this location offers the smallest beef portions i've ever experienced at any taco bell. their prices are not as advertised, too. i felt obligated to contact corporate about their low standards and practices. until this location turns around, i'd hit up one of the many legit taco trucks in the area.

How you gonna ask me if I wanna double the beef and then give me two almost empty 5 layers… but charger over $6 for one. Then you want 15 hour…. Please stop messing up my orders!

This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell in the entire county. Orders are wrong every single time, the staff are some of the rudest and most miserable people I've had to interact with and for some reason, they're closed before 9pm on a Friday.

I'm so tired of this Taco Bell. It gives all Taco bells a bad name. It's the one closest to my kids school so unfortunately am tempted to use it. They literally never send my order out right. They are rude and just make you whatever. I ordered a bacon breakfast wrap..at the window she said was it bacon or sausage I said BACON she yells back oh bacon. It was sausage with a tiny bacon bit on it. I can't eat sausage. This has happened so many times with this Taco Bell. I'm so fed up. Won't be back, and trust me I eat alot of crunchwraps. I'll just take my money across the street to Hardee's where at least I get what I order.

Went thru drive thru and someone said “hello” then when I said hi got no response back. So I started ordering thinking that’s what they were waiting on. Well then I’m told to hold up a minute. Order my three potato tacos and a nacho fry. Get home all excited to eat it and there is barely any nacho cheese in the cup and fries aren’t even seasoned. Also potato tacos potatoes are hard and inedible. So disappointed

I came into this store for dinner. The waitress was friendly, except when we came in, the whole staff was standing around laughing and talking in Spanish while I stood there waiting to order. Finally, one of them broke loose and took our order. The drink machine had all the drinks blinking blue, and I was afraid it was out of service. I had to ask several times before the young lady understood what I was asking and assured me it was ok. When my chicken burrito got there, it was delicious and fresh. The drinks were great. Then the end of my good night happened. My friend ordered cinnamon twists. With one bite, my taste buds were slaughtered! Yuck! They were rancid! One bite, and I couldn't get the horrible taste out of my mouth! The bag that they came in was soaked in rancid grease, like they had been sitting for hours. The taste was sickening. My friend went up and complained, And after speaking to several people, they finally gave her fresh ones. I couldn't stand to even try another one because the taste in my mouth was so strong! I decided to go brush my teeth and was informed that the bathrooms were out of order! Both of them? I asked them about the law about having a bathroom and got a shoulder shrug. I won't be back. I certainly hope the staff has some way to wash THEIR hands! As I write this, I still taste that awful cinnamon twist. Yuck! After looking back at past reviews, apparently those bathrooms have been out of order for almost a month! Where in the world is the health Department??

The food was Luke warm and didn't have much taste to it, the chalupas didn't have hardly any sour cream. The last time we went it was so bad that the juice running out of my tacos was melting the wrapper it was in, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

They have legitimately said that "their freezee machine is down" every time we've come, for months. Just take them off your menu at this point. It's ironic because they've gotten a new flavor and it had still always been down.

We ordered 3 pizzas, cinnamon twists and 3 drinks. After leaving we realized we had no straws and no twists. And these people think they deserve more pay and probably didn't even finish grade school!!! They can't even get a simple order right!

Generally I love Taco Bell! I've been eating it for over 50 years! I love the flavors and the consistency generally any changes in the menu several favorites that have gone by the wayside, but unfortunately I have to report that my recent visit here was the worst I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell first off the drive-thru computer or something wasn't working, okay I can accept that we've just been through a major hurricane not such a big deal we had to go inside to order that seemed to be a chore and a half ordered a number of things off of the menu because we were in the mood for a nice Taco Bell fix, and unfortunately I can't think of one thing I ordered that was even up to the standards of Taco Bell wherever you place them I'm generally quite pleased with them and consistent but have this been my first experience that I Taco Bell it is doubtful I would ever return I hope whatever was the problem there gets sorted out I'm not giving up on them but there are so many other options around that if I have that bad of an experience again I won't be back at least to that one

This was terrible service terrible food very dark and unsafe 🤢 would definitely not stop again . Also was missing item from my order they made me wait almost 10 mins for a simple bean and cheese rice burrito with an attitude.

