Order 3 items on line. 1 box delivered to store of record. One box sent to another store 25 miles away and they wouldn't give me even with id. And the 3rd box is missing. Their recourse was cancel order and order again. Pass. Unhappy customer. Would give zero if it were an option.

Love this store. Great for anyone who likes to do crafts!

Get things that l would pay double or more for. Great for simple craft supplies and l actually like there dishes and mugs etc.....

Dollar tree is a great store for snacks and small toys and Everything it has great deals overall it's a good store .

I went in to inquire about a part time position. The cashier was not helpful, but she said she just started, no fault of her own. I asked for the manager, who promptly came up as if I interrupted her. I asked about the position s available, she said I do t know maybe were still hiring... She handed me a card and said apply there, then quickly walked away. She is the manager on duty. Customer service...wow. highly disappointed in this but was I expecting better, not really.

It's Dollar Tree, about what you expect. The store is clean. Some things are good price, some is a little overpriced, but nothing breaks the bank. By the way, they should now call themselves"Dollar and a Quarter Tree"

I went in today only to be yelled at by an associate who was on a power trip and was obviously having a bad day and taking her frustrations out on customers. I am medically exempt from having to wear a mask and was discriminated by a cashier in a different line than my own. I was more than 6 feet away from other customers and was with the people I entered the store with. The cashier was not only rude and mistaken but clearly doesn't know what customer service is after raising her voice to a customer in front of other customers and was wrong in doing so. This was one of a handful of times I have been in to this store in months and I feel unwelcome do to a certain associate. On the other hand, my cashier, Hannah was a great cashier and did very well bagging. You all should learn how to handle customers from her.

One of the nicest and largest Dollar Trees. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, store is clean, well stocked, not too much disorganization. Honestly, it's the customers fault when things are thrown around on the shelves....

Not bad stuff for $1. Not too quality, as you would expect but for stuff you hardly ever use? Why pay more?

The Ramona Dollar Tree is the best Dollar Tree. It is huge. I had an abundance of items. It has a variety of items that all the other stores do not have. I have been to countless Dollar Trees & none are as nice, clean, unique items, & a huge stock or items to pick from. If you want to shop for a holiday or are a big crafter, it’s worth the drive. I have never been disappointed.

Always have everything i need for Birthday parties!
