Always great service, and the quality of the chocolate is always top notch. Bought a medium signature sized box with 3 chocolate covered strawberries. Excellent gift for my girlfriend. She loved it.

I’ve been a regular customer at Norman Love over the years and have always been impressed with the high quality of the chocolates and pastries. The staff is exceptional as well— Natalie has mastered my most complicated coffee drink, and she , Cathy and Jan are always super friendly. I always leave the store with delicious treats and a big smile!

We went crazy in this place and got one of almost everything because it all looked good. It all tasted wonderful. We had small cakes bread pudding, truffles (15 different flavors) and 2 different coffees all 150% amazingly good. I actually want that bread pudding every night for dessert :)

I’ve gone here many times over the years and chocolate has always been amazing. Now I live in Orlando and I order from them all the time. I recently scheduled an order and then realized I will be out of town when I set it to deliver. Kathy was amazing helped me change the delivery address and just made it really easy. Highly recommended on all fronts.

Normally I love love love the dark chocolate collection box but it was disappointing today. The country sources have changed a bit and was not as good. That bitter taste you expect from 70-95% cocoa was not there. They all tasted like flavored milk chocolate. Still tasted good but did not taste like gourmet dark chocolate

I love desserts and travel to some of the best places for them Norman Love did not disappoint. I tried four different desserts and many different chocolates. All were phenomenal my personal favorite on the dessert end was tied between the key lime pie and tiramisu.

The chocolate here is perfection, especially their BLACK box, (and I don't even like dark chocolate that much). I've had their Mother's Day, Easter, Valentine's Day, and Christmas boxes and they always deliver on looks and taste so if you're considering it for a gift I would go ahead. I just wish they changed their everyday flavors more often.

Great stop for pastries and espresso. Loved the almond croissant and ham and cheese croissant. Our lattes were great! The only downside was our chocolate croissant had one small strip of chocolate inside. At over $4, we will choose a different pastry next time.

My visits to Norman Love Confections are always pleasing. The staff is kind, helpful and patient and what can I say about the confections other than they're pure perfection. Everything is delicious from the beautiful gems of chocolate to the gelato and crepes. Everything tastes as advertised and every item is just mouth watering. I love our Norman Love location in Fort Myers Florida, it is always very clean and inviting and close enough that my husband can always bring me my Valentines Day yummy gift box, every year, without fail. We always stop by when we visit the area: chocolates are both good and beautiful (we prefer dark) and the pastries are a sight to behold. The sipping chocolate is divine: please don't ever stop selling this! A few items are now available at local Whole Foods but the complete assortment of goodies are only at the boutiques.

Just went to the Miromar Outlets store and tried to order (4) 15 piece boxes and (2) 10 piece boxes and was told they could only do 5. Reason is they had a line. When I entered there was no line, 1.person in front of me. Line form because the male employee wasn't waiting on customers initially. I do this every year and have never had an issue. If you are going to limit the customers then put up a sign and I wouldn't have wasted my time. Now going to Noella Chocolates

My "go-to" for over the top chocolates! We were gifted with a small box of Norman Love chocolates some years ago. When I opened the box I said "these are too pretty to eat." But, of course we did eat them and WOW! Now if I want to send a special gift, we only send Norman Love Chocolates. They are true artisans.

The selection of gourmet chocolate is unlike anything I have ever seen. They are amazing. The staff is very friendly too. Little expensive, but it is about what you'd expect from a place with such high end chocolate. The Gelato was really good as well. Worth a try!

This was my first visit to the Norman Love home base, and it was to attend a class for making truffles. It was so much more than a class, it was an experience. Dan was our expert in all things chocolate. He led us through the process of the truffles, shared his knowledge of chocolate making and his enthusiasm of working with Norman Love. This was thoroughly enjoyable, and I will return for another class in a heartbeat!

Oh my gosh! Haven't been to Norman Love in ages. When in the area today, did a U-turn. Picked out a few chocolates, a couple beautiful desserts, a pastry, and, of course, gelato. We will be fighting over the treats for the next few days! But the gelato is mine! One of the flavors- Blood Orange- is sheer summer bliss! Must try this one with the tang of the citrus in gelato form. Of course, the staff is as pleasant and helpful as always. 😊

Amazing designs of chocolates, hard to decide whether to eat or adore. Presentation ,packaging and descriptions is really good . But you pay for everything, chocolates are expensive $$$$. In end I payed almost $100 for two boxes.

This has been my favorite chocolate place since childhood. It may be a bit pricey, but it's so worth it. Everything is so beautiful, you almost don't want to eat it, but once you do, you can't stop. Anyone with a few minutes and some money to spare should definitely drop by and try some. My personal favorite are their key lime shells.
