You'll get a better quick service Tex Mex experience here than you will at almost any of the nearby competition if my visit was any indication. Service is quite good, the facility is clean, the food speaks for itself quite positively. The ambiance is about what you'd expect in a strip mall setting. I really enjoyed their spicy chicken nachos. My wife also said her chicken bowl was quite good.

Outstanding service and the burritos are in a league of their own. I want to order the entire menu every time I go! I can’t recommend this place enough, and I love that they have so many locations now!!

This location appeared well-kept. Staff worked quickly and efficiently when a line formed on a Friday night. The young, energetic, employees all maintained positive and welcoming attitudes. The food was great for Tex-Mex. They also have specials almost everyday during the weekday! (Kids eat free on Mondays.) The hot salsa was amazing! I appreciated the indoor and outdoor seating that is available as well.

Mia is amazing! So is John and the rest of the team. The food is outstanding and fresh. I would have a hard time stepping foot in chipotle or Tijuana flats after my lunch at 3 Pepper Burrito Company. The topics and weekly discounts they have set the bar. Best Queso and customer service

3pepper is a terrific alternative to the larger chains. They press their own tortillas and have a great unique assortment of toppings for your bowl or burrito. Great staff!

Anthony was awesome! The food is super fresh and flavorful and burritos are made right in front of you , the salsa is made fresh and it’s so so delightful I highly reccomend for homemade tortillas and tacos on the go

It’s my second time coming here and Anthony has been great both times. Very attentive very knowledgeable with the menu and looks like a great coworker. Food is great too. And then close the wife was direct Bucky can do this.

Anthony is the real deal. He's friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to sell a product. I'm a creature of habit and always go for the walking taco with ground beef, but Anthony convinced me to try the beef barbacoa and it was out of this world. Seriously, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, 3 Peppers is the spot and Anthony is your go-to guy. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I am in Estero on vacation and wanted to try some Mexican , saw 3 Pepper Burrito Company on my phone and decided to give it a try, was not disappointed at all, my bowl was delicious, would definitely recommend.

We were welcomed immediately into a Very clean restaurant. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was all fresh! Tortillas were made fresh! Generous portion at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be regulars!! Highly recommend, way better than Moe's in my option.

Always a great choice for a fresh and delicious meal. My go to is a salad with romaine lettuce, black beans, cheese, pico, a chopped black bean patty, and a heaping of guacamole on top - it's so juicy and fresh it doesn't even need dressing. I usually am so full that I take the chips and salsa to go. Delish!

Ordered a bowl online, was prepared exactly as requested and ready when I walked in. Generous sized serving and fresh, delicious ingredients at a reasonable price. Will definitely return!

Came here twice this week, delicious both times! Excellent portion size and delicious food. Better than all the other competitors (Chipotle, Moe’s, etc)!

For about $26 we got 2 burritos with pork , various toppings, different salsas and tortilla chips with salsa(for free), and 2 fountain drinks. Service was good and cheerful! Food ok. Expensive for what it was. We're not big burrito fans, so if you are, you may like it more.

I come here about every other week, and I always get the spicy chicken bowl. It equals two meals for me which is perfect for work. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is always smiling!

Awesome place. I have been coming here for 3.5 years and it never disappoints. Service and quality is always there. Maddie and Stephen were great! The fresh dough tortilla is the best I have ever had!

3 Pepper is an amazing and healthy place that I honestly go to more than I don’t. Almost every time I go there to eat, Jon is there and is especially helpful as he is a very cool dude and brings positivity to the workspace

Pretty reasonable food, but the tortillas are too doughy for me. A lot of people really like them tho. I’ll be back but for a bowl rather than a burrito

I visited three peppers Estero a few days ago and everything was delicious and the service was great!!! Everyone is very helpful and in good spirit there. Mia was very helpful with my order and she worked with a great attitude.

Great food, easy order and go setup. Ant was great on helping me decide what to eat when it came to a quesadilla or burrito. Ended up getting both because it looked so good.

Stopped by while on the road, a nice bite to eat. Food was good and the staff was efficient, but ran into some issues with communication. Only complaint is that there are no COVID-19 restrictions posted, as I saw several patrons enter without a mask. All in all a good place and would likely stop by again if I'm in the area.

Burritos are ok, I prefer Moe’s or Chipotle. Flavoring is very basic, although restaurant locations are perfect logistics wise.

The staff was so helpful and nice the whole time I was in the store. The food quality and fresh and hot and everything I have tried has been amazing. Definitely worth the time to stop in and give it a try.

Awesome. It was my first visit and I’ll be coming back a lot! Right across the street from me. Excellent quality, heck even the queso was above average. Super nice and helpful staff (Estero), and that El Jeffe will make two meals, fo’ sho’.
