I live in a condo community in North Fort Myers, I own one of the original units. When they were built a single car wide driveway was the norm, all the units that they construct presently have driveways that are two cars wide. I saw Christian doing a job in the neighborhood and I approached him, he gave me an estimate as well as a few of my neighbors. We decided to go with Christian, he scheduled the excavation and the pour in a timely manner. The job is only been in one day but his crew came back and performed the sawcuts to prevent cracking today. Christian is extremely professional and down to Earth, the price was exactly what he quoted and they did an admirable job of cleanup when the job was complete. I recommend him and his company very highly.

Was a great experience overall! Really listened to what we were looking for and was able to work with the layout of our back yard to give us an outdoor patio and walkway.

We reached out to Christian and CHC Concrete when we were having some drainage issues and our concrete had pulled up from a tree we had removed. We thought we were going to have to completely tear up most of our concrete. Christian came out and provided a functional option that would also still look good. He saved us several thousand dollars and solved our drainage problem. We are extremely pleased and grateful.

Christian is professional and enthusiastic about his work. He has a good crew and did meticulous work for us tearing out our cracked driveway and pouring us a new one. We were surprised the waterline to our house was buried under the driveway and not as deep as it should’ve been. It was just below the surface of the old driveway and broke when the old concrete was removed. Even though it wasn’t his fault Christian repaired it for us and buried it deeper. Definitely above and beyond what I would’ve expected. We would absolutely use CHC Concrete again.

Culvert Installation: CHC installed my culvert to proper specs and in a very timely manner. Christian, the owner, was very helpful, answered all my questions, and provided excellent service. Christian extended our lanai and textured it to match our existing cement. Not only did he do an awesome job with the structure and pitch of cement, but stained the entire pool area. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Christian and CHC Concrete. We had a stingy little single driveway that ran under our carport and we desperately wanted side by side parking. Challenging in a 55+ community and dealing with the HOA. I was in the middle of getting bids for a complete outdoor overhaul (landscaping/irrigation) and Christian recommended the perfect companies to do both as well!! Christian and his crew worked to coordinate with our landscape and irrigation companies so all work was done in order, quickly, and beautifully! They not only designed our driveway extension but also created a plan that showed our extended golf cart pad (formerly gravel), and a grill pad for me to extend our from our carport! HOA approved instantly! The pour was done efficiently and very well. When I wasn't happy about the way our sewer drain set high in the concrete, Christian created a solution to make me happy (no easy feat, ask my husband!). They ground down the edges after it cured and got an amazing matching color to our home for the paint (we changed our minds to use non slip and Christian got it the same day with hardly any increase!). We wanted to match everything so CHC did our entire driveway, walkway, steps (top and fronts), and even our flower beds! It all looks so perfect you'd never know it was an addition to an over 40 year old driveway! Thanks to Christian and his referrals our home went from the ugliest on our court to the prettiest, and that includes the new builds! Thank you so much CHC, I would recommend Christian and CHC for any concrete project! They are so excellent and affordable.
