We are having a house built and it is taking way longer than we expected. That being said we have been at this hotel for quite some time. The staff is exceptional! We have had such a pleasant experience (we are still here). The hotel is clean, guests are friendly. The front desk staff and manager have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable. Love Ana, Jessica, Margarita ....all have been great. In this crazy time where it is difficult to keep a full staff this hotel hasn't missed a beat. The kitchen staff is friendly (all the staff is friendly!), and the food is always good! Stay here ... you won't be disappointed!

Long story here but worth reading. We got a room at this place last minute, after our airline kept delaying our flight. We decided to stay and make the most of it (at our own expense). Because it was unexpected, a lot of things weren't going great for us, including a very hot day in the wrong clothing, a long Uber ride, lugging around our luggage, and being extremely tired. After our driver dropped us off at the wrong place, we painfully walked our stuff over to this hotel. Thankfully the place we were dropped at let us take their moving trolley. We arrived at the Residence Inn and were greeted by an absolutely beautiful woman named Anna, who was working at the front desk. (She's pictured on the left.) First thing was that I turned around to bring the luggage trolley back to that other hotel and Anna said, "oh no don't worry I will do that for you." WOW. Then she checked us in and got us a room with 2 beds, like we asked. Double wow. Then she said, you two seem like you've had a rough day. How about something to drink? And went and got us something to drink. I am not kidding when I say that this woman was so incredibly kind to us that I actually had tears in my eyes. Faith in humanity restored. She chatted with us a little...she knew we needed kindness and that's what she gave us. She then arranged the shuttle to take us to dinner. I am writing this review 100% because of Anna because she deserves everything good in the world. Please if you ever meet her, treat her like the rock star she is!! About the hotel: it was also wonderful. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional breakfast, amazing location next to restaurants and shopping, great pool area. Just WOW. I have written a lot here and it still doesn't do justice. Crying again as I write this. :-) THANK YOU so much Anna!! If everyone in this world was like you, it would be so wonderful!!

I've lived there for 9 months and it's like home. Newly renovated rooms, very friendly staff, great service. Awesome location if you're not interested in being on the beach, but it still a 30 minute drive to the beach. Airport is 10 minutes away. Over 50 Shops and restaurants are in a 10 minute walking distance.

This lovely and elegant studio suite was me and my senior cat's home for almost 2 months. We loved it here. Housekeeping is wonderful 💯!! Maribel, a housekeeper helped me with getting my heavy cart down to the front of the motel when I checked out.!So helpful and kind! Chris, the front end Manager was a true gentleman from day one! He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Luis, another front end Manager was so very caring and sweet and always made sure to give me a happy greeting whenever he saw me. This home away from home is sure to be a great experience for any guest... wether short term or long term. I will certainly miss the beautiful sunsets from my living room view.

Amazing location next to airport. Has a shuttle. Walking distance to bass pro and many shops and restaurants. Even though it’s a busy area their location is very peaceful. Rooms are freshly renovated. Only complaint and it may have been fixed by now is their outdoor grill could use a little TLC. Great place and staff would definitely stay here again. I was at this location for a month and it felt like a home away from home.

The hotel staff & location were excellent! Absolutely no concerns, just appreciation. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine or some other noise blocking means. Or plan on running the hvac fan all night. The set-up of the room I was in, Queen suite w/sofa bed on third floor was odd. I’m assuming the sofa area of the room to my right was situated on the same wall as my bed, or perhaps they were hanging out in bed, because I could hear the multiple occupants’ conversation, laughing, and shrieking for hours late at night. The staff attempted to intervene, but of course the occupants lied and stated they were sleeping. Additionally, I could hear the occupant above me using the restroom and the squeaking of the floor whenever they moved, plus chairs scraping on the floor. The sounds seemed to only come from immediate rooms; there were kids and pets in nearby rooms and I never heard them. This is more a problem with corporate’s construction decisions and not the staff. Again, the staff were great!

Clean nice place, very accessible to highways, however took us an hour to find a parking spot when we got back around 9pm. Trucks taking two spots at times.

We stayed there for 5 nights and were very disappointed in the room. When checking in, they made comment to us using points for our stay and then gave us a handicap room at the end of the hall on the first floor. The room was horrible. The furniture was so uncomfortable, the sofa was small and plastic so you slide off it it. the bed was uncomfortable and there was not enough sitting for 4 people. Since our room was at the end of the hall, next to the outside exit, we got the hear the exit door open and close all night, every night. The main door to our room wouldn't lock when we shut it, so we had to slam it closed 2 to 3 times every time, which in turn started the dog barking that was in the room across the hall from us. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full, despite rooms available online! We have stayed over 75 nights at Marriott this year and we felt that because we were using points to pay for our stay, the staff didn't address or care about any issues we had, more of a "your lucky to be staying here" attitude. The breakfast was good and so was the location. We addressed all issues with 3 different front desk staff.

Front desk was fine depending of who was working the desk. I was really upset with the vendors they had come in to clean their A.C. All my stuff were packed and put away in my luggage which was on floor…there was nothing besides my luggage on the floor. Instead of moving luggage elsewhere or just pushing it out of the way ( again, there was nothing else on the floor besides my packed luggage) they picked it up and placed it on the bed I was going to sleep in. Just mind blowing. Well, here’s the photo for proof. It was taken March 23, 2023 at 5:01P.M They came and clean something to do with the A.C. Having gone to school in the area, I can assure, this is the residence inn at gulf coast town center. Your facility sits right across from the courtyard by M. Bass pro is right behind that. I ate at Miller’s Ale House which not that far from the facility. I picked that hotel because I knew the area.

