Teddy came home looking like a new dog In a good way! He seems very happy with his new makeover and loves the homemade cookies I brought home for him. And he has a highly refined palate. Well, sometimes.

My two dogs (Golden Retriever and German Shephard Mix), my husband, and I had such a great time at their indoor play park. The staff were super friendly and really engaging with our dogs. We live in the Tampa Bay Area but visit Naples several times a year, and this place is now a must-stop for us every time we’re here. It’s a very clean place and a great alternative to an outdoor dog park. I (and pretty sure my dogs too) prefer coming here over the outdoor parks!

Paw-Radise has it all— the best groomers SWFL has to offer (hi Jeannie!!), knowledgeable staff, top of the line and thoughtfully selected products in their inventory and their own in house dog bakery. We even got our girl her birthday cake from there this year. Look no further— this is the place!

Paw-Radise has been nothing short of exceptional these last two years. From their grooming, to their high quality pet food, you know your pup will be taken care of! They have treats they make in-house in their Dog Bakery section. Staff is very friendly, professional, and understand how much your pup means to you. They let that reflect in the CONSISTENT quality service at which they provide to you and your furry friend. Anyone that lives in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and even Naples area has to come here. They have very fair pricing for the amount of WORK they put in, and the quality has always been top notch in my experience. To give you an idea, I'm a college student on the budget (FGCU stdents, im looking at you). Whenever I come in, I always see different dog breeds. That let's me know that they have a wide range of experience for those out there with "rare puppers". My dog being double coated, they advised me on how to brush and what type of brush to have to not damage my pup's coat... something I had no idea was possible. Another thing they do which I haven't seen from competitors is they offer nutritional counseling. Whether you have a puppy, a working dog, or a senior dog (12 years old) like myself , they're able to tailor advice to your needs with regard to exercising and nutrition, which is HUGE when you are trying to give the most optimal care for your companion. In my experience, they've advised me on what dog food to stay away from which I wouldn't have realized if it wasn't for them. My pup loves their hooves and all natural bones, keeps him busy for hours. I've also received tips on how to properly exercise my "senior citizen". At the end of the day, you know they have you and your pet's best interest in mind. And really that is all I could ask for.

We had a great experience at Pawradise! My dog loved running around in their clean indoor playground, while I enjoyed a drink from the cafe! She's a lab with a lot of energy and this spot is perfect during summer to entertain her indoors.

I brought my three dogs in on a Saturday for a nail trim, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Benjamin was incredibly kind and took great care of my pups. They were treated with patience and care, and I left knowing that my dogs were in good hands. I highly recommend Paw-ridise for their excellent service and friendly staff!

My dog and I absolutely love Pawradise! It’s so convenient to be able to have an indoor park, especially when it’s too hot or rainy out. The extra perks of having the cafe, wifi, TVs, and being able to buy dog food/treats there are all so appreciated. I spend hours here every week - it’s such a great community and the staff are just as invested in your dog as you are.

We are impressed! We took our 150 lb Newfoundland and 65 lb Belgian Shepherd for grooming. The entire staff was amazing, courteous, understanding and all with a smile! The young lady barista has the best attitude and makes fantastic hot beverages! The grooming was perfection and to top it off, met the owner who was extremely knowledgeable about human grade dog food and has an obvious passion for what he’s doing! I normally don’t do reviews but this place is going above and beyond and it shines through in every single employee we interacted with! We are now loyal customers! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE this place. With its very own modern, Safe, and clean indoor turf park with plenty of activities for dogs. The indoor park area has lots of dog toys from fetch things to agility tunnels . Staff are just incredible and go out of their way to help if needing something specific. Shopping for us humans too, from charcuterie boards to hand painted hand towels made by local artists , coffee mugs are just perfect for us dog enthusiasts. Treats of all different varieties rabbit lamb and the most tasty chicken feet which is great for joints. The quaint little Cafe allows you to grab a tea , coffee or be a little more zen with a glass of wine and a homemade treat made within the cafe. Honestly, try it out it’s the best!

Great local pet specialty store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an amazing play area for dogs to run around and it's only $5 for all day. There's a cute little cafe inside as well and they have a surprisingly diverse menu with great baked goods and savory options as well. Grooming is available here as well and they do an amazing job

We have taken our Himalayan Persian Cats to Benjamin for the past 3 years. He does an amazing lion cut and my cats are always so calm and relaxed when we leave. He even called me to confirm the type of grooming I wanted after my 19 year old son dropped them off. This groomer is hands down the only place I would send my pets to. We also have a Shih Zhu elderly dog that we take in for grooming and always top notch grooming and service. If you’re looking for a talented groomer and professional establishment with great customer service. This is the place!

