There are nice people there and most of the landscaping is very good. The resort amenities appear inadequate for the number of lots. I look at what a Lake George RV Park offers and say wow! Cypress Trail, not so much.

Beautifully landscaped, this RV resort has it all. Pickleball, tennis, salt water pool, and so much more. The lots are large and the people are so friendly. Close to the beaches and downtown Ft Myers. I highly recommend!

Since we own a lot here you would think we would give it five stars but we have traveled 2000 miles out of our way to return here and you can compare resorts but not the people inside. Yes this place is a 10 for owners and guests. We say the pool has magic water because most deals and minds are made in the pool. You have to love the renters here because they become your neighbors or best friends overnight . We celebrated new years eve with at least 7 couples last night and all new owners in the last year. So look around but really meet the people and if YOUR A DOG PERSON WE LOVE DOGS

Can’t give a review because I went there on a Sunday to look around and the gate was locked and nobody would let me in to see the place, So I guess I won’t be staying

Looks like a pleasant place to stay. I have been here to take care of a client's dog's while they go out and about for the day while they're visiting here season. I have met several seasonal and yearly residents here that have nothing but good things to say! But I have not personally experienced staying here. I have seen dogs from very small to very large. And any RV establishment that is this dog friendly gets an automatic five stars in my book!

We looked at over 100 RV parks and resorts between Panama City and Fort Myers. This was hands down the best place... PERIOD. So now we live here!

Grounds are nice - have stayed here several times. People at the gate are VERY pompus and rude - always a hassle. We prefer Cypress Woods - totally different vibe where EVERYONE is friendly!!!

Excellent place to rent or own!!!

I would not recommend this resort! During the rainy season it’s flooded. If you don’t believe it, why are the sheds raised. If you purchase, you pay an extra 2% on your improved lot each year. I’m so glad I didn’t purchase a lot!

We bought here a year ago and love it. Friendly people and great activities. Growing pains exist because they are expanding and many new people buying lots and finishing them with landscaping and sheds. Since a year ago, there is almost nothing left for sale. It is beautiful here and only 10 minutes to downtown Ft Myers and shopping. Once development is completed, things will settle down. We love it!!

Well taken care of. Gated. Quiet. Owner run. Rental pool for available lots. Always has a waiting list in the winter season because it's a great place to be. Lots of activities.

Just moved there as a resident. The lot sizes are comfortable and an option to build a small Casita is what made us make the move! Friendly people!

I booked my parents for a three week stay with their 36' Class A RV at Cypress Trails last month. They loved being so close to downtown Fort Myers and said that the resort property was absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic pool and grounds. But they've decided they won't be returning in future years... They were disappointed to find that events around the resort (e.g., water aerobics, chili cook-offs, etc.) carried additional fees to participate, especially given the already expensive daily rate for their site. They also found this park to be quite stuffy with 4 pages of extensive rules and permanent residents who gave them the cold shoulder. This was the deal breaker for my parents, as they enjoy building community with the friendly people they meet in RV resorts and this place did not fit the bill.

I had the pleasure of staying at Cypress Trail RV Resort recently, and I can confidently say that it's an absolute gem among RV resorts

Very nice RV resort. We have a travel trailer and mostly travel for work purposes. The campsite is very clean, and there are several amenities such as the gym, laundry room and monthly activities. We travel with our toddler and have been here several times. Although there are nice people you will run into a few "Karen's" who believe you don't belong there because you're under the age of 55. I've only had 1 bad encounter with someone who was annoyed by our toddler bouncing a ball. However, after this encounter I've never had to deal with her again and only have positive reviews about this place. Buddy and Cindy are wonderful people. Overall it's a nice experience at this resort with spacious lots and a relaxing atmosphere

STAY AWAY , they are awful , if you want to get a place that if full of drama and no relaxation then this is your place, they dont leave you alone to enjoy your stay.

Great park. Not too far from Fort Myers. One of the cleanest and nicest we have stayed at. Mail was a little complicated, but it all worked out. FedEx has a hard time... Amazon was flawless to the doorstep. Dropped one point in service due to a particular individual office staff member who couldn't be bothered to turn around and get our package.... after calling us an hour before to tell us it was there. Otherwise, the staff is amazing Nd helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cypress Trails. Our family of 6 brought our 36ft travel trailer and stayed for 10 days. The sites and grounds are immaculate. The amenities truly make it a resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even made an exception and let us in even though we arrived about a half hour late for check-in.

Arrived on 2/1 for a two week stay to enjoy the area with the intentions of seriously looking to purchase. First of all, the facility is beautiful. It is new and there is mix of RV types; motor homes, 5th wheels and casitas (updated mobile homes). We checked at the gate and were provided a folder of info, rules and regulations, and a box with a modem, cables, and connectors. NOTE: no where does it state nor remind folks that you must provide your own router. Had to go to Walmart to purchase one. Would have brought one from home as I have a couple there. The lot next door was undergoing major renovation with an addition of a shed, casita, and a brick paver addition. So we had to listen to construction noise for several days. Additionally, the paving contractor asked me to move my car over in my lot, which I did, and covered the driveway with sand for driving his Bobcat front end loader up our side to move dirt and stones. After a call to the office that was stopped and they used the owner's driveway. Internet- it has worked intermittently. We called the office and was told it was up to us to contact the internet provider ourselves. Wow. We did, and an appointment was made 4 days later. Earliest availability. They checked and nothing wrong with with the line. The modem died ( the one provided by Cypress Trail). Called the office was told we had to call Internet provider for the modem Cypress Trail provided. To say we have some negative feelings about our stay is putting it mildly. The new lot prices are in the mid- 80's and I am not feeling the love about paying that based upon our stay. This place is not cheap and I really expected more. I hope others have better experiences.

Beautifully landscaped and well taken care of with a great pool area lots of friendly people with nice wide roads for getting in and out .They could use another pool when full season gets in swing with 450 lots .

We (including husband and teenaged son) recently stayed at this facility for 3 days while driving through Florida and it was awesome in every way. Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept grounds, friendly staff, nice gym equipment variety, and pool was refreshing. I can’t say enough! We recommend this facility to you and your family. You won’t be disappointed!
