amazing thing! I’d definitely come back.

Part of the Hilton family of hotels. Nice Hotel as far as furnishings, beds etc. Not the cleanest of hotels. At least, not as clean and detailed as their sister hotel chain the Hampton Inn. My wife said the bath tub wasn't bath worthy. In other words, not clean enough. Dirt in the corners. Carpet not vacuumed well. I know. A little nit picky but cleaning could be better. Only one out of all the staff I saw was wearing a mask and he was the one fixing the omelettes. So if that bothers you, avoid this hotel. Really good breakfast with a big variety of choices. Custom made omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, bread, pancakes, coffee and watered down juice. Very friendly staff despite being maskless. Comfortable beds and nice room furnishings which included a small fridge and microwave. Working flat screen in the bedroom and front room. Large bathroom with no exhaust fan. Would I stay in another Embassy Suites, yes. This one is not really close to any of the typical attractions of southwest Florida like the beach.

This place is awesome. For starters, everyone we met was extremely friendly. One man that stood out was Robert, who always greeted us with a smile and oftentimes we would chat with him about the area and he was extremely helpful with everything we needed. He’s truly a great face of the company and a man you want up front. Secondly, the rooms and pool were both big and clean. Overall, our stay was great and we will be back.

Had a nice stay here recently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice with a separate hot tub and a large covered area. The rooms are what you’d expect. The hotel is dated but it’s clean. The breakfast and evening drinks and light snacks were nice. The one negative was low shower pressure. We were on the 2nd floor and I was surprised at how low it was. Overall a good stay and the location is very convenient to 75.

Got way overcharged cause I booked well in advance just making sure I got a room cause I was told this location fills fast. 8 months later when come time for reservation, price was 20% less than originally booked with AVAILABLE rooms. But this location does not have a price guarantee so I sucked it up. Evening reception was a joke.....4 different drinks available but no alcohol to taste. Lady bartender made it a point to say, "Here's my TIP jar!" Nah, really! I thought you were taking "build-a-bear" donations. No one at front desk when checking in OR out at NORMAL times. When they did show up, they WERE friendly, at least

Beautiful Hotel. So happy hot breakfast and limited evening reception is back! Only problem was at check in. We had specifically reserved a King Bed. We were given 2 small full beds. They told us there were no more King beds. But I showed them my reservation that specifically said King. They changed it to a room that i imagine they don't normally assign out because it is directly over exhaust fan; and made noise 24 hours. We didn't complain that time. It was more important to have King. Pool area was also extremely nice. Staff was very gracious and helpful. Overall wonderful stay!

Excellent property. Customer service was super, rooms were spacious, beds and pillows comfortable. Smelled lovely throughout the hotel. The Eagles Nest restaurant was tasty as well. Quite surprised. Try the Chicken Quesadilla! The soup selection during our stay was Lobster Bisque and it was delicious! Perfect location for an event at Hertz Arena.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The corner suite was very, very spacious. The fact that there was a separate sitting area, coupled with two double beds separated by the coffee bar and bathroom, my family and I had more than enough room. The breakfast was very well organized and given the fact that they will prepare omelets to your liking was a nice added feature.

This hotel I stay at at twice a year. We come down from southeast Georgia to sell fireworks and it is such a treat when we're done to be able to relax for a week they have the best amenities very clean rooms. Everyone is so polite I highly recommend this hotel. And the breakfast is the best.

Location convenient to Fl Gulf Coast Univ. Friendly, helpful staff. Good fitness room. Nice pool next to a pond and woods. Good breakfast. Hilton Honors app is helpful in selecting room. Conveniently emailed bill. Comfortable but small suite. Bathroom floor needed a sweep.

Very nice staff. Great pool, hot tub spa. Breakfest was ok. Fruit was not as fresh as it could have been. Scrambled eggs were a bit wet. But they also cook to order breakfest. Nice bar. Overall very nice place.

Service was great front desk definitely saved the stay. The first room they put me in smelled really bad and when I brought that up they changed me room. The hotels shower area is so soooo small. I struggle for the time being there. Maybe it’s a the Hilton’s in FL , but all of them are so run down and need updating.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean but decor needs a refresh. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet but quality was just ok. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional service from the moment we walked in until we left. The best breakfast I've had in a long time, and the evening reception was fun. Clean, comfortable rooms. Overall an A+.

