Love every Publix store but do not like the self checkouts we like the customer service at the end of our grocery experience and do not feel that we have to check out our own groceries. The two lines they had open had three to four people with very very large orders in line so having 10 or 15 items even 20 we have to pay for ourselves and check out by ourselves we do not like this Publix it is not you ! maybe Walmart is it goes okay but people like having a lot of customer service in Publix that's where shopping is a pleasure. Just a few self checkouts would be fine for people in a real hurry. But need more customer-centered checkouts with cashiers thank you.

My regular Publix. I shop BOGOs; glad to see it has stocked Malk unsweetened milk, which usually meant stopping at yet another store! It has Fresh Pet refrigerated dog food, which not every Publix carries, at the same price as Wal-Mart. Publix has great produce and carries bigger bags of roasted, unsalted peanuts. Publix is not the cheapest chain. Corkscrew Crossing Publix is always a relaxing, pleasant experience. It's clean and staff is great.

Love that it is laid out like the Publix where I used to shop, so I found everything I needed. Clean and well-stocked.

Store location is good, employees are decent that I met. There are a few things needing attention(shopping carts area floor dirty, no carts in store, Deli needs Training).

Clean store, friendly and helpful employees. The produce is A+ and the Deli always has fresh cooked food and no other grocery store has the BOGO deals you cant pass up. This grocery is the best in the area. Top notch.

I love this store. First, let me say this easy parking. Walking into entrance area all carts are well Organized. Into the store most of my visits I'm always greeted by a employee. Items are very well stocked and Organized. Easy to shop. Never a long wait at the register. Publix makes shopping a nice experience.

It’s always a pleasant experience shopping at Publix. The store is clean, the staff is nice and there’s a good variety. The one negative is that in this particular location, they could benefit from someone else being in charge of the hot/fresh food section. They never seem to have enough fried or rotisserie chicken and by 6:30pm, forget it! The warm meat and sides sold at the deli always looks so gross, dried up and old (stirring it every now and then wouldn’t hurt) Whoever is running the show in that area isn’t doing a great job. You know what they say, a fish rots from the head down!

Excellent grocery store! Employees are very helpful and know where EVERYTHING is when you ask them a question. Keep up the good work!

What can you say about a Publix other than they have nice stores and really friendly employees!!

The problem is they have poor inventory. I have shopped there for at least 20 years, and it seems like the past 4 have been terrible. I end up having to go to another store on my way home. I'm talking about simple everyday things like pepper or chicken.

After 23 years of shopping here I can this is My Publix! Excellent cashiers and stockers. Management is friendly and very hands on. Clean aisles, sparkling food and frozen cases with well stock inventory. Groceries are always fresh and the sea food and meat counters are wonderful. Parking is well managed with carts being taken back inside on a consistent basis. The BOGO's are varied and enticing as it gives an opportunity to try new things. The flowers and plants are nicely displayed. Somethings may cost a few cents more than other big box and discount store but considering the convenience, safety, cleanliness and personable "polite" and attentive personnel - for me it is well worth it and makes it MY Publix!

Now Publix closes at 9pm??? Ridiculous!!! Get them out of here! plus...........Publix has consistent problems, on the surface it looks decent but when you have been coming here for over 5 years the poor management, controls, quality, time, meat department, and deli are not just noticeable the first day, but noticeably frustrating since it is never fixed. They have lots of staff and management present, but its more optics and check out help or problem solving....then actually solving the problems! Publix loves to get new quality niche products, sell them out and never restock them. Their deli lacks enthusiasm. People wait forever, and although you can order online, there is no option to type/write order in at location while we shop and then pick up. Finally, I tell at least 10 people at 9pm everyday that the store is now closed. They cant believe it! What Neighborhood grocery store does this disservice! Town meeting do not end until then. More people shop late and this area is growing. If we could kick out Publix at corkscrew that would be great! BTW have anyone noticed the cereal isle is filled with sugary kids cereal that never moves in an upper age group demographic. But I am sure those cereals companies pay them well. Bc Publix occasionally tries to find their real customers products, but when they sell out, you never see them again! lets not forget poor check out at the end of the night...rush feeling to get out the door right at 9pm, parking nightmare, and front desk water cooler talk and congregation area.

