Hi, just wanted to make sure that the maintenance man Ryan got recognized for his are outstanding work. He does here at Country villa apt . He’s always prompt on time and gets the job done. Whatever you need to have fixed he always treat you with a smile no matter what is going on in his day he’s a hard worker goes out of his way beyond to make sure the place is a better place for people to live, and make sure it’s cleaned as well so I would like to recommend him for five stars for his outstanding service here at Country villa

Ryan on the maintenance team is thee best. He is patient and arrives in a timely manner. He also explains everything thoroughly in regards to the repairs he is making and why. He’s a great asset to the apartment community.

Been living in Country Villas just over a year and a half, has the best customer service when it comes to maintenance. Ryan is always on top of everything and very knowledgeable. He always takes the extra steps to go above and beyond on any repair project.

Me and my girlfriend have been living in the Country Villas for 8 months now and one of the things we most appreciate is the maintenence team and all other crews outside keeping the grounds clean and in order! I always see Ryan out making rounds, checking on things, prepping for hurricanes; the standard things. One time we were at the pool and him and his wife brought out some otter pops for all the kids, it was really nice! (Adults were not left out!)

Ryan is amazing on the maintenance team. He takes pride in his work and responds quickly. The property is gorgeous and welcoming. Good vibes!

Ryan, was assume today! We had a minor issue with a gentleman working on the driveways. Ryan quickly resolved the issue and we were on or way. Thanks for having such competent and friendly staff, like him!!

I want to give a shout out to two of the maintenance workers here at Country Villas. Ryan and Hector have been so helpful. They always make sure work orders are followed up on, and make sure the issue has been fixed. They also keep us informed of any delays if parts need to be ordered. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We are lucky to have them here.