I didn't stay here, family did. But the rooms are nice. The corner suite is a real suite with a sitting room separate from the sleeping area. It was very clean with no mold in the bathtub. The parking is ample. The complimentary breakfast is generous. There's a buffet and there's a chef for custom egg creations. Plenty of coffee and juice selections. Cathy kept the place very clean. The pool is clean and the hot tub hot. Note: it's 25 minutes from fort Myers, in estero, which is a nice area.

Our first room on floor 6 had a bad odor. Matter of fact when I got off the elevator I smelled something. We got switched to a new room easily though. The breakfast is nice, omelets fresh and tasty. The pool was nice, there was a little jacuzzi that had hot water that felt good. Overall the rooms felt a bit dated. The covers in one room were not clean so looks like they need to pay attention to detail, especially when the rooms are a bit dated. There isn't a whole lot to do near the hotel, and most of the food around it is meh. We enjoyed our stay though.

Very disappointing, Do Not recommended! This property is dated, the carpets are stained and unraveling, the hallways smell badly, the furniture in the room is stained and worn and have holes, no shower curtain liner (so shower water puddles on floor), it just feels dirty! No towels at the pool, and no towels in the gym. For the evening cocktail reception (what embassy is known for) they give you a little bag of chips, upon request. The restaurant is closed, so you have to order food at the bar, from very limited menu. The front desk clerk was not welcoming at all. I’ve stayed at this property many times but it has definitely gone down hill since my last visit! The location is good but it’s not worth sacrificing quality. I do NOT recommend

This location is back to pre covid status with regard to meals and service of same. Everyone has access to all bowls and serving materials and touches all bowls and service materials. The property itself is well maintained but show signs of heavy wear. The employees are friendly and hard working they aim to please

Really nice hotel close to 75 as well as a couple of miles away from coconut point mall. The hotel was clean, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve had at hotels of this level.

Enjoyed my week stay here. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Bartenders Marci, Melissa and Kenny were spectacular! Went above and beyond giving myself and others great service every night of our stay! The hotel offers great breakfasts cooked to order and dinner here as well. Going back soon!

Here for two nights. Dark inside and frequent step up step down spots throughout sitting and bar area where it is VERY easy to trip. Rug throughout entire hotel stained and dirty. Overall cleanliness of rooms and all common areas is very poor. Dusty, dirty, stained, ripped and garbage on rug, sitting areas, elevators, etc. Room was also not clean- food under bed and bathroom with smudges on wall and mirror. Tub had worn areas across entire bottom - needed to be replaced or coated with something. Bed not comfortable at all- felt springs through mattress. Chairs in room had stains - shiny drip marks on one (?) and dark splotchy stains on couch all over so did not want to sit down without putting towel down first. Breakfast was no-name food choices. No recycling at all throughout facility. Free drink/snacks hour- beer on tap was flat and snack was a very small plastic cup of salty snacks. Disappointed very much as the pictures and descriptions made this seem like a great choice.

We had a great time in Estero, Florida. Our accommodations were very nice. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub with calming views. Close to everything but felt like we were away from the busy area. All team members were easy to work with. We were busy and didn't get all they had to offer. Would go back again.

The last time I was here was 12 years ago. It was my favorite embassy to go to. This last visit I was so disappointed. The carpet in hallways are worn and coming up, walls are dirty, my room had dust and mold coming out of vents, no water pressure, torn carpet, stained and ripped furniture and bathroom was dirty. As a diamond member I expected a bit more. The drinks just aren’t what they used to be. Cheap wine in plastic cups, light beer in plastic cups and the snacks are pretzels and cheese with chips. I remember when the snacks were awesome and a variety, drinks were generous. The only positive was the staff. They were nice. Always on their phones when I walked by, I miss the greetings and well wishes as I left for the day and came back. I used to look forward to coming back to my hotel room after a long day…. Now I cringe. Hope this gets better.

Embassy Suites Estero was fantastic. They did a great job helping us with our stay to attend a family funeral and accommodated a lot of last minute reservation changes. A special shout out to Christen and the catering staff who set up and provided a meeting room and lunch for a celebration of life for our loved one. Everyone appreciated all the work they did for us. We will stay loyal Hilton members!

Great pool. The breakfast was fantastic. Freshly made to order eggs and omelets, as well as breakfast buffet. Very well done. Evening reception time was nice. Good drinks, friendly bartender. The hotel was clean hit does need remodeling in rooms: carpets feel dirty yet are vacuumed. Bathrooms also need updating. Again, it’s clean and just needs updates. But pool, breakfast and bar are terrific. Nice staff.

