I had a hearing test and the audiologist explained everything clearly and gave me a copy of the report. She was able to get my current aids working again and advised me on upgrades. Very courteous office staff as well.

This was my 1st appointment. I was greeted with smiling faces. Office staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Hearing test was done in a very efficient manner. Everything was explained to me. They answered any questions I had. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I found the staff and doctor to be so pleasant and educational. I learned a lot about my hearing. The test was performed efficiently and I was out of that office within a half an hour of arriving.

I really like West Coast Hearing Oxnard, they have been helping me sort out my hearing issues. The office team here are very helpful and always smiling! Dr Chan is very thorough, supportive and very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this location, avoid going to Camarillo office they don’t believe in patient follow up. The Oxnard clinic has consistently sent text reminders, phone call reminders and that’s really helpful when as a patient you are dealing with multiple medical appointments.