When I tell you this hotel treats you as if your family they really do. They definitely care for there guess an I look forward to staying when I’m in town.

I had held my wedding block here and it was the perfect location. We also had overflow at the Courtyard across the parking lot. We were all able to hang out at the Residence Inn together at the fire pit area and in the lobby. I would highly recommend. The only reason for one star off is weirdly my mom, mother of the bride, was missing many things in her kitchen like silverware and it was difficult for guests to get their welcome bags/get my wedding points afterward. There was a lot of staff transitions at the time so I think a lot was getting lost in the transition. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location for anyone's wedding venue block

Pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and cleanliness of the room. Didn’t have breakfast but dinning room was full of what appeared to be happy people. Be sure to turn on the master light switch if you want anything else to work (think AC / lights here). Will be back.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. Location: about 5 to 10 min of FGCU and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Breakfast: they can improve on this area but it is free.

This hotel was conveniently located near our friend's house. We were greeted as Golf Elite members at the front desk. The room was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This particular Residence Inn is close to the Gulf Coast Town Center which offers a variety of stores and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is clean and staff is friendly. The gym and pool are small but rooms are a decent size with kitchenettes. Definitely a nice place to stay for an extended time.

We had to leave our home because of hurricane Ian. All the people at the front desk were great, it was a pleasure dealing with each and every one of them!

This hotel blew me away. The rooms are not only spacious but extremely neat, organized and well kempt. The hotel shuttle is very prompt, what an ecstatic feeling not to wait after a long flight. Hotel is close to the airport. The customer service is professional and very knowledgeable. This hotel is very generous in giving a sophisticated complimentary breakfast. Amenities included are gym, outdoor pool to enjoy the radiant of the sun, restaurant, stove, microwave in your room etc. It is like a home away from home. I can't think of anything to complain about. Please give this a try if you are in the area. Very highly recommended.

Very nice room acommodations. We had a beautiful bathroom with a tall shower. Breakfast was provided and the pool was clean.

I didn't stay there but my daughter did. I picked her up there. She said the rooms were good, service good, no issues at all. Sounds good to me. Handy to RSW airport, restaurants and shopping.

Absolutely the best was so sad when I was leaving ! Ana the most beautiful human, manager Margarita and Chris perfect team ! Very professional caring and funny! We loved them my Son still says that his favorite hotel and we can not wait to be back ! I have to write a review about my stay here at the Residence Inn Marriott . My husband and I stay her April 27 - May 4 2022. We read a lot of reviews before we stay anywhere and this hotel had some good some iffy but we just were drawn to this one and I have to say I’m so glad we did ! This hotel was very nice ! The staff at the desk was named Chris he was very nice and friendly , greeted us a good morning and a hello every time we pasted threw the from . The staff in hallways friendly, and this place was very clean ! They were always cleaning and it always smelled fresh and clean the rooms very clean and welcoming and I loved the verity of breakfast choices . Great area lots of dining choices also and in a nice walking distance. I would most definitely stay her again

Clean, quiet, good breakfast and very nice staff! I've stayed in all sorts of hotels recently and this is a new favorite. It's also right next to a huge shopping center and a super Target so if you want an extended stay you can prepare your own food which is always a plus. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here before heading to our family vacation and had a great experience. The 2 ladies that work at the front desk are so kind and positive. They know what they’re doing and act like they want to be here. Our room was very clean and updated. The lobby has lots of space and a great work space after checking out. We didn’t love the breakfast, but you don’t stay at a hotel for the complimentary breakfast. It’s located next to a bunch of places, we didn’t have a rental car and didn’t want to pay for an Uber so we walked the 15 minutes to go where needed. We definitely have this place on our list to come back to in the future.

This is our go to hotel when we come to the gulf side of Florida each year, as its conveniently located just off I75 in Fort Myers. It’s located amongst a large shopping center (Gulf Town Center) that houses plenty of restaurants, stores, Game Time for kids, desert stores, and a large Bass Outdoors store. The hotel serves as a great location for those flying into and out of RSW Airport, as the hotel provides shuttle service. Many pilots and crew were noted staying at this hotel. The hotel offers typical rooms/suites, including a 2 bedroom suite. They have an outdoor pool, grilling area, and lounge area. Buffet breakfast was being served during our stay over the holidays. We’ve grown accustomed to the pets in the hotel, but questioned the cleaning process with consecutive sold out nights, while en route to only arrive and see a shampoo machine being used on a room. This is our go to hotel each year compared to the points/$ similar hotels charge in Naples. You also have outlet shopping just 2 exits always in Estero, FL. 1 star taken off as I think the furniture (I.e. sleeper couch) needs deep cleaning and/or replacing as stains were clearly visible on the cushions. This is where an avid traveler comes prepared with disinfectant.

I was staying here for 45 days during Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program. We are unanimously satisfied with the hotel staff, cleanliness, amenities, room with a full kitchen. The participants are from all over the world (Malaysia, Egypt, Russia, Mongolia, Cambodia, Thailand, Rwanda, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Haiti, Panama, Venezuela). We recommended this hotel to stay.

This hotel is located in a great location, near shops and restaurants, right of I-75. Excellent service from the staffs. Continental breakfast was served every morning. The one room suite was outstanding, high ceilings fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living-room, and a very large bed-room. I will be back on my next visit. NY

Comfortable, welcoming, friendly, clean. The staff was informative and inviting. My bed was comfy, the kitchen stocked and the room spotless. I enjoyed the full breakfast and clean pool, also. I will definitely return.
