Short version: Beds are not super comfy 2 of 5. Best price with breakfast ($170). Mold in bathrooms and I have stayed here twice this month. The make you think is a new place because of the lobby and external appearance but is not new. If you have asthma or other respiratory conditions look for another pet free place. Detailed review:Lobby looks great and the hotel outside too. Looks like the lobby had some renovations to make you think this place is actually nice but you don’t pay for the lobby, you pay for the room, service, cleaning and to have a comfy sleep! Rooms are not updated and some things like the mattress need to be change but the worse thing is they have MOLD in the bathrooms. I have stayed here twice and both bathrooms have the same issue. This should never be acceptable in a place since this can affect any person specially with respiratory issues. Maintenance and deep cleaning in the bathroom are NOT part of this hotel. Pool is really nice and breakfast is a lot better than other hotels. Price of breakfast if you pay in the moment is around $11-$12 (is cheaper if you buy it online).

We got in very late due to flight delays. The staff was very accommodating and gave us an extra hour to check out so we could sleep in! Comfy beds and clean rooms. Shuttle from the airport was very quick too.

Our reserved room was given away upon arrival. The first room we were put in, didn't fit our family of 6 and the floor was crawling with ants. Upon asking for a different room, we were still short on beds, but there weren't any ants. Our stay was not a cheap one and we weren't credited for the loss of original reserved room... But on a good note, the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for a conference recently. The staff was great. Especially, Kevin! He remembers your orders and makes sure to make every guest feel special!

After a horrible day of traveling and flight cancellations we were pleasantly surprised by the staff being accommodating and welcoming. Gaylynn especially went of our her way to help us and make sure we were taken care of. She really made our day special and the impromptu stay so much more enjoyable.

Great place to make yourself comfortable and relax. Our Suite had a beautiful lake view and 2 bathrooms! There is lots of room and it was clean. Most importantly, the people we met were great. The staff is attentive, polite and accommodating. Walkable to 7-11, they have a shuttle to airport, beautiful outdoor space. Marco who bartended is outstanding as well as his colleagues. Tuesdays prime rib dinner was fantastic. I also did not feel “ripped off” by their food and drinks. Will stay again if I am in the area which I will make sure happens.

Just checked in about an hour ago, I’m pleasantly surprised how nice the entire staff was literally from the second you walk in you’re greeting with such a warm welcome. My room is very clean with the lake view which is a huge bonus. Having the bar and restaurant in the hotel makes life so much easier and there’s a jacuzzi that I cannot wait to hop it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stood over night for a conference in a king size suite, and was very impressed. From the main lobby entrance, the amenities, and the room - everything was up to par for what you pay for. Usually bathrooms have been an issue in hotels I've stayed at (being very dirty) , but this was quite clean with sliding doors. Pillows and sheets smelled and looked fresh, and the ac was working which is a must in Florida. In the morning, I got up to use the gym and was surprised at the amount of equipment that was available (and it was all in working order)! Staff was very personable as well - we had Adam check us in last night and we were talking about traveling to Colorado and he recommended great areas to check out. I wouldn't hesitate to book another night to get away from the business of life!

Please know that the staff we encountered here was outstanding. Donovan and everyone at the front desk were awesome. The ladies I. The breakfast area were totally amazing. Food and beverage staff incredible. The food we ate at this hotel was great. I was really impressed. I would go back.

I had a great stay here while in town for work. Marco at the bar/restaurant was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating and should get a raise. Not only he was cordial but very nice and down to earth. Thank you!

Very safe area and close to gas station and several restaurants. We received great customer service while checking in and I asked for a lake view and he found one. Building looks modern beautiful, plus interior hallways have clean, flush carpeting. In the hotel room, we had only 3 towels for 4 people. Normally most hotels have at least 4. Shampoo and conditioner was provided inside the shower. Frustrated with no garbage can located in the room anywhere to throw my dinner trash. Room was clean and pillows were a bit flat but bed sheets were clean and had fluffy white blankets. They are thick and heavy so maybe not needed for hot Florida weather. No ice bucket and no free continental breakfast; must pay extra to purchase. I guess I expected more for a higher priced hotel.