This Publix has greatly improved since I was here two years ago. Two years ago they had moldy and rotten apples and other produce. This time the store was clean, the employees were nice, and the prices were fine.

Be sure and check your BOGO items at the checkout. Twice we have purchased two identical items from the BOGO bin expecting to pay for one and get one free only to pay full price for both. Second time this happened was last week. We took to receipt back expecting a refund but was told the item was “not in the book” so no refund. What?!! What is the deal with the “book”. It was clear the items were in the BOGO bin.

Bought some fried chicken here the other day. Was a little overdone but still edible. Was in and out quickly store is always clean

So friendly and so helpful. I needed to get a balloon for my daughter's birthday and the balloon flew off to the ceiling of the store and Thomas and Stephen helped me bring it down. They went out of their way to make sure I got the balloon that I wanted for my daughter thank you so much

Such nice folks work here and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. The store is very clean and the products are fresh. If you sign up for the Publix app you get a free treat on your birthday!

It's always a great time and experience shopping at Publix. The staff are always professional and respectful. The store is very easy to navigate and find what I need. Everywhere I go is always clean. The carts actually work and not just 3 wheels with 1 wobbling. Overall Publix is an awesome store and I highly recommend shopping there.

We love the 1/2 chicken with sides for lunch! It's our go-to as we're always on the go with our business. Thanks a million.

Publix have stopped doing the salmon or Tuna sushi (nigiri) on their $5 Wednesday deal. This is such a shame. Been to several Publix today to get this for my son as it's the only sushi he will eat (and loves) and no one is doing it any more. Have to pay $14 for 8 pieces which is not great value. Sorry Publix, won't be coming back every Wednesday now as there is no benefit.

Thus Publix is well-managed! The employees are helpful, keep everything stocked and neat to the best of their ability. One of the only Publix stores I could find at least some fresh produce in the 2 days prior to the horrific hurricane we experienced. Limited dairy, too! Much better than Aldi, Walmart or some other Publix locations.

Best time to go is at night. During the day the older people are ruthless lol. They will run you down with their shopping carts. One complaint, a lot of times the sales prices are incorrect. Or they will put a similar item mixed in with a sale item and unless you check your receipt you often will get charged double or won't get the sale advertised. This has happened several times. They did refund the money, but it's still disappointing when you have to bring things you picked out back.

During my time at Publix in Corkscrew Village, I enjoyed the greatest Pub Sub known to man. My chicken tender sub with provolone and bacon was arguably the best meal I’ve had since moving to America. A young Irish lady named McKinnis provided wonderful customer service. She was comical, fast-paced, a little angry, generous with the toppings, and short-tempered with other guests to ensure that my experience was top tier. She showed me where to find the things on my shopping list, such as motor oil and Chobani Greek Yogurt (vanilla). She even helped me carry my pub sub to my car. She blessed my meal in the name of Jesus. I will certainly be back!

Don't miss Sushi Wednesday! This is a small Publix, but my favorite. The deli department is amazing, as is the bakery. It is a well stocked store. I feed vegans a lot... that also can't have gluten. This Publix never disappoints! Friendly, clean store, well stocked... no negatives!

If you would have told 10 year old me that one day she’d be shopping at a place like Publix and creating a meal for her family she would have never believed you. Yet, here I am 38 years later shopping at this incredible location, buying the best products ever and creating a mouth watering meal for my loved ones. And as we enjoyed the appetizers we created with the cheeses, crackers, wine and baguettes we laughed to think of how far we’ve come. I am still in need of a kitchen table and completed house nevertheless in the meantime I am shopping at Publix, creating the most delicious meals and enjoying the company of those I love the most!