Great hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was beautiful and had a bar. The breakfast was complimentary and included an omelette station! Staff was friendly and accommodating. They even have laundry on each floor. The price was also great. Highly recommend.

We checked in a little on the late side on 9/23/22 secondary to a very long travel from Tampa involving horrible traffic. Very pleased to see that we were able to get a very large corner room. The living room area was huge and allowed the teenagers room to spread out and decompress. The air conditioning was cold in the room was very clean. The breakfast the next day was absolutely amazing and the gentleman making the omelettes did an amazing job, delicious and efficient despite lots of people at the breakfast area. Only minor complaint would be a musty smell in the hallway near the elevator on both the first floor and our floor.

The pool was very nice. Plenty of lounge chairs and a hot tub. The breakfast was absolutely the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had...and better than the other Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. The free drinks in the evening were great. The only downside was that there was only one working elevator during our stay. The staff was friendly and the room was great. I definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable stay with many perks.

The Staff of this Hotel is horrible. We stay for a week and the customer service and bar area service was horrible . The bartenders were so rude the entire week and they ruin all of our stay. They were disrespectful and rude every single day. My sister room supposed to be a two beds room and they gave her only one bed for 4 people. They said the sofa was the other bed for the other persons and was so uncomfortable specially when you have back scoliosis. They offer another room to her with two beds but they want to charge her for that. Again worst week ever. Not recommended

Everything was very clean, very comfortable, staff was all welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. I only wish the hot tub temperature was working and it wasn't cold. EVERYTHING else was perfect! And for the price I am very happy!!!

Professional service! Rooms were large and clean. My daughter and I felt like were staying in our own private apartment. Services were very pleasant and even followed up with a call the following day. Very pleased with our stay.

This review is between a 2 and a 3. I struggled because I did get excellent service. But this hotel needs a redo in the absolute worst way. The only part of this hotel that was not run down was the gym. Otherwise, some money needs to be spent to modernize this place in the absolute worst way. The room we had needed to be updated. For a Hilton property, this was beyond sad. The bed's length was smaller than usual. The bathroom vanity had a new sink countertop, granite, and cabinet. They had three sinks in our room, which is the weirdest thing I have ever had. a wet bar in the actual room, a wet bar directly outside the bedroom/bathroom, and another sink in the actual bathroom. These were not make-up counters but actual wet bars. The couch seemed as if they went back to 1970, found one, and brought it back to this year. We hit happy hour, which was fine, nothing spectacular about that, except they ran out of finger foods/appetizers. We did breakfast while we were there, and they ran out of knives and never restocked while we were there for 45 minutes. The staff was friendly, so I will give them that. The room had a better layout, but too many wet bars needed to be updated and desperately needed modernization. To me, the only thing missing to complete the "feeling" of the room was a quarter bed and a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. That should paint an overall picture of how the room and the facility are.

We were a family of 6 with 4 small children. This hotel was not a good experience. The breakfast was the only perk. We were in a wedding block so many family members stayed as well and had issues. My parents asked for us to be on the same floor so they swapped our original room out. When we went up to the room, there was a strong Raid smell. When I went back to the desk they gave me my original room that had someone’s luggage in it. Apparently the hotel misplaced the luggage of several people that day. The room had an old musty/smoky smell but there were no other rooms so we kept it. All 6 of us slept in one bed that night because the pull out sofa was gross and looked like a crime scene. We were not putting our kids on it. The next day we went to Costco and spent $150 for an air mattress for my kids to sleep on. The room was dirty and outdated. There were ants as well. When we checked out and told the supervisor about our issues, she was rude and told me that if I told her earlier she would’ve “accommodated” me somehow. I told her I have 4 small kids and was busy with 3 days of wedding events. I told her I also knew she couldn’t do anything accommodation wise because my sister also had a dirty and smelly room and they comped her the first night. She was told they were sold out. In fact all the hotels in the area were sold out because she tried to get a different hotel. She got an air mattress as well from Costco. The supervisor offered me NOTHING and rushed me out because she had a long check out line. I would not recommend this hotel and will likely avoid Embassy Suites as a result of this stay. Also, they are “dog friendly” and I love dogs, however there were so many dogs there.
