WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a hotel. The "weekend manager" had no customer service. I found a bug in my room. The room I got moved to had a spill on the window seal that leaked down the wall, I was able to wipe it with a Lysol wipe, so it doesn't make sense why house keeping didn't clean that. We stayed four days (since we couldn't cancel once we checked in) and house keeping was provided once. Only two towels for a four person reservation. The weekends are breakfast in a bag, which is not advertised, and no explanation as to why, since full breakfast is available during the week. The pool closes at 6 pm, which was inconvenient and way too early. The hotel can use some updates and maintenance to walls and carpet. The gym was very small, I wouldn't even call it a gym. To top it off after my stay at this hotel I had three fraudulent charges at other hotels in the area on my credit card statement (dates were from same days I checked in & out of this hotel & were entered manually). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGMENT.

One of my favorite hotels. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious with high ceiling and double blinds so you can sleep in without the sun waking you up. We had to take our clothes out of the closet because the people before us must have had Marijuana on the coat pockets, once we did that and kept the closet open for the day, it was fine. Very comfy bed, very clean rooms. We will be back the next time we visit. Love ❤️ this place.

If I could give this review a 0 I would ... DO NOT book a stay here . We where in town for a soccer tournament and we made reservation for 8 rooms. CS was horrible. Keys would stop working unexpectedly . I went to the store to buy some food for the kids and my older one 17 stayed at the pool. When she tried to go to the room key wouldn't work she went ti front desk to let then know the issue. They told her she wasn't able to get access to the room because she was not 18. She let the manager know that her phone and shoes where on the room, she told her she couldn't do anything. My daughter ask to use a phone to contact me and she refused to let her use a phone, she had to stay outside for 3 hrs till I arrived. On on other room my friend got kicked out of her room because she couldn't control her 2 yr old for crying. So if you have kid this is not a place to stay. Website said free breakfast and they throw u a paper bag with old food. Really Really disappointed will never never will stay here.

I have epilepsy and while staying at the hotel I had a seizure that resulted in me losing my my bowels, I used towels to clean up the mess because there was nothing else provided and housekeeping was not there at that time. The hotel charged me $50 for each towel. I was charged $150 for three towels. I was also charged $50 for two pillow cases that had makeup on it. I don't have an issue with pain for damaged linen however it is ridiculous for you to charge me more for three towels and two pillow cases then you did for the room. The total for three towels and two pillowcases came up to $200. When the girl called me from the front desk to tell me that I was being charged $200 for three towels and two pillow cases I tried to explain to her what happened and I was told that it didn't matter how they got stained. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that the manager told her to charge me and I couldn't talk to him. They need to make their charges for dirty linen known before you check in that way somebody with a disability like mine that can cause them to lose control choose another hotel. They also need to provide racks or some other alternative to the towels if they are charging $50 for soiled towels. I think it's absolutely ridiculous there's no way that they are paying $50 per towel and $25 per pillowcase. I would have been fine with a reasonable fee but $200 for three towels and two pillow cases is ridiculous especially when I had no control over the situation. I was not provided any other alternative and was told housekeeping was not available the night it happened

Nice, clean & comfy hotel. Rooms are a good size with space to stretch your legs. Located in a good area that is very close to shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Araceli is amazing! Customer service is very important and they do a great job of taking care of you during your stay. Definitely will stay here again!

Made a reservation online, check in process was fine and ordering Lyft transport for the next morning went fine. Not fine: first room they gave me had black junk blowing out of the room heat/AC unit! I requested a different room. That next room’s toilet was not only running, but making a high-pitched whine that kept me up most of the night even with ear plugs in. Lastly, the rooms are kind of run down and in need of repair/caulking, painting. And cleaning as there where hairs on my pillows and in the bathtub.

No problems or issues during my stay here. I booked this hotel due to the price and it's proximity to Ontario Mills, and it's location close to where I had customer meetings in the area. I had no issues with the staff and the room itself, was as clean as it could be. The rooms are a little outdated, and the carpets have stains. My bed was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was as clean as it could be. The Fitness Center is very small with limited outdated equipment. The Wifi signal was strong, but the rooms have limited choices for plugging in your devices. The breakfast was reasonable and had hot and cold items as well as a good selection of fresh fruits. Overall I have stayed in other hotels in the area, that are newer and in much better condition esthetically. I would stay here again if they upgrade or renovate.

