Lovely viewpoint with sweeping views of the LaPaz skyline and mountainous backdrop. It is a bit of a hike up, especially at 12000 feet, but totally doable and only took about 15min from the base of the hill at Sucre street, and that included a couple pauses to huff and puff. Plan to arrive a good 15 or so minutes before actual sunset time or you'll miss the sun "setting" behind the mountains. We stayed well after dark to watch the city light up, and even got lucky with an unexpected fireworks display. We felt safe, contrary to some other reports. There were only around a dozen people there, all keeping to themselves and enjoying the view as we were. The area was clean and well lit. There was no entrance fee and it is open 24h. Definitely worth a visit!

I’d originally planned to walk here from my hotel, but my advice is don’t! I ended up getting a taxi and surprised it managed to make the steep roads, never mind how my legs would have coped! However the views from the top are stunning. It’s a large viewing area so even when busy there’s no trouble getting a prime spot and it offers true all round views of the city below. Other than a kids play area there aren’t any other facilities but it was perhaps the main highlight of the city for me.

Mirador Killi Killi is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to La Paz, Bolivia. This stunning viewpoint offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its surroundings, and is one of the best spots to take in the beauty of the Andes Mountains. As I climbed up to the top of Killi Killi, I was struck by the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. The beautifully manicured gardens and the colorful flowers created a truly magical atmosphere, and the view from the top was simply breathtaking. Looking out from the viewpoint, I could see the entire city of La Paz, with its winding streets and brightly colored buildings. The towering mountains in the background added to the natural beauty of the scene, making it a truly unforgettable experience. One of the things I appreciated most about Mirador Killi Killi was the accessibility. Despite the steep climb to the top, there were plenty of benches and resting spots along the way, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Mirador Killi Killi to anyone visiting La Paz. Whether you're a nature lover or simply want to take in the beauty of the city, this viewpoint is a must-see destination that should not be missed.

Nice viewpoint of La Paz (free of charge). Quite a hill to climb to get there, but fast and easy with a taxi from the centre. There are several benches at the viewpoint and some small vendors in the area. Recommend going in the morning or late afternoon for best pictures as mid day or early afternoon is quite sunny.

I like the views from this mirador best. I walked from San Francisco church. There is some step uphill but if you come from Sucre instead of the bottom of the hill it won't be as bad. Quiet spot to read too. You'll mostly find couples there at sunset. Get out of there before it gets dark.

Excellent panoramic views of La Paz! The Museum of Art is just a short walk down hill from here, as Plaza Murillo.

An easily accessible viewpoint in the center of the city that I would say is a must visit in la Paz. You can see the entire city as well as the snow peaked mountain in the distance. While it is walkable I recommend getting a tax. Also it is free of charge to enter.

This is the best position to view La Paz City. The toilet and facilities were fixed. And sometimes there are police patrol.

Amazing view, it was very worth the climb. Getting up the stairs to the viewing point was difficult and took some time since I was getting used to the altitude, so be aware. Otherwise, it felt like a safe area during the day I had no issues. There were a good amount of people hanging out and taking the view.

Great panoramic view over the city. It is easy to go to the closest teleferico station and then get a quick taxi for 5-10BS if you don’t have much time.

An easy-ish climb up to give you a great view around the city and a quick way to help you get familiar with La Paz. It's amazing to see how the city stretches up all sides of the hills/mountains. Well worth a trip to the top.

I'm not sure if it's a lesser known view point because at the time I went, I was the only tourist in this beautiful view point that provides a panoramic view of the city. What makes this view point enthralling is Mt. Illimani at the city's backdrop, if you like cityscape then this is a must see view point. (Walking all the way to this viewpoint could be a lil tiring but it'd be totally worth it.)
