Great hotel and clean room! Perly at the front desk provided me with great customer service. She welcomed and thanked me for being an platinum rewards member and held a friendly conversation. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the mini fridge doesn't have small freezer. This would've been helpful to refreeze my ice packs that I use to keep my food and drink cold during my 9hr drive back to GA. Overall my go to place if and when I'm back in the area.

Had our wedding party stay over end of last year. Great place. Clean, new and the staff was friendly. Lucie the manager took great care of our out of town guests. This hotel is near the airport and Gulf Coast Town Center. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you! Al & Michelle

Stayed here for a work trip (15 nights) The staff were friendly and accommodating. 0330 had bagable breakfast ready for our team of 20 every day! Even on the weekends!! Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and sheets were soft!

I travel a lot so checking in to a hotel is so important and every time I come here which is weekly the front desk person (Brook) is very kind, prompt, and makes my check in experience wonderful. The rooms are nice and clean. I'm hoping my company continues to book me here it's always a nice and stress free stay

Flight cancelled late so I grabbed the last shuttle to this hotel randomly as I didn’t know if another would come. Allison was at the front desk and was quick and helpful. Clean room and bed. A not fun situation was a little better because of Allison. Thank you!

Very clean, comfortable bed, and incredible service. Allison at the front desk greeted us at 1am with warmth and compassion after a long day of flight headaches. Best place to forget your travel pains and get rest.

My job requires me to travel to many cities, and because of the nature of my work, I routinely need to switch hotels even within just a few miles apart from each other. I'm going to base this review on my specific room at this hotel, and on the things that I find most important at a hotel\motel - your needs may be different. 1-Noise, Noise, Noise. 2-Fitness center. 3-Kitchenette. 4-PRICE. The snug fit and proper seal of the rooms front door keeps noise from the hallways and adjacent door slamming at this hotel pretty quiet, when compared to other hotels. The fitness center was unusable to me because they keep fresh towels inside the fitness center and they emitted a strong fabric softener odor, which gave me migraines. I've seen this before at other hotels as well, but it's not too common of a practice. They would be better off placing the towels on a rack in the hallway just outside the fitness center door. The kitchenette was fine, although I had to pull the refrigerator out to lower the temperature, as it wasn't keeping things as cool as I wanted. The wifi was good, as well as the bathroom. Since this is a newer hotel the trees in the parking lot are still very small, so you won't find any spots that are shaded, thus your car can get extremely heated during the daytime hours. Very close to the airport, and the shuttle runs until about midnight, so that is convenient. As for the price - EXTREMELY overpriced for an adequate airport hotel. Not a good value at all for what you're getting. There were some nights in March where the rooms were in the $380 a night range. Yes - PER night. SMH.

Ron the shuttle driver was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a great staff. No food or convenience stores nearby, no dining options on-site. They will take you via shuttle to local restaurants a few miles away.

Near the airport with groceries, gas and pharmacies nearby. Rooms clean and above average. Hotel seems secure and locks at night. Seems to have undercover security guards which is nice. Breakfast is above average with mini omelettes. Pool is OK BUT isn't exactly quiet. Workers mowing lawn, trimming and cleaning pool during the early afternoon. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly.

Great location, by the airport. The lobby, building, grounds, rooms were all very will kept & CLEAN. My personal favorite was how comfortable the mattress was, crazy comfortable, best I have ever slept on. The bed was soft but firm at the same time. This location will be going onto my favorites list! Also felt very safe while staying here.

We booked the hotel at last minute when our flight got canceled. The minute we walked in to the hotel, we felt welcomed. The front desk staffers were so helpful and knowledgeable which it made things easier since we had a long day at the airport dealing with flight cancellations. The hotel have free shuttle bus and they will take you to the restaurants, airport or even pick you up from the airport. I highly recommend the hotel if you need to stay near by the airport.

I love this place. The rooms and hotel are immaculate. The staff is wonderful. The complimentary breakfast is a great day starter and very much appreciated healthy options! I’ll be back here for my next stay in Ft. Myers.

The people working here were very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver, and sabrina and Nykealah at the front desk were all very nice and extremely helpful. They were very busy but they took time to help us and make us comfortable while we waited for our flights.