My 1st time at place my last time. 4th floor vending machine, took my dollar out of drinks machine didn't say sold out. I called the front desk they said they will credit my account. They didn't. They had full breakfast bar. We stayed 1 night in the room check out was at 11:00am. Checked in at 3:30pm. That morning after going to restrooms I turned on the light and saw the biggest Roach. Running across the table, where the coffee machine was. Why would anyone after seeing that even think to have breakfast here. We were so uncomfortable we Checked out right away.

Stayed here with my 2 children for a one night stay. This is an older hotel, so furniture is outdated and worn out. Hall way at 3rd floor felt warm, but the ac unit in our room was blasting solid cold air that kept our room nice and fresh. The beds were ok, not too soft, but not hard either. The pool was clean and water was fresh. The only downside is that it closes at 6pm. They have breakfast which included, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, toast, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt and bananas. Front desk girl crystal was great at checking us in, good customer service. Parking is ample and they have a basement garage, height limit is 8'2, I was able to park my chevy silverado truck with no issues. Overall I would stay here again with my children.

Last resort hotel. They make you pay a $100 deposit whether you pay with credit or debit card and then hold it for two weeks. This is the dumbest policy I’ve seen in my travels. It says a lot about the type of guests they attract. Breakfast was just…no. Fake eggs and reheated tater tots, it was pretty disgusting. Lots of better hotels around for the same price that don’t charge you double the room rate for a deposit and hold it for 2 weeks after you checkout

Should have trusted the reviews before booking. Overpriced, rooms are of low quality, run down and in need of repairs. Poorly managed, site does not have a maintenance so if you have an issue you will need to wait 3 to 24hours to get into your room. Management is dishonest and not concerned with customer care. Pool not always open during hours posted. Carpets are nasty, when you walk on them you leave black marks everywhere. Shower output is equivalent to a mist. Pay a little extra and stay at Ayres

I enjoyed my stay here. The things that concerned me here: 1. I saw a tiny spider near the AC system, Maybe there's more? But I didn't see any on the bed, or anywhere else 2. A smoke/fire alarm or some kind of alarm went off and it spooked me twice. But nothing happened. 3. My toilets flushing power was weak, it almost clogged twice. Things I liked: 1. It's very welcoming! I was nervous when I chose this hotel, but the staff and guests here were quiet and private when I was there, everyone seemed to mind their one business when I went, it was so relaxing. 2. The area is quiet, nice looking, and the rooms were pretty modern and clean. (For parking I didn't experience a break in, I suggest parking where you can see your car and you should be fine.) 3.Staff was very kind and laid back, the ladies who helped were polite and clear on where everything is located. (They gave a free cookie too.) Would I recommend this hotel: -Yes! I didn't want to leave.

Room wasn't as advertised. So far 5 nights not once had room been serviced. Breakfast has not been available dining room closed but was advertised when booking and bald Hispanic employee gave me attitude and rudely kicked me out while trying to get cup of coffee. Definitely won't be wasting my time or money here nor will I recommend this establishment. Management has to do better.

My stay at the Country Inn & Suites was nice. Was disappointed because the pool stays open until 6:00pm although I saw some people in the pool after 6:00 on Tuesday, June 14th. The bed didn't have a comforter, blanket or a duvet on it. I was surprised about that. The bathroom didn't have a rack to hang a dry towel on for drying your hands. But the breakfast was really good. Me and my two cousins really enjoyed that.

Araceli the lead guest service lady was always friendly and helpful. There were a few others that were just as helpful and professional, I just didn't get their names. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and anything that I needed, was provided. All I had to do is ask. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Many of the door card readers entering the building don't work. There is currently a white SUV and a dark blue car in the hotel parking lot staged as abandoned junk cars presumably of employees as those vehicles have been allowed to stay there indefinitely by the looks of it. I would rate the Country Inn 2 stars. I would rather pay the extra $50 to stay at a nearby hotel instead. I will not stay at this Country Inn again. Service attitude was 50/50. Single Washing/ dryer machine was broken on one 2nd floor-Room closed. 3rd floor the single washer/dryer were old and didn't do a good job.

The best thing at this hotel is Maria Vasquez. ☺️ Coming into breakfast and she greeted me so kindly. My mom & I couldn’t find where to sit. As soon as a table opened she guided us and proceeded to clean our table which was absolutely so generous. Half way through our breakfast she came to check on us to make sure we were doing ok. We watched her continuously checking to make sure the food was staying warm and area kept clean and consistently checking on guest. She was a breathe of fresh air. Outstanding service. And the breakfast potatoes 10/10.

