⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My dining experience at LongHorn in Gulf Coast was absolutely exceptional, thanks in no small part to our outstanding server, Josh! From the moment we were seated, Josh's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening. He made sure every aspect of our dining experience was perfect, from his expert recommendations to his attentiveness throughout the meal. I ordered Flo's Filet, which was cooked to perfection, tender, and incredibly flavorful. The stuffed mushrooms were a delightful appetizer, and the Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. To top it all off, the fries were a perfect side dish. Josh's impeccable service and the delicious food made our evening truly memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. LongHorn in Gulf Coast and Josh, you have our highest recommendation! We'll definitely be back for more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice place. They acomodate our 15 people party in a timely manner. The service and the food were great. The outlaw ribeye was very juicy and testy. Overall a good experience. Definitely willing to come back.

We go to this Longhorn more than we probably should. The food is always great. Sirloins are consistently tender and flavorful, rarely very chewy or messed up in any other way. Sides and bread are consistently good as well. We've had a variety of servers and all but one nasty lady have been good; some outstanding. The one horrible server we never saw again, so she thankfully must not have lasted.

Worst experience ever I’ve had in a restaurant the food took 1 hour 30 minutes to come after our server took forever to take our order. Later when we got our food after waiting so long it came raw not as we ordered it. So we asked for a manager to two servers and the manager took 15 to 20 minutes to actually show up and when we told him about the issue and he said do you want to wait to remake them we told him we waited so long we didn’t want to wait and he said do whatever you want with attitude. So we decided to leave meanwhile we were leaving he followed us and stayed staring at us by the door which I felt he was harassing us trying to intimidate us while we were getting into our vehicle and we stayed like three minutes outside talking figuring where we were going to eat and the manager was still staring. Because of this experience since it was late because it took forever to get the food and everything we weren’t able to go anywhere else because we were disappointed on how we got treated. I am a picky eater and this made me not want to eat. It was a horrible service and experience on how we got treated especially being stared for so long.

Great service, I went during Veterans Day and the restaurant was packed but food came out fast and it was delicious. Great veterans deal and our server Karen was amazing. She makes the best strawberry lemonades and makes sure that you never run out of them. 100% recommend this location and will come back.

Went here Jan 3, 2023 for dinner. Our server was Kyle P. He was excellent and very attentive. He checked up on us multiple times and refilled our drinks when he saw it was running low. Our food orders came out fast with good portions. Overall great experience and will definitely be back! Definitely recommend the wild west shrimp for an appetizer. The salad with pecan, strawberries etc was very good as well. The baby back ribs were also good. Our bill was $160 for 6 people which I think is pretty good. We didn’t order drinks.

Had a great meal at Longhorn Steak House today. Ordered the Outlaw ribeye, loaded sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. The ribeye was delicious and cooked perfectly. Love the Brussels sprouts and my only suggestion is more marshmallows on the sweet potato! Great service and food came out quickly. Highly recommend! Oh and I had dessert too and loved it!

This chain restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. While the steaks may not rank among your top 10 favorites, they are still enjoyable. We enjoyed our meal at Longhorn today. We were there when it was not too busy. Our waiter Kyle was very pleasant and attentive. Brought us refill drinks and condiments before we asked for them. The Sierra chicken was amazing. My husband said his T-bone steak was 7 out of 10 which was really good based on his reviews! The strawberry lemonade had real strawberries. I would take the chance again at finding a good meal here. Try it!

Best steak I have had in a long time. My daughter got the ribs and they were tender, flavorful and falling off the bone. Delicious. Our server was funny and sweet. We had a wonderful time.

Ashley our server was great. She was spot on with our every need, ordering, drink refills, and checking that everything was good. The food was delicious. The meat and vegetables were done to perfection. The mushrooms were great. Everything was seasoned perfectly, I didn’t touch the salt or pepper which is rare for me. The only thing I could find fault with was my baked potato was not hot, it was delicious but not hot. Still five stars for the food even if the baked potato missed the mark a little. Definitely would recommend this restaurant and will be going back in the future. Again, five stars for my wife’s birthday dinner today.

We came to eat dinner here after I got out of the hospital from start to finish was an amazing experience. Ryan W our server was OUTSTANDING. He was very personable & didn’t miss a beat. He went above and beyond for all 3 of my kids. I’m also in the business and I would love to work with someone like him. Thank you again Ryan! The food runners and hostess were also very nice.

Outback is dead to me! We just had the best service I've had in over 2 years. All the food came out promptly and was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back more often and recommending Long Horn to all my friends!! 10/10

We decided to stop here on a whim. It was our first time ever eating here. The food was good and wasn't overcooked at all. Their steaks were delicious. Our favorite sides were the sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and butter and their fried, honey butter brusselsprouts. The staff was friendly, but our server was a little forgetful, but that would have been because it was busy. Would definitely come back.

I just have to express how utterly disappointed I was with Longhorn today. My mother and I went out for a special late lunch. We both had really been craving a filet mignon. We go to longhorn and each order a 6oz Flo filet (which did not even resemble a filet), it was less than an inch think....super weird. I ordered mine medium and my mom medium well. They were both brought out and the Medium was extremely well done. I never send food back...ever but there wasno way I was dropping $80ish on lunch and settling for a charred filet when I ordered it medium. They come out with the second one, now mind you my mother has already eaten her entire meal and I just sat there. The second "filet" comes out and it was so rare I could hear it mooing. The waitress immediately went and got the manager(without me asking). I showed her the steak and she said oh wow, that is really rare. They asked if I wanted another and I said no. They took it off my bill, but it was super disappointing. I feel like if you are going to run a steakhouse, then the cook should at least know how to cook steak!!!! In addition he should be able to select the correct cut. There is no way those were filets and if they were, they were the saddest filets I have ever seen!!! Will never go back to this location....don't waste your money here.

