Had the greatest time here at the Culver’s absolutely wonderful 100%

This is the second time in a week I have had horrible service at Culver's. They are extremely inefficient in their service. The line inside was out the door and yet only one person was taking orders at the counter despite having 7 other people up front. The fact that one person can't jump in for a bit to move the line along is poor management. Then I watched after 30 Minutes in the restaurant multiple customers who came in AFTER me get served their food to go before me. And I also could see they had orders similar to mine. I finally had enough and said where is my food?? "Oh it's right here Sir" Then when I get home it was wrong with ingredients I requested be left off the burgers on them and it was COLD!!! I will not come back!! While their food is good for a fast food restaurant, but the service is poor. I could have gone to another slow food restaurant and had my food and ate it in the time it took them to do my order.

Everything about this Culver’s was 5 stars. The restaurant was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff member who took our order and delivered it was pleasant and efficient. The rest rooms were clean and well stocked. Our burgers were very good. The crinkle fries were good, too. We sat in a booth by the window. It was a beautiful day to eat outside, but we preferred the air conditioning!

*edit, went back and ordered the deluxe burger and it was fire. The arnold palmer doesn't come close to chic fila though"* Was gonna give a three but I really like the CS here. Ordered a swiss and mushroom single burger. And that's Just what it was. Bun, burger, cheese and mushrooms. No lettuce tomato or sauce... Would have been sooo much better with said items

We ate there twice within the two weeks we were in Florida. Their burgers are very large and tasty. The fish fry we had was crispy and flavorful. The fish fry was actually better than we've had in some higher priced restaurants. Very satisfied!

I have eaten several times at Culver's I have had their shrimp, chicken and recently their pot roast sandwich. Always delicious food with a wife variety from which to choose. I wish there was one closer to me. I'd go more often.

I can't believe how great the service! We had a really complicated order for all five kids, and each one of them wanted a different type of burger with different toppings. they absolutely nailed it spot on. Avery, the golden star of the team, meticulously prepared each order exactly the way we had ordered online. It's thanks to their attention to detail that we were able to enjoy a meal where everything was correct. We couldn't be happier with our experience ❤️

I have ordered malts and received shakes. Last time I used the drive thru, it took more than 10 minutes to bring it out from the time of order. The food was cold, and malts were melting. Not happy Food is good, when it is done right.

First time eating Culver’s with my kids and we LOVED it. Wish we had this in Miami! We had a cheeseburger, the fries, cheese curds and shakes. The food was really fresh… The peanut butter milkshake was the best I’ve ever had. Service was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be back if we’re up here again.

Good food and excellent choices in options. I was expecting something more along the line of Red Robin in the quality and portions but more akin to your local DQ.

Very disappointed in this Culver's just got home and opened my box to reveal a very soggy, wet, super cold bottom bun and the cheese was barely melted. I've enjoyed Culver's in the past but I'll never visit the Corkscrew location again!!

I went through the drive thru and didn’t get my milkshake. I was charged and realized I never received it. Huge pain having to go through the line again and wait twice. Especially when you have babies in the car and cannot just walk inside.

It was 1:20 PM on Tuesday and was busy but we waited 23 minutes for 2 small value baskets with cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers definitely showed that they had been sitting under heat for most of that time, the buns were hard, the cheese was not existent because it had melted into the Burger and the Burger was done, done, done. Disappointing. The fries were hot. The small vanilla shake good.

Great fast food burgers. They're always freshly made. We ate on the patio.

Jersey's professionalism was refreshing. Heads up if Mark is working the expo line. I watched a lady come back to the counter because her bacon was not on her Burger, He walk five steps from behind the counter and gave up when the lady was around the corner at a table as she clearly stated. When he made it behind the counter he fumbled the tray and the bacon hit his hand, no glove, let the bacon sit on the counter for another 5 minutes instead of having a new one made, Had someone else go take it to her. I understand y'all were busy, but do the right thing!

Food at Culver’s is always good. I love their Butter Burgers and cheese curds. But the frozen custard flavors are to die for!! Whenever we need something late at night, it’s Culver’s!

Don’t know what happened at this location, but wow has it gone downhill in a hurry. Open up your burger and take a look at the almost non existent teeny weeny patty that’s smaller than the tomato slice. In addition, that teeny weeny patty isn’t even good….dry, flat and no flavor. For the money they charge you’re basically getting a bun, lettuce and tomato….hamburger patty is basically non existent. Wish I had taken a picture. Total rip off! No bueno and won’t be back. I’d go to McDonalds instead.

I have kept persevering with Culver's but now enough is enough. I find the food greasy and overpriced for what you get. You can get better elsewhere. The fish is more batter and a tiny but of fish. I find the fries tasteless and sometimes a little underdone. I really struggle with what to eat there and unfortunately havent found anything I like. Just not for me.

Wonderful experience here at Culver’s. I had the pretzel bites and cheese sauce which I highly recommend. Also, I adore the holiday decor, these are the cutest snowmen.

Always good when I go there today on way home from work got a mushroom and Swiss butter burger and for dessert a nice hot big piece of cod fish plain with just a squeeze lemon on top

I have eaten here and it’s a great. Great burgers. Sometimes I pass by when it is not time for me to eat but I’ll stop to get my dog a “Pup Cup”. They give him a Pup Cup knowing I’ll be back for my burger one day. He loves his Pup Cup! Thank you Culver’s!!

Had a bacon cheese burger and fries. Should have had the milkshake as well. Burger was really good , fries was too salty for me but it was pretty good the decor was very old. Which is the only issue I had cause it had a stink of old wett dog I'm thinking cause of the floors . They update the interior would be a very great stop to have some great food.

I've been to two different Culver's in Bonita Springs. Both were terrific. The service staff are wonderful - such a rare treat to find kind, welcoming people that seem genuinely happy to help you. I love the Fish sandwich and always order it. It's a nice piece of fish and the the bread is fresh and soft without too much extra "stuff". I highly recommend Culver's in my area - hopefully the rest in their chain are just as terrific when it comes to food and team member quality.

We have been going to Culver's for many years. Besides the great ice cream we especially enjoyed the large fish sandwiches. Nothing like other fast food restaurants.

I love Culver's but these very rich establishments need to stop lowering the air. So tired of the "government excuses" sweating while eating is not fun, especially when it's already expensive.

I went through the drive thru and only ordered 2 burgers. One a single and one a double. I went over the order 3 times to make sure it was correct and when I got home, it was still wrong. My bad for not looking before I left.

I was so in a mood for a hamburger which is not my go to food. It was a real good decision as the hamburger hit the spot. I'm not an active Culver diner and I think that visit will change everything. The service people are excellent.

Outstanding, clean and excellent staff of polite people. Their double burger with cheese and bacon is about $6.00 ...it was outstanding in my opinion. Blessings JMAC 😉🇨🇮😎

Another great Culver’s!!! Great food and super friendly service. Never any complaints when visiting any Culver’s in any location. Happy to see that each restaurant has the same training and management!!! Only issue is they serve Pepsi products…definitely not a Pepsi fan. And at least at this Culver’s, club soda isn’t available from the dispenser.
