I went to Tile Outlets of America to get of course Tile!! When I was there I saw they had a cabinet department! I had been everywhere to get cabinets. I wanted solid wood. Which I found out super high price every contractor said this is going to be expensive. I made an appointment to get an estimate. When i came in, told Michelle that i probably cant afford all real wood. She said its not that much i gave her my plans. I Asked her how far are u out she said about 4 weeks. I almost fell down!! The many other contractors said 3 to 6 months. Long story short. The cabinets were half price and look how beautiful they are! Tiles of America is awesome !!

I can't say enough good things. Daniel was very helpful. The tile I choose was an exact match to tile another place that had quoted me double the price on. I also called an installer from the referral list and I can't say enough good things about Old Naples Tile and Mario. Bought my tile on a Thursday morning and it was fully installed my Monday. THANK YOU!

Daniel was extremely helpful in assisting choosing tile and seeing my fireplace design and install all the way thru the project. He gave me his cell number to call even on his day off to reserve tile for flooring that was limited supply for the complete project. His guidance and suggestions were over and above any expectations I may have had when I walked into the store to purchase tile for a fireplace design. I just happened to say, what do you have if I also wanted to do the floors and within 20 minutes of being in the store, he helped me pick out the perfect tiles for my project of fireplace and I also ended up going ahead and replacing tile throughout my entire house !! I couldn't have asked for better service!! Very impressed and pleased with my final results!! Highly recommend if you need tile to stop in Tile Outlets and ask for Daniel. When we had a few delivery issues, he personally went over and above to resolve any issues.

I'm decisive with a definite style, but remodeling an entire home can be overwhelming when pulling it all together. I worked with Daniel Gallegos, and he is TOP NOTCH! Daniel listens and makes on target suggestions, with surprising design acumen and excellent knowledge about his store's inventory as well as out-of-the-box ideas. He even sourced a discontinued tile for me!

Excellent place to shop for all types of flooring. Sales Person was Tanya Price and she was very helpful and had years of experience in the business. We were able to find a porcelain tile product that was part of their extremely inexpensive close out section. Tanya set us up with the perfect matching grout and all additional materials needed for the installation. Tile Oulets also has a list of about 20 area installers to pick from, so we were able to secure a quick install, where as both Home Depot and Lowes required a payment of $35.00 to just get a quote, and Home Depot had almost a 3 month backlog to get a quote . If you utilize one of the Tile Outlets Installers on their list, you also get an additional 10% off your cost, and they hold your order until your installation day, and the chosen installer picks up and delivers your materials. Without doubt, the most convenient and cost effective option in the area. Great selection, excellent Customer Service, and experienced Sales Staff. Highly recommended without doubt. If your looking for Tile or Cabinets this is the place to go! My first time buying cabinets and Michelle is the best! She made the process perfectly smooth and her layouts were to the tee! Stephanie Hutton was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping us choose tile for our lanai. We are so happy with it! It looks beautiful! We hired Scott Algeo from PebbleStone Tile & Flooring to install the tile. He and his brother did a great job! The costumer service here is outstanding. We have used them the past year. We just completed renovating our home and then lost it to hurricane Ian. We had to try and find matching tile to repair and save as much as we could. Jay and Oxana (not sure about spelling), went out of their way to help us. They were knowledgeable and made sure we had exactly what we needed.

Tile Outlets of America in Fort Myers has an exceptional selection of tile as well as LVP flooring. I saw so many beautiful tiles that had me brainstorming projects for my house. Jermaine, the employee who assisted my Grandmother and I, was very helpful. The store is well stocked and employees are readily available to check inventory or make a custom order.

After seemingly endless shopping for tile, we purchased porcelain from Tile Outlets of America in Ft Myers. Glad we did, everyone there was fantastic to deal with. We used an installer from their contractor list and were very happy with them too. Our flooring turned out great, and are thankful for the help and support we received from TOA.

Edited: calling ahead to schedule appt works. Coming from out of town makes it a little difficult... It is difficult for a working customer to order cabinets. They only have someone working there from 8-5 M-F. One star for having their front doors unlocked. Another star for having their lights on. Good job!

I just built a very rustic designed home. So I knew I would be using Tile Outlets of America. I had a scheduled appointment with Stephanie. She spent hours with me as we went from room to room. She did an amazing job sharing ideas, adjusting colors and choices. I just went back and shared all my pictures with Stephanie. If you need a patient experienced tile expert she is it! Thank you

This was my 2nd visit to this store. On my most recent visit I went in to to select and purchase tile. I was immediately greeted and pointed in the general vicinity of where I could browse tile samples. At no time did anyone offer to help me further or show me where the mosaic tile was located once I selected the wall tile. Turns out the tile I selected was not in stock and there were no samples to purchase and bring home. I eventually found the mosaic tile on my own after walking the entire store. Just before leaving I inquired at the register about bath vanities and was told the designer is only there Mon-Fri. This was Saturday. I decided to try Home Depot and found the tile i liked (in stock) at a much better price and also a vanity with faucet and marble top and purchased all in one-stop shop. So convenient. Store staff seems disinterested in proving a good customer experience. I felt that my presence was an annoyance to the staff.

This place is Clean, organized & a great place to shop. Don't go to a home improvement store for things you can get here.

Very good selection of tiles at a reasonable price. Staff was very nice and was able to offer suggestions on various choices. They even brought my purchases out to my vehicle after all was paid for.

We're building a home locally and our builder uses Tile Outlets of America. We booked an appointment with Stephanie and...all we could say was WOW. We're so glad we were booked with Stephanie. She's a consummate professional. She knows her stuff. She's not pushy and will be patient with you. However, she's perfect at adding her professional opinion when it's needed. I ran out of tile for my master bathroom remodel. The store where I purchased the tiles was out-of-stock and did not know when they would get more. I found that Tile Outlets of America in Fort Myers had my tile in stock! Carlos was amazing. He was able to ship two boxes of the tiles to me the same day (Friday) and I had the tiles on Sunday!! My project was not delayed at all. I highly recommend using Tile Outlets of America. They have a fantastic selection and the customer service cannot be beat!!

Tile Outlets of America was the only place that had the exact products were were looking for, right down to it being honed marble and measurements. I connected via phone with a gentleman by the name of Carlos who verified the items were in stock and that he would box up our items and make sure that we would receive it by the time frame needed. We reside in NH and never have I called a business and received such stellar customer service! I am so impressed by the phone demeanor of everyone I spoke with but Carlos in particular went above and beyond. Businesses in the New England area could learn a thing or two from Tile Outlets and Carlos on customer service and friendly phone demeanor. I would absolutely come back to Tile Outlets online shopping based on my experience!

I am shopping for flooring for a front room and they have more than enough to find something you like. I found it essential to buy some sample pieces. What I saw in the store looked very light and good choices for my project. But after I got home and looked at them on the floor, they looked much different.

Found exactly what I wanted and some product i've not seen in other places. Tanya is very cool to deal with... Bought luxury vinyl flooring and 24" x 48" backsplash tiles. Easy in and out purchase.