This establishment deserves all the 5-star reviews it receives. Clean, adequate rooms with all expected amenities working + one of the best breakfasts offered by this chain. Friendly efficient staff completes your stay. No jacuzzi but clean outdoor pool.

Have stayed here for a little over two weeks for work. Perfect for travel, and close to a ton of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes or less. Incredibly clean establishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast really did wonders to get me out of bed on time. It's a buffet style and stays piping hot with things like: Regular and Decaf Coffee (All day) with multiple creamers. Biscuits (and gravy!), bagels, bread Pancakes, french toast, cinnamon rolls Bacon and sausages Cereals, Milk, OJ, Cranberry and Apple juice. The rooms were spotless every day, and coming back after a long day was really welcomed. They have a convenience area downstairs with plenty of snacks, drinks and medicine. Had way too many of their mini frozen pizzas. Gym was nice and clean, and laundry was easy to do with the card option on the machines. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here during hurricane Ian for two nights. I cannot say enough about the fantastic staff! They all stayed with us before, during and after the storm and always made us feel safe. It was a very stressful time as we had to leave Fort Myers Beach where we were staying and we were very lucky to get a room. The room was very nice and clean. We did lose power and eventually water and therefore they had to close and we had to leave. Lucy helped us get a room in Tampa and was very helpful getting us to our destination as we had no power or internet and weren’t sure where we were going. I was emotional and stressed before leaving not knowing what to expect. Lucy came around the front desk and gave me a hug! It meant so much to me! This staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and stayed with us when I’m sure they would have rather been with their families. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, hopefully under better weather circumstances! Thank you all for everything! I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names but I don’t have one complaint about anyone.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast until 9 AM. Staff were very polite. Remote for TV in the room could be better. The location is a bit out of the way but it is quiet out there for the most part

I would have preferred to have some sort of breakfast available til 11am. They shut everything but coffee down at 9am weekdays and 10am weekends. I understand shutting the hot breakfast down but some sort of continental breakfast for those on a different sleep schedule would be nice (since they don't allow you to take breakfast food to your room). Since it is included in the room price it would be nice to be able to partake in it somehow...

This was a nice place to stay, it has all the things needed for a basic trip. The free breakfast was edible and had a decent selection. The room was clean and tidy. The gym was a joke and there was a little snack section next to the front desk.

Newer HIE and very nice. Rooms and overall facility was very clean, large Samsung TV on a movable mount was excellent! Hot breakfast (included with room charge) was fantastic! Turkey sausage patties, cheese omelette, yogurt and much more. Highly recommend if in the Ft Myers area.

Staff is nice here. The breakfast is very good as well. Plenty of parking. The pool is very nice and clean. They do have a little “market” which is nice if you want a soda or snacks. The only negative thing is that the rooms take FOREVER for them to clean. I had to ask at 3 pm of our room was going to get clean linens. Then they called to have someone take care of it. Next day, still at 2:30…our room was not done. We went up to lay down for a nap with the kids and saw the same lady in the same room…an hour later. Not sure why it takes so long but that an inconvenience for people staying for multiple days to not have their rooms done until after 3pm… Hubby is staying longer for work. I needed to go back and get some rest before a long drive back home. I couldn’t do that because it took FOREVER for anyone to do the room again. I ended up having to ask again to have the room done 🤬 Yesterday the lady at the desk was nice about it and apologized. The lady at the front desk today was not friendly and had an attitude about me asking at (now) 3pm about our room and clean linens, etc…FUNALLY came up to the room after we saw the lady who was to be taking care of our room leaving for the day. I guess leaving for the day was more important then doing her job and changing out the linens. See attached

Hotel was very clean and had a fresh appearance. The staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and bright, with plenty of plugs to charge your electronics. They had a computer and a printer on site that you could use for free, which came in handy when needing to print travel documents. The room had black out curtains which really did black out the entire room, and it was well insulated as your couldn't hear the planes flying in or noise from the hall. We didn't need to use the airport shuttle but it was offered to us which was nice. I would gladly stay here again.
