Customer service was great... Clean store... A lot of open cashiers to serve the customers... Friendly staff... Just the bathroom needs a little attention.... My visit was a success... 4 stars all the way you guys deserve it

Love the store, BUT THE DELI PRE-ORDERING IS TERRIBLE!!! GO TO SUBWAY!! We preordered 3 sub sandwiches for pick up from home from the app and was given a pickup time 40 mins after. We waited in the store for another 15 mins. We watched her make our sandwiches. Took 15 mins to make 3 subs. GOING TO SUBWAY NEXT TIME.

Always a pleasure shopping here, however it disturbs me too see employees behind counters on their phones. The policy should be more strict while in the eyes of customers.

By far the worst place to place a order online for subs, like today after the due time I waited 10m and was told that would take a while. Some people behind that counter are terrible. I work in construction and don't hv time to waste like that ....

As always, Publix is a wonderful place. After living with Publix for so many years, I started to take it for granted. I had to move out west and life has been terrible without Publix. This particular Publix is one of the best I've found and when I came back to Florida for one day, I had to stop here and get some buffalo chicken tenders dip and a pub sub. I miss you Publix.

The highlight of this Publix to me is the deli department. They move very fast when it's busy. My online sub order is always ready for me to just grab. And the order always comes out perfect. The best sub to order is the famous CHICKEN TENDER sub. All the workers are very friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions

Although I hate Publix for there extremely high prices and average quality products and meats, this Publix is above all. The $5 Sushi on Wednesday are best here. They are the only one's that have the Sushi bowl for $5. There are better cuts of Meat and a large produce center that's worthy for the picking. I travel through SWF and visit many locations for lunch. This is a well managed and maintained store. I'm not sure why the selection is better than most. The prices still suck!

I go to this public very often and whether they are busy or not they are very efficient and nice!! Especially the deli section, today Gemari helped me and my cousin with getting a hot plate she was SO nice and helpful she is probably the sweetest person i have ever met!! Shout Out To Gemariiii !!!!

love one of the ladies who works in deli always is so nice and happy to be there. i unfortunately did not get her today the lady i did get just seemed unhappy to make subs in general, i get it is was busy but having an attitude with a guest for no reason isn’t needed still love publix. and the one lady who makes the subs :)

As a former Publix employee I know what standards employees are held to. Today we kindly asked Nina the assistant customer service manager to let us by as she was blocking the pathway in between the registers. Truly most responses are excepted. But her response was to roll her eyes at us not once but twice. Even after we got by and went on our merry way she decided to continue her shenanigans. I've known better people that don't do this to the customers. If this is what you push forth as a Publix employee then you no longer hold the standards. And no we don't need this is a tough time for everyone. I've been through hell and back and I've been able to hold my cool.

Terrible. Ordered a pub sub and it wasn’t ready until nearly 40 minutes after we ordered it to be done. Shelby said it took so long because she had to make three other subs… definitely won’t be ordering pub subs here again.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Publix. I moved to Naples about 10 years ago and had never heard of Publix before when I first went to the store I was shocked by how clean it was. The cashiers were very friendly and professional. The deli is always stocked and they offer soups and salads as well as subs that are made fresh daily. The soup selection is great and changes daily. I am impressed by the way that shelves are organized and stocked so well. You can tell that each Publix takes pride in their stores. What I really like about Publix is that their fruit and vegetables are fresh and I don’t have to worry about them. Getting mushy or going bad as soon as I get them home. The bakery also has a wide selection of tasty treats. My kids always run to the counter to get their free cookie as soon as we get to the store. Thank you for Publix for being such a good grocery store in our community!

Had a great experience here! Came in for some groceries with my toddler & one of the nice produce employees got her a balloon.. she was happy the whole time! And even more happy with the complimentary bananas for kids too. Overall had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Salmon we bought was absolutely perfect and fresh too!!

Parking lot mayhem but Publix store is very clean, organized and well stocked.

Nice Publix. I like this publix because when I'm working a route in this area, I know I can stop by there and get my lunch. Because they always have a variety of popcorn chicken, sandwiches etc.

