Beautiful scenery, terrible service. The cutlery was incomplete but old and could not be used properly. There is no service, and occasionally the staff refuses service for many reasons. I can't believe that a hotel like this is still open.

A long time ago, either in December 2005 or December 2006, when I was about 9 or 10, me and my parents went to this place. We had a fun time back then. I hope we comeback soon.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, staff was attentive, atmosphere quiet and peaceful, and everything was well stocked (dishes, towels, etc). Private beach, plus a restaurant bar in walking distance. Those and the national state park are the only things on the island - which was really nice, low traffic. Close to the pier on the next island where all the touristy stuff is. Definitely recommend the higher level floors as the views are breathtaking.

The rooms are from the 80’s and haven’t been updated at all. No USB ports , the bathroom lights are so dull and everything is dinghy. There’s no staff on duty past 4:30. The attached restaurant had a fantastic bartender but the food is terrible!

The views were the only thing about it that was worth mentioning. Would not recommend. Desk closes at 5:00, rooms were basic and pool and hottub closes at dusk.

Great spot, beautiful views but the rooms are on the shabby side. Tiny, moldy smelling shower, a cheap bathroom faucet that leaks all over when turned on, not really clean, and circa 1970’s. It didn’t seem this bad when we visited about 5 years ago, but this will be our last time here. Way too much money to go back in time and have to cover the couch with a sheet before sitting on it.

Stayed in the beginning of July. This place was absolutely perfect! The environment was peaceful. Everyone you seen was welcoming, staff and none staff. Smiles every corner you turn. You felt like you were meant to be there. It was wonderful! We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was more than expected.. Spacious suite and beautiful balcony, every morning and night was everything up there with a full view of the beach, sunset, pool/restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights and was peaceful our entire stay. Check in was amazing thanks to Rosy!! as well as check out. The pool? Amazing! It’s attached to the beach right in front to walk on to and the beach is extremely peaceful..The views is amazing. This will be My Husband and I regular stay spot! (Wishes) PS. Try the lobster Mac&Cheese at Fibers the restaurant that’s attached to the bar. Thank me later!

Enjoyable stay, staff made us feel very welcome. For the price,I would have expected more attention to detail in the room- there was some trash behind the dresser that house keeping missed, and the furniture and walls had some marks and dings on them. Overall though, the room was wonderful and had a fantastic view. If you want a suite hotel room and don't mind paying a little extra, I would recommend short listing this option.

We did VRBO. The unit we rented had been recently remodeled...very nice. Beautiful bay views with dolphin sightings. The spa was super hot and the jets were astonishing strong. No oven. The elevator seemed to have a mind of its own at times. Very nice restaurant adjacent to the main building. Parking could be a problem at times during the day. Great experience overall.

Beautiful view of the bay. We were able to watch manatee, dolphins, and stingrays from our window. Patios are nice - we had breakfast every morning on them. Rooms were very comfortable/modern. Our neighbors were riff raff, but what can you do about that?

Beautiful views and a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation. Definitely recommend staying here! Flippers restaurant is right in the lot, so you won't have to go far to get some great food, and it's just a stones throw from many beautiful beaches.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the amount of room that you get for the price is definitely worth it. Yeah a few of the rooms could use a facelift tbh, but for the location, price, veiw, staff, pool, peace and quiet, it really delivered. Rooms are clean and plenty of nature to watch from the balcony when relaxing or eating a quick bite for breakfast. Looking forward to returning for another stay, can't wait to return.

Clean, spacious, good location. Only complaint, which is odd I know, is there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels lol. The shower was beautiful, but the water didn't get very hot. They are doing a wonderful job rebuilding this area, so after all they've been through- it was a wonderful place to stay! We will be back for sure!

After a devastating hurricane which took so many lives and cost people homes and memories, it is so wonderful to see that this resort team has worked so hard to open again. There are some little things that are still being worked on, hence the four stars. The ground level looks beautiful when you enter. The condo we rent is tip top! Fitness center is back to normal and the pool is warm and clean. Parking is an issue with restaurant next door. Maybe a sign that parking is for residents and guests only? No permit and you will be towed. Just a suggestion. They are working on outside painting, so it can get a bit noisy during the day, but just like living next to a freeway, you get used to it. It is so good to see the resort staff and share time with our friends again!

I have had the worst experience ever in a hotel, i booked a room from 9/3/2022-9/5/2022 which i paid $598.33, my first room was 102 around 8pm my room started smelling like weed i told the front desk worker to change my room bc im with 2 kids, at first they said that there was no room them they put me in room 606 the air conditioner was not working, they put me on room 1202 air conditioner was not working was very hot in the room. Very bad experience and was not worth the money I paid.

Wonderful location and unmatched service. Views from the room are spectacular! Rooms are a bit dated in decor, however layout and amenities make it a great choice.

Have been visiting lovers key with family for many years & are beyond happy to be back supporting this year. The property has been brought back beautifully & some of our favorite employees too (Yvonne!!). One thing we did notice was a few of the newer faces on site seemed generally unhappy to be at work. Although we understand completely the devastation locals are recovering from - the smell of alcohol off of a front desk agent isn’t always the best first impression. Hopefully these kinks will work themselves out before our next visit

10th floor condo with spectacular views! Everything was great, beach towels, chairs & umbrella provided. Plenty of room in condo. Excellent pool, warm & clean. Definitely recommend!

Amazing views, which all directions have a nice view. The staff is extremely professional and very courteous. My wife and I will be back. Plus it is boater friendly as there is dedicated parking for you rig.

Loved the spacious rooms, the suite was wonderful! Two entrances onto the balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect view! We loved being so relaxed with a beautiful pool and ocean and will return:) You might want to rent a vehicle or strategically plan trips to the mainland with the Uber/Lyft prices since the resort is in the bay area. There are great options for this also.

The rooms are always very clean and never leave me worried. There is a full kitchen with dishes and pots and pans, very nice if I wish to cook. The view from the rooms are absolutely amazing. And the location is perfect and is close to shoppes and restaurants, as well as beaches.

Here for our honeymoon 6 years ago, we loved it so much we came back for our Anniversary! Plan on making an annual visit! So worth it! The views and wildlife are breath taking! Friendly staff! Clean and welcoming atmosphere ❤

Great view, nice and clean rooms. Unfortunately we couldn't make the air conditioning working and we had to leave the room at 10:00 AM. Everything else just perfect