Monday night at longhorn steakhouse, had the wings for an appetizer. They were amazing would highly recommend! our service was okay, the waiter seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. I dont blame him! He wasn’t rude or anything. Steak was flavorful but average at best. Atmosphere was electric.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening tonight! Big shout out to our waitress Nicole! She definitely made our evening. She is very friendly, and clicked with our personalities. Is is absolutely the best waitress we have had in a long time! She made sure we had our drinks, appetizer, sides and the main meal was perfectly done. Shout out to the BOH/cooks, My husband's steak was perfect, mine was also. Everything was perfect tonight. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening! We definitely will be back and only want Nicole as our waitress!

My steak was cooked just right and very good seasoning as well as the rest of my party. The bathroom was a mess, looks like no one had cleaned it in the last 24 hours. ( We had lunch so it had not been open very long). Saw a dead cockroach on the floor on the way back to my seat, good thing I guess that it was dead. I'll think twice before I return to that restaurant.

Salmon meal was tasty and delicious. Broccoli nice and crunchy, the way I like it. Server was attentive and never allowed our glass of water to be emptied. Class guy. Give this man a raise.

Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience here tonight. Took an hour to get our steaks done improperly. Also as far as service, it took a good half hour since the waiter totally forgot about us. Later, we didn’t even get an apology and the manager took forever to come. After that the manager gave us some random stare-down till we left the parking lot. This is possibly one of the weirdest encounters ever at a restaurant.

I don’t even know how to start with this review as there are not enough stars to give! Last night was my sons graduation and as busy as this restaurant was, they still managed to give our large party the best service hands down. Sharon was the manager on duty and she went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. The entire staff was personable, kind and professional. Our waiter Dee was AMAZING! He was so slammed with tables but still gave us such great service from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for making Graduation Night perfect.

Our waiter was very very patient God bless him, it was our motorcycle group and children's anniversary and we had decided to dine at Cheddar's scratch kitchen and was denied. So we took our business to LongHorn steakhouse. And the environment was very clean, quiet, calm and just pleasant. The manager was always checking in our table. Very nice staff. The food was on point I had a NY steak mr, mash sparagus and wine, Yes it was very very good, love the treatment and kindness we recieved. Two thumbs way up to the Chef and crew. Our "Los Escogidos" motorcycle fam are very pleased with ya, thank you for such warming service.

Super shoutout to Alex for being attentive and courteous in his services last night! I ordered online but when I came inside to pickup my food, I noticed the holiday rush. The restaurant was very busy. Instead of saying the obvious and being dismissive like the first hostess I encountered, Alex apologized for his colleague’s behavior and brought out my order which was ready for pick up when I arrived. His character and transformative service is definitely one of a leader. The food was good too.

I went here on a 7 month anniversary of dating to give her a nice dinner cause we don't eat out much and probably won't go here or other locations if the food wasn't worth it, ordered a med-rare outlaw ribeye and it wasn't seasoned at all, the temperature came from rare to medium and my girlfriend had a LH burger which wasn't seasoned and the fries were over salted, the lobster tail i had as a add-on wasn't flavored and you could tell it was sitting for a while. The dessert we had was great but the cake was too sugary for our taste. Would never go here again.

We chose this Longhorn for a to go order for our anniversary. My God, it was amazing! My husband ordered the porterhouse and I got the parmesan crusted chicken. We were both extremely happy with the food. Literally everything was perfect. Our new favorite.

Never had a bad meal here. Had the Rib-eye per the menu suggestion as it said most flavorful. Absolutely wasn't disappointing what-so-ever! As you can see, we had nothing left over! Even the drinks were great. The wife had a few Margaritas, she said the long-pour was delicious and on point. Can't drink anything hard so I had an Arnold Palmer, get them all the time, this one was definitely up there as well. Great dinner! Highly recommend it, especially recommend the steaks, and well worth the price!

A great option for reasonably priced high quality steaks. There is a good reason that this place is always packed! The western themed decor is as good as anything I have ever seen. We now crave this place! Take a look at the art work too, they have some beautiful work on display

Good food, steak cooked well. My wife had the lobster and steak and that was the best cooked lobster I've ever tasted. Like everywhere, they are short on staff so when we visited our waitress had several people to take care of by herself but did a good job taking care of our needs.

Always a pleasant place to enjoy a nice quiet meal. Steak was cooked perfectly, brussel sprouts were some of the best I've ever had, and desert was decadent!

This is an excellent steak house, the service was great, yummy food, and cold beer, which made the meal even better. Well worth a visit for steak lovers.

Wait time minimum, but service is terrible, waitress had no experience in customer service and was terrible at getting during that we ordered right.the food definitely needs work and the steak has to much gamy meat. Definitely not worth the 30 bucks I spend. Overall I’m not satisfied with longhorn. For them to impress me or get me back as a customer they need to improve there staff and chefs. They need a good talking to and service needs immediate improvement! Good luck cuz I’m disappointed

Food was amazing, although only putting 1 star because of the rude host who seated us. The young man that seated us was rolling his eyes at me and my family the whole 10 minutes it took to seat us, and would just start giggling in our faces to the other hosts whenever he would glance our way. Hire better hosts longhorn. He really made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