Person working drive through was not pleasant or polite. Never looked at me. Talked over shoulder while talking with another employee. Was put out when I asked for hot sauce. Should find a job they like or learn to be more polite.

How is this Toca Bell still in operation! You can't get breakfast salsa. You can't have more than one order per car. Mind you no one else is even at the store. And they're always out of nacho fries.

I love this Taco Bell! They have me sitting on the toilet for 3 days straight 😂😂😂😂😂 no for real though! The staff is very nice and the dining room is very clean!!

This is the worst taco bell location, but its not as bad as dealing with traffic to go to others. Tonight they had out of order signs on both bathrooms. That is a health code violation.

I literally just left them and they can’t get my order correct! Every time I go to this location and order my tacos with black beans on them they give me meat and they never answer the phone! I went last week and tonight and ordered 2 of their new Black Bean tacos and each time they put meat in my tacos…why offer the vegetarian options and you are always going to get the order wrong!

Crunchwrap had no fkn hard shell inside. Most incompetent people ever.

The food started out good,but when I got to the cinnamon twists they were rancid as if I had just taken a big bite of mold or mildew. I took them back to the counter and talked to 4 different people until I found someone who spoke english. The other workers argued with me a little up until that person was found She apologized and replaced them with fresh. I then went to use the bathroom and saw that it was locked with a keypad. I again talked with 4 different people till I finally found the one woman who spoke English that spoke with me earlier. I was informed that the bathrooms are broken and not open. I am concerned that the workers nor customers like myself do not have access to clean water to wash their/our hands or a place to use the toilet. I thought it was against the law for a restaurant to be open if they did not have working facilities for customers to wash their hands or use the toilet. I would not recommend this Taco bell location as I have serious concerns about health and safety!

1 PM.... Wow.... Things have really changed in the past few years. Now...NO customer service, NO ONE speaks to you, NO ONE to take your order, NO ONE eating in the lobby. Pretty much sucks here.

Run by people who can't speak English. They lock the lobby so no one can go in and they missed many items on my order. Took 4 different drinks to try to get a freeze but then they said they didn't have them

Got through here regularly and the drive through staff.. well not the best.. only guy gets its right all the time.. the others could care less because every time I order its the wrong order or missing stuff or ice cold food and most of the time drinks are carbonated.. tighten up Management..

We ordered ahead on the app. Picked up inside. Bag was stapled closed so we didn't open until we got home. Missing one item. Additionally an extra of another item so we adjusted and made do.

Last week I ordered two original hard shell beef tacos have not had him in 40 years felt 17 years old love Taco Bell Moty and I are so happy we live a hundred feet from the Taco Bell on Colonial boulevard

Every time I order the food is horrible, the staff always is playing a round, i ordered chips and cheese and the chips are always stale, they can’t Evan cook the chalupas correct, definitely need new management!!!! Beware they always get the orders wrong ALWAYS!!!!!!

For Gods sake, if you don’t want work, then stay home, it seems like that’s all you are good for!!! Seriously, how hard is it to get an order right? You have NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT, NOT ONCE!!!! Whatever they gave me wasn't Dr pepper, it was pretty gross tbh. But at least they weren't out of what I wanted again. They just gave me sub par for what I paid for. This happens too often. I'm going to quit getting fast food for a while.

Only reason it’s not 5⭐️ Is cause they forgot the sauce, but so did I! We went through the drive through at about 15:15 and the girl at the window was LOVELY! So sweet and nice! Even chased us down to see if we forgot our drink! Lovely service and the food was good too!

At 10pm August 1, 2021. Was looking for a meal after 12 shift. Didn’t eat breakfast, lunch or Dinner. I pull up to the drive thru and was told they only serve crunchy tacos. Laughing was in the background. I don’t know if they were serious. How do you run out of any other meals and just serve crunchy tacos. I’m tired. Stores are closing. 24/7 McDonalds is also closed down for the night too. Taco Bell has let me down when I needed them. Never coming back to this place.