Only speaking about the cafe side here: I am French from Paris, living in Estero. Their Iced Latte is really good, the espresso and whole milk they use makes it a very flavorful drink. Excellent quality. Tried their croissant today and it took me back to France at the first bite. No kidding. Was one of the best croissant I had in years. I would recommand this business for locals

Update: Just got a “nail trim punch card” and created a profile. I’ve taken my mini doxie here 3 or 4 times now and have been so pleased every time. I have yet to take my two female dogs, but at least it makes my job easier by taking him and knowing he is having a pleasant experience while getting groomed! I’m excited to come back here with my other doggos. I took my dachshund here for a walk-in paw trim. The groomer asked if I wanted his nails clipped and while I was reluctant, I said they could try! (My dachshund doesn’t put up much of a fight but he is a little stinker and so are my other two dogs).. he was in and out in about 5 minutes, paws trimmed AND nails clipped! The best part about it was he came out with a wagging tail, happy as can be. I’d like to try to bring my girls (40lb mix and 85lb rottie) and see if they would tolerate a nail clipping. The store is so cute, the play area looks fun for the dogs and I love that when you get a service you get to pick out a treat for your dog (for free)!

I love this place! I take my cat to get his nails cut here every time and they don't disappoint. Customer service is nice and efficient.

Wow, wow, wow! I was tasked with getting a nail trim while my wife was out of town for work. She sent me to Pawradise and she was right. The place is amazing, helpful staff, a cafe with amazing coffee and food, and an indoor dog park!!! Free! Just come and play! Amazing!!!!

$120 for the WORST cat's haicut ever! My cat's hair was so uneven it looked like they used a weedeater on him.

Paw-Radise always does such a great job grooming my dog! Wonderful customer service as well. Would highly recommend!

A special shoutout to Ben and his staff at Pawradise. His establishment is spotless, well stocked with a very helpful and trained staff. We recently had silicone nail caps put on our kittens and were accidentally misquoted by a staff member while making the appt. We were paying at the counter when the error was discovered and although the quote was incorrect, Ben honored the quote anyway. He is a stand up business owner that truly cares about everyone’s pets! Kudos to a great business and not to mention the “White Lab”coffee with white chocolate and coconut while we were waiting. Wow.

UPDATE - Benjamin reached out as soon as he saw my review and offered to redo my dog’s groom, as well as have a conversation with him and our groomer to better understand my wants going forward. They did a no-charge full groom and I am beyond pleased. With so many groomers to choose from, it’s nice when one goes out of their way to keep your business. I wanted to love this place. It’s close to home, clean and easy to schedule but every single time (four times to be exact) I left less than satisfied. Often times my groomer would be gone by the time I picked my dog up and was told to “come back” if I wasn’t satisfied. Each time I dropped my dog off it was like starting from scratch - I’m not sure if the groomers keep any notes. My dog’s hair was NEVER cut short enough - even though my words were always “you cannot go too short with her.” I continually asked for a closer cut around the face, but each time I had to clean up dog’s face when I got home. I asked that her legs be cut short but this last time I once again left with legs that look like they hadn’t been cut at all. I truly don’t believe that customer satisfaction is at the top of their game. Not once have I seen my dog’s groomer nor have we had a discussion so I have to rely on a relayed message of my instructions. We are currently 9 days post groom and my dog already looks shabby and in need of another groom. Yes, I could have taken her back in but that gets a little old, and by this last time my husband was beyond frustrated and insisted we find someone else.

We love this store, always friendly, helpful staff and full of quality food and products !! Dog cakes are A+ for birthdays.

The store is awesome & clean & very organized. Ben the owner is awesome and knowledgeable in grooming as well as his products he carries. I have met him 2 times. This year at the Jodi Murphy & Johnathan Davis educational seminar and last year 2021. We went to check his store out while visiting in Florida.

So happy I took my baby girl to Paw-Radise for her first professional grooming. The boutique was beautiful and the toy selection was amazing, she loves the toys she picked out. Everyone did a great job and the lady who checked us in even took the time to sit with her when she was scared, that meant a lot. Thank you to everyone who worked with Zoe today!

Excellent grooming service for my mini poodle Maggie by Kristin. Maggie desperately needed a good trimming and she looks soo adorable after Kristin’s work. I wish I lived closer so I can bring her all the time but since I’m in vacation i may have to take my vacation more often. The store and indoor play area are great too! I will definitely come back

Paw-radise is the best!! Ben is amazing with people and pets!! I have a fussy cat and he has always taken the time in dealing with her 'anxiety' when coming in to be groomed. He thoroughly and patiently explains how to care for her grooming needs at home in between visits. The new store location is great! Always improving to better the experience for pets and owners! Top notch! 5+ stars HIGHLY recommend!!

We were so excited to have an indoor dog park in our neighborhood. They have so many cool events, have great food at the dog friendly cafe and the best staff. Fresa always feels welcomed when she’s there.

Paulie loves coming to Pawradise to play. We get his toys, and food here also. He had training with Danville.Great place. He had his photoshoot for Halloween done. They also have grooming.
