Beautiful
interior,
nicely
set
up,
and
the
new
restrooms
are
divine.
Food
is
yummy,
as
usual,
and
wait
times
are
short.
Difficulties
arise,
like
every
Panera,
when
newbies
are
on
the
register.
They
cannot
seem
to
hold
one
thought
in
their
heads
while
poking
around
on
the
register.
I
told
one
associate
3
times
that
I
wanted
the
2
bagels
sliced
and
in
a
bag
to
go,
and
that
my
salad
was
to
dine
in.
She
still
asked
me
at
the
end
of
the
checkout
if
it
was
for
there
or
to
go!
And
when
I
got
the
bagels,
they
were
not
sliced
nor
did
they
have
butter,
but
they
did
have
3
knives!
I
returned
to
the
register
later
to
get
the
bagels
sliced
and
the
young
lady
reached
into
the
bag
with
bare
hands
to
get
the
bagels.
I
had
to
remind
her
to
wear
gloves
[per
health
laws],
but
the
cashier
took
offense
[?]
and
made
a
face
about
it.
Enjoyed
the
quiet
and
peaceful
dining
experience,
but
really
feel
the
need
to
write
down
my
order
to
avoid
redundant
questions
and
errors.
Recently,
I
ordered
a
delivery
of
one
food
item,
a
pizza.
The
sent
it
out
to
me
just
in
the
thin
to
go
box
with
no
cover
or
bag
for
protection.
The
delivery
service
was
horrible.
He
left
it
on
the
doormat
that
clearly
had
ants
without
knocking
to
let
me
know
he
arrived.
I
went
out
with
a
bag
of
trash
and
found
my
dinner
covered
with
ants.
A
half
dozen
calls
to
the
delivery
company
and
the
Panera
resulted
in
a
promise
to
refund
my
$14.++
.
NEVER
HAPPENED.
It
has
been
nearly
3
weeks
and
zip.
Thanks
so
much,
Anthony,
for
lying
about
the
refund.
Never
again.
