The complex is situated in the foothills of Orange County, so it is amazing views all around. The staff is unlike any other complex I have lived in. They are all very kind and go above and beyond on a regular basis. There rent is affordable given comparable floor plans and square footage. Everyone who lives there seems happy, it is a very neighborly area in general. There's actually parking! I never struggled to find parking...finally!! The buildings are old, so the AC/heater vents aren't that great, the shower pipes needed repairs a few times, and the cabinets are a challenge to work with because they aren't space optimized and its hinges are weak. Maintenance was always quick to repair everything which is another plus and we were surprised to learn the buildings were old because they certainly don't look it. We were sad to leave, the views alone are worth staying forever but the staff definitely made it home :)

The thought of moving by the new year has been nothing but stressful. I came across this property with me and my best friend and have nothing but wonderful things to say. First of all Michelle Vassalotti is AMAZING! Her poise, punctuality, and knowledge for what she does really helped answer any and all questions me and my best friend had! Not only that her smile and kind hearted spirit is what we were looking for in a rental agreement. Finally the property itself is quiet, and has some of the best views.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff, great amenities and they have tennis courts! While touring I met Anthony and boy what a smile he had! I feel great and safe to rent here soon.

My wife and I want to thank Samaneh, her friendly and very helpful assistance made our move to the Paloma Summit a very good experience, our neighbors have been friendly and we are very happy with the our place. Looking to a great coming year.

After almost five years in a row living in this amazing place, I can say not less than I'm happy to be part of this community. It's a greatest place we have lived in so far. Greatest resident's service, and nicest interaction you can experience in a Rental community. You will enjoy it for sure.

We’ve been here for almost a year and we love it. The recently renovated with modern stainless steel appliance and new countertops make it really nice. All of the staff at this complex are amazing. Yvonne, Elba and Samaneh make you feel at home. When there has been a maintenance issue, it was handled right away with kindness and professionalism. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a new residence.

I am Living in Paloma Summit Rental Community for almost two years. First of all I am so happy to live in here because the office staffs are so professional and they taking care of the community and people's need perfectly with the best attitude. And every day they are adding good things to the property which is the benefits for tenants. Personally, I will appreciate form Office Staff and Maintenance Crow and who ever works in this property.
