Always fancy, but the $15 for 5 pieces seems high. I mean its good but is it really worth that probably not.

Fantastic gelatos and sorbettos, with the added bonus of all allergens listed by flavour. Super helpful for those who want to avoid certain ingredients. The staff was knowledgeable and caring, even asking for our preference of the order of the scoops within the cone.

Nice gelato store in Miramar outlet shops,lot of variety of different flavors gelato and sorbet. My favorite is strawberry,but I like also a salted caramel but nothing compare to Molly moon’s in Seattle or Mitchell’s Cleveland.The price of gelato is overpriced,5.30$ for small cup. Tiramisu nothing compare to original Italian tiramisu,coffee was terrible,the same like in Starbucks,it needs a professional barista and good coffee beans The chocolate tastes good

We went there to have a coffee and a pice of cake. The cake and the chocolate was excellent. The coffee was cold. We returned the coffee and we were told that this coffee is cold, because it was from the morning. Are you serious guys? You charge 3 Dollar for an old and cold coffee? The girl in the shop seams to be very confused. The other girl was much smarter, offered us a refund and we got a hot americano. Sorry to say, but this location is not the cheapest one, so I expect a good service with a hot coffee. Anyway will give it another try next time

Always the best chocolate flavor. Delicious so many different flavors to pick from. My husband Bought 2cakes for me for my birthday tomorrow. Got 25 different flavors for his rehab office. 25 different flavors for the Lee county domestic animal center where we have adopted several dogs and cats Thier the best. Thank you Norman Love for making the best. Great location too 😊❤️

The service was great and I love the way all the treats(confections) are wrapped and packaged. The cookies and Blondie were moist, decadent, and delicious

Went into the Estero store yesterday for a 10 piece box and got a Gelato just for me...because I deserve it! Never a disappointment at Norman Love. When my friends unwrap that green box it always makes for a great day!

Wow, do I love this place! Their mango sorbetto is incredible, and their chocolates are gorgeous and delicious - great, creative flavors with perfect textures. I haven't tried any of the pastries/desserts, but I will the next time I go, as they are so beautiful! Highly recommend!

I discovered Norman Love's flagship store by accident 10 years ago when visiting the area for a meeting. I was amazed to have found a quality chocolatier in the outskirts of Ft. Myers. Now, ten years later, I am still a fan and stop in the store every time I am in the area and tell everyone I know about Norman Love's chocolates, baked goods, and gelatos...still amazing!

Norman Love puts much love in everything he makes. Cakes, truffles, gelato, baked goods....try them all. Each piece is a work of art and the textures and taste match the look. He ships around the world and is based in Fort Myers Florida!!!

The chocolates are outstanding however the Gelato is not that good. The cakes are fantastic and everything is decorated to perfection. Periodic sale items would be nice for loyal customers who've joined the mailing & rewards list.

Norman love Chocolate is amazing but.. Basically forcing 18%+ tip so $60 purchase end up almost being $75 is dumb ... Have no problem giving tip but 18% is way to high of a forced tip Didn't like most recent visit.
