Had a great experience dealing with the front desk staff and the dentist Tais and her assistances!!!! They are very professional and made going to the dentist a good thing. They had delicious treats and coffee in the lobby while you wait too which was a pleasant surprise!!!

Everybody is very polite. Great place and services. They have a great plan if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend.

Today, 12/07/2022, I was at Dr Thais' clinic, and I loved the experience. First I was seen by Assistant Jessica, who did all the first exams necessary for the appointment. She was extremely patient, careful and attentive every step of the way. After the exams done, Dr Thais came to talk to me about the health of my teeth, and for the first time, a professional managed to find out what actually happens to my teeth. No other professional like her had the commitment to know what was happening to me. She promptly prescribed me a treatment to improve my teeth and gums. Dr Thais is an excellent professional. I felt totally comfortable and confident in her work. After talking to Dr Thais, I went through the cleaning with Assistant Juliana, who did the best cleaning I've ever had in my life! She did an amazing job! She was in no rush to attend, and exceeded my expectations. The receptionist Nayara is also a great person, she took all my doubts about the values ​​and membership. I highly recommend the clinic!

I had a broken tooth on December 30th of 2019. I called Dr Trevelin straight to her # and from there I can only say she was a saving Grace showing up on the 31st (New Year’s Eve,yes!) making me feel so comfortable,I was scared to death and she stayed with me until she had the work done. Until this day I still go there,my son is about to start orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend Dr Trevelin,Dr Alex and Dr Lucas. The clinic is beautiful,the atmosphere is so friendly and the prices are fair. I am proudly part of Invictus Family!

I do not recommend INVICTUS!!!! ... I asked for references for other clients because I felt insecure in the first consultation, as the answers of the people I asked, which were more than 10, were all negative, I did not want to continue my treatment and I told them that on the same day , in less than 24 hours I had informed the clinic that I would no longer continue the treatment and they still had the attitude of sending me a letter saying that they will report me for not completing the treatment, and I paid for the part I did for the treatment and I informed him on the same day that I no longer wanted to continue the treatment. The lawyer instructed me to wait for them to retract, so that we can take the appropriate measures!

MY family have been visiting this dental clinic for years for routine checK up and also more detailed teeth surgeries. It has been an excellent experience for all visits; the front desk is nice, and doctors were kind, caring with good suggestions and procedures. I highly recommend it.