Best chicken wings by far. Don't go to your local pub for takeout wings just go to Publix and spend a fraction for even better wings.

I witnessed you sending The poor employees out there in pouring rain you put them out in the rain to get carts with no umbrellas or rain coasts and ones you send out in rain coats are soaked because of the torrential rain, then when they get sick you give them a hard time. Leaders step up, don’t put your staff out there if you wouldn’t yourself Samantha and with an attitude to staff. NOT OKAY . Do better for your staff Joe and Samantha and Todd Jones! Executive team needs to really talk with their shift leaders and manager at this store as a local I have also heard these leaders talking and treating adult staff like children. Do better, and they will do better for you. #treat your staff with compassion and respect not like animals.

Stood in line today at the hot deli counter waiting for someone to take my order. Stood there for 13 minutes not a single person asked what I needed the only person there was Jason and he was loading up the cabinet. He informed me that someone will be there ASAP but after another 8 minutes of waiting I just left

Just an average grocery store. Deli chicken wings are skinny and starved, one day a month you’ll find real wings that look like the chickens were actually fed. Other awesome deli stuff like Mac n cheese bites you may find once a month. Nothing consistent. When quality and other offerings improve I will update you.

I found out that my sandwich was stolen at pickup. A managerial employee kindly allowed me to take a cold sub substitute for free because we had to make our flight. Very appreciated/kind gesture!

Not all Publix are the same. This is an exceptional one. The staff is extremely helpful. Many people love Publix Subs (I mean, com'mon, they're amazing). But their sushi is great, they make it to order. And on Wednesdays it's $5 certain rolls.

Great shopping at Publix Wide selection of everything and employees are so cheerful and forgot to mention the great Deli department ..produce..wine selection Managers doing a super. Job ....

Stopped in for Powerball tickets during the 2.1 B jackpot. Line 25 people deep only took about 15 minutes. Excellent speedy service as always with Publix

You may want to put Angela who was making subs somewhere else. There were 2 people in front of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my subs. It’s almost like she works as slow as she can on purpose.

Parking can be challenging unless you park far away, which is fine, except there are no basket return stations. If you are looking for fresh produce such as lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, you won't find it here. Cashiers at the check out stations are all very nice. 🙂

If I could give 100 stars I would. I live on the east coast and my daughter lives in fort Myers. I drink only Snapple Zero Sugar Diet Lemon Iced Tea in the 64 oz bottle. It is near impossible to find this tea in the Publix east coast SoFla stores. Even special ordering it the product never comes in or I get no follow up. It’s frustrating because it’s all I drink due to a surgery I had. On the off chance after a 5 day vacation in Sanibel Island, my wife and I stopped at this publix and we won lotto, we found 4 bottles on the shelf! It was like Christmas morning for an 8 year old! So I checked with CS about more. They referred me to Juan the Grocery Mgr. He was so nice. He said he could special order me some. I’ve heard this before but I did it. He offered me 2 cases (16 bottles) that would come in sometime during the next week or so. I was pleasantly surprised when a nice young man named Aaron called. To tell me my order was in! I told him to hold them to Monday afterword time and my daughter will get them for me. Not a problem he said. They will be up front in CS. My daughter went to Tampa for The Bucs Training Camp. She ended up breaking her toe on the trip! She didn’t make it to pickup my tea on Monday evening. The next day Aaron called me to tell me they still had it and he’d have to put it back into General stock if not picked up. I explained what happened. He said he could hold it another day. He did and my daughter drove down Tuesday after work and purchased my 2 cases! Special thank you to Juan, Mitchell and Aaron for all you did to get me my favorite beverage. You arevthe best. So going forward I will call this store and have Juan order my Snapple special order and my daughter will pick them up for me. Thank you Publix Crossroads! Juan and team are the best of the best. Please don’t move them to other stores now that I worked a solution to my problem! 😊

Went to get a couple PubSubs for lunch, third in line, 15 mins later, three subs made and it was my turn. The Department had plenty of personnel milling about looking busy. Sandwich and hot food counter had 2 very slow people to handle lunch crowd. First time at this store for deli department and most likely last. For time spent I could go to another publix and get my lunch.
