Hear me out. I worked at this Walmart for 5 months and shopped here as well. The employees are very trashy and bad-mannered. When I was working here the boyfriend of my supervisor threatened me with violence. I did have some beef with my supervisor but I did not imagine she would involve other people. The customers behave the same way, but how can you blame them when the employees are setting the example of how to behave? If you get a job invitation from this Walmart, do not, I REPEAT, do not accept it. There's far better places to work at than this dump.

Standing here waiting over ten minutes to buy a pair of pants that are locked behind glass. Twice found somebody who would get "someone". Last time I waited 20 min. Then left without the product. Update I have now spoken to give employees and leaned on the button. Still no help.

Electronic customer service i don't recommend them. Just to get something inside the cabinets with locks took me more than one hour. They Not professional never go back in the electronic.

Nice shopping mall plenty of parking, store s to shop from. Restaurants too. Near the trolley.

Definitely like this one at the Palmer from Walmart from 01 very nice Walmart the only problem they have is you can't find the damn bathrooms but it has real people that do at working on the cash registers and they barely had an insured machine but they have all the same stuff at all the other Walmarts have

They are normally out of stock on a few things every time we go, that much they can fix since this has been happening even pre-covid. I should warn people of two things: 1) This Walmart is very crowded on Friday, Sat and Sun night as people come up from Tj to buy their items here. The best time to go is in the mornings around when they just opened all week long. 2) They hired pretty much all Spanish speaking employees (For reason listed above), so those who don't know Spanish might at times (but not always) struggle speaking to employees. They do have some employees that speak English, as well as Tagalog.

However this place could have almost 5 stars is unbelievable. It’s absolutely horrible here my rating is about the site to store and nothing else. Do not order anything here to be picked up in store. I have been waiting 45 minutes and still don’t have my item. The guy in front of me was here half an hour just pushing the button over and over and over and never got his stuff. You can’t just go to customer service. It’s a different person who brings out the stuff. Take take their sweet old time. This is horrible horrible horrible. Please do not order anything to be picked up in store here. Yiu will be wasting your life your waiting.

This store gets worse every time hiring kids to work at a pharmacy. Walmart team they are handling controlled substances. Half of the time that i have been going there since the cvs near my home closed. They don’t know where the medicine is at or don’t have the correct information. Just because they know how to work a computer does not make them technicians. Now the other why have two people at the exit checking receipts when they are literally seeing you pay at the self check out. Worst customer service people working there don’t know where any item is. You need to retrain your staff and grab them by the hand and make them go through their section so they can learn their products.

Excellent store and good customer service They have all of the departments (electronics, home, food, wine, automotive, sports and goods, clothes for men, women, children, and many more) they always have specials on everything. They also have a McDonald's inside of the store. I always find everything that I'm looking for.

This particular Walmart is a great place to do almost all your shopping, including groceries. The service is OK, and you always struggle to find someone to open the shelves that are locked. Some employees seen very busy, some others just ignore you. The good thing is that is rare to require assistance, normally you can find what you are looking for by yourself.

Best walmart in SAN DIEGO COUNTY! Best staff best selection best service. Also best to go shopping before heading into Tijuana for the weekend simply the best! Susie in Electronics knows her stuff!!! Norma at the self check out is amazing and very helpful! I had trouble with my card and she was nice and patient also asked on her own if needed help finding an item which i did!! Amazing service by her!

We were able to return a Keurig coffee machine with no receipt, no problem. Good customer service as well as store is clean and well stocked.

I loved this particular walmart because the shelves were stocked. however the drones didn't have many in stock. It was late when I went so that might be a factor. Store very well kept and plenty of merchandise available for purchase.

I was shopping at this Walmart location this morning and I was amazed at how clean and organized the entire store was. There was a lot of employees if you needed one for help. As we exited the store the employee Cruz checked our receipts and has a great attitude with a smile.

I like this walmart, but the quality if customers that come here are trash. The workers are helpful, but again the customers are are trashy and rude

The prices are good here the supplies are plenty.. go early as possible in the morning. The later in the day you go there are so many people and are so rude and have no social grace.

My oil change was quick, and cost $50.44 for the best oil change. Plus-the bathroom inside the store was clean*No complaints.

Avoid this place. First aids products locked out and no one available to help open. It's been like that for a long time. Management not efficient. Loosing sales because of it.....

The girl in the glasses who works in the auto care dept as a cashier is so rude. She has no customer service & lied about them not having appointments for tire installation.

Walmart gives a lot of parking to handicapped but that's fine it's all the parking for online customers, they get all the upfront parking and the regular customers have to park where ever they can find parking. So I mostly go shopping at Aldi markets cheaper in price and good quality there.

This place has grown over the years. It's becoming more entertaining.

Better prices than most theaters. IMAX is amazing! Also recommend the gourmet popcorn!

Mostly go here for the Movies. Solid area with a lot of options. Taco Bell nearby is quick and easy too. Also movies here are generally cheaper than other areas.

Down sized since the many years of attending. The new bar added is nothing to write home about. They don't use fresh garnishes and charge a premium. The stubs card is useless at bar. This AMC has different selection in foods then others as well. They are the closes to me but not necessarily my go to AMC.

I remember when this was just a hill of dirt and mountains.... this little plaza of sorts is cool I know alot of people that go there and walk around store to store because it a perfect place with all the different bodegas

This is a big store... Well organized and courteous staff. They could have more scooters for people with disabilities. Very accesible from the 805 freeway, plenty of 🅿️, and there is a bus station close to it (bus runs until around 11p).

Wallnart you find everything you need. But not the best quality. You just have ti know what you needing to buy quality or nessesity.

Went to Home Depot. There are a lot of stores that have reopened. It is an nice area.
