UPDATE:
My
drive
thru
experience
has
been
the
absolute
worst
especially
with
Manager
Hailey
&
Hannah
I
placed
a
order
for
a
Cobb
salad
with
a
warm
filet
,
I
received
a
Cobb
salad
with
fried
chicken
bits
and
I
also
order
a
fried
chicken
sandwhich
deluxe
my
sandwhich
came
wrapped
in
a
breakfast
wrap
…
lettuce
and
tomatoes
were
soggy
….the
chicken
was
not
breaded
properly
it
was
literally
falling
apart
!
That
was
so
unacceptable,
After
getting
my
order
wrong
Hailey
had
the
audacity
to
ask
me
if
I
came
a
few
days
ago
when
Hannah
was
acting
as
manager
and
I
asked
what
is
the
significance
of
her
question
and
she
literally
sucked
her
teeth
threw
up
her
hands
and
said
I
can’t
talk
to
you
.
Remind
you
my
correct
order
is
literally
in
front
of
her
all
she
had
to
do
was
hand
me
the
hot
food
,
instead
she
left
the
food
on
the
counter
,outside
,wind
blowing
,
food
getting
cold
,
she
brings
a
gentlemen
to
the
window
who
heard
the
concerns
and
agreed
that
it
would
be
insane
to
hand
me
the
bag
of
food
in
front
of
him
that
has
been
sitting
and
to
remake
another
order
that
I
would
have
to
wait
for
this
is
suppose
to
be
a
convenient
fast
food
service
.
INSANE
!
Never
coming
back
I
do
not
recommend
pulling
up
to
this
chic
fil
a
.
You
are
better
off
ordering
online.
I
ordered
through
Door
Dash
and
my
food
was
soooo
good
my
waffle
fries
were
hot
,
&
the
southwest
salad
was
delicious.
I
was
full
and
never
ate
my
cookie:)