The bathtub fixtures were broken, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The AC made a rattle noise all night. The TV didn't work either. The service....they could care less kinda attitude. The location was really great, with lots of stuff to walk to.

Friendly staff. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Looked like a nice selection for breakfast, though I didn't have any. Location is great for where I needed to go with plenty of dining options within a few blocks.

Read the whole review. Room was pretty clean, bathroom is slightly updated, but cheaply done. No bed bugs, however they don't have mattress protectors on, which I'm not a fan of. I'm content that everything is pretty clean. Maintenance wise things are slipping. Sandbags out front to stop water from getting into a side exit door. My computer desk has paint trade/scuffs somehow on the lip/edge. My ethernet port in my room says action not allowed due to administrator restrictions. Which is weird since they have the computer table nicely wired up with an Ethernet port for your specific use. The WiFi is trash. I have to use my phones hotspot. My toilet is constantly running/leaking. Very wasteful of water. Had to have maintenance repair it which they did replace the flapper valve. Your room will get about a 32" TV. I had a single King room, room isn't huge, but its acceptable. One benefit is the area within 10min has lots of food options and entertainment. I'd come back, but the internet is a huge let down. It's borderline useless to even offer at it current abilities. The breakfast is pretty decent. Everything was cooked pretty well and had good flavor. A great breakfast if somehow the hot food could be held at a bit hotter of a temp. I would've gave a 4star, however I left my cable and charger in my room(a really nice one worth about $80). I notified the desk via phone call asap and offered to pay to ship it to me. They said housekeeping never found it. Which means they stole it. So I would not trust housekeeping to ever enter your room. They likely will steal things as well.

Stayed one night. The room was clean. Our AC unit didn't work too well. It left the room muggy in the middle of the night. The King size bed was very comfortable. The rooms are little outdated and the picture frames are very random throughout the room. The breakfast bar had a good variety of options. I wish the coffee could have been a little stronger or maybe another darker roast option? Location is great! You have the mall, food, bars, movies, and the freeway all nearby. Will stay again.

Hotel is dated. Customer service of staff is low level. Three day party in town and the smell of pot smoke permeated my entire floor. Lots of partying. No management onsite. I definitely will not stay here again.

My wife and I had a horrible experience. We arrived to the hotel late and went to bed. We woke up and left early in the morning. We literally only slept in the room for 8 hours. The next week we had a charge on our card for $500. They said the cleaning staff said that we broke the window. When we called, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t care about our concerns or our side of the story. She kept telling us the manager would call us, but that never happened. We absolutely did not break the window, we barley touched anything in the room. It all felt like a big scam. I was and am still extremely disappointed.

Low water pressure, staff chatter, two way radios, clatter completely oblivios to guests at early am sleeping, 15 minutes continuous. Great breakfast, slightly competent customer service. Independently operated - won't recommend this property, won't patronize this peoperty, perhaps company again.

  • 1/5 Gagan S. 1 year ago on Google
Calling this establishment a Hotel is in my opinion borderline fraud. There are likely motels nearby with better service and amenities. Rude customer service, housekeeping only visits once every five days and when they do they don’t clean your room or make your bed. laundry services do not work and will eat your money, breakfast consists of cereal and dry eggs. The “coffee bar “is a singular coffee machine located in the tiny lobby. Hotel smells bad, there is trash in the hallways and both guests and hotel staff look miserable. I highly recommend to look elsewhere for a stay.

Service was fine, this was our second time staying here. The first time was good and we had no complaints. This time we have ants in the bathroom, the AC was incredibly dirty and sticky, we were only given two towels for 3 people, the bed had hairs in the sheets, and the play yard is broken and dirty, and has rips in the mesh. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel looks nice and is in a good area. The room looked nice enough. Unfortunately the TV remote didn't work and the TV wasn't great. The mattress wasn't comfortable and I worried about falling out of bed because the sides were sagging. The plug in the tub was broken which made it really hard to keep water in the tub for my kids. The few electrical plugs were also very loose so it was hard to keep chargers plugged in. There were also a few ants in the room. My kids were very upset that the pool closed so early. We had to get up early so they could swim before we checked out. The breakfast wasn't bad. It's nice to have a quick, hot breakfast available.

The location was very convenient for our visit. I found the rooms to be clean, but updating would be in order. Price was below other hotels in the area. Breakfast was ok, limited items but good enough for me. I am not that fussy about breakfast. As long as I can get coffee, I am good to go.