The worst Taco Bell experience ever! I am currently pregnant and I was craving a chicken quesadilla. As I’m driving home I take my first bite and it was cheese only! So, I drove back and told them, then the lady in the background yelled very rudely in Spanish to take my current food. Then when they gave me my new quesadilla back it had the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever seen and top of that my cheese wasn’t fully melted AND on top of that it barely had the jalapeño sauce, or whatever it’s called. They weren’t even busy for them to pull a stunt like that. This is the first review I’ve ever written and I’m just so disappointed right now! My pregnancy isn’t making it better. Truly upset. Worst location in lee county I’ll tell you that for sure!

I pulled up to the window to pays. I payed and then some girl came up to the window to ask me to reverse my car 6 feet till my food was ready. After a couple questions i did what she asked. And pulled back up to the CLOSEABLE window and payed and left. I know ot was a mask thing. But they made me do that dance for spite. The had to have the same amount of contact with me without driving back and forth.....because the window closes between interactions.....

Went to get a party pack of crunchy tacos for my kids and there were stale and tasted disgusting.

It was late and we were hungry is the only reason for two stars. Was way over staffed all in the back talking. I had to bang on the counter to get someone to come up front to take our order. No other customers in dining area at that time. The inside has plaster coming off the walls over the doorways. I wouldn't go to that location again. As I said it was late and we were very hungry. As far as the food goes, it's not too hard to get a taco wrong so it was okay.

Few Taco Bell locations have employees as polite as this one. People were nice, facilities were clean, and food was ready promptly. Also, the unsweetened iced tea was great here (usually Taco Bell’s have bad iced tea from uncleaned machines)

Terrible place! We stopped on our way home from Tampa because it was right off the interstate. We should have kept driving. The lady behind the register barely spoke English and you could tell she wasn’t comfortable on the register. She must have been new. To make a long story short…my order was SUPER messed up. I said several times “no sour cream” yet almost everything I ordered had sour cream. My husband lucked out because I just kept giving him all my food because he likes sour cream. There were no napkins, you had to go up to the counter and wait for someone to acknowledge you so that you could ask for napkins. The soda machine didn’t work. They had to get your sofa from the back - and they didn’t have Pepsi or Diet Pepsi. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in.

Not the fastest service and not very friendly. They are usually out of stuff. But the food always fresh and hot

Came there this morning since the hours said they open at 9am. There were employees there but they did not cone to the drive thru intercon and did not pay attention to me when I knocked on the drive thru window to see if they were open or why they weren't open yet. They just looked at me and paid me no mind. Very unprofessional.

Food is always good and fresh, sometimes they are super fast but sometimes they are super slow, I guess it depends on who's working. And 9 times out of 10 they don't give me my sauces I ask for. :( but other than that Id rather go this taco bell than any other around here.

The restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. The cashier was having an interesting cultural conversation with the customers in front of me. The wait time was long. There were only 2 orders in the store, but I think the drive through was busy. The cashier and the cooks had a miscommunication or some, but eventually my food was ready. The food was hot and fresh for a Taco Bell.

went to this location around 12 for lunch- ordered inside and waited about 5 minutes for them to give me the wrong order and so i give them that wrong order back and told them what i ordered… they seemed to have lost my order and literally i waited 20 minutes inside (there wasn’t many people there) for them to get me the wrong order AGAIN! And they were giving me an attitude but why? they kept messing up and took forever and i was nothing but polite…. never coming here again. bad service.

Forgot my utensils so I had to wait at the drive thru window to ask for it the girl gave me a dirty look like I forgot her job.... I ate in Parking lot since I had other running to do usually I just go home and use my own if they forget

It depends who does the cooking if it's good or not. I have had a chalupa that was to die for and few days later it was horrible. Someone told me to always ask for it fresh.
