Dr Lauren Davis is the most compassionate, knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever met. I got emotional at my annual physical purely because I was so stressed about feeling rejected and embarrassed by another doctor, yet she treated me with so much kindness, I honestly didn’t know a primary care provider could be that nice and supportive. I cannot recommend her enough. My husband goes to see her husband who is also a doctor at the same practice and he is equally as amazing. My husband didn’t go to the doctors for over a decade, now he goes every six months. And that can only be because of how amazing Dr Davis is!

I've always said the most ideal family doctor is one who isn't so young they don't have the experience yet, or isn't to old that they're reaching for a jar of leeches. The Davis team hits that target perfectly and on top of that they are kind and compassionate. We are very fortunate to have them as family doctors.

We had an amazing experience here. Dr. Meredith was patient and considerate with our child and the staff were expedient and thorough with testing before Dr. Meredith diagnosed the cause and prescribed what we needed. Thank you for the best experience we have ever had at an urgent care.

Dr Lauren Davis and Dr.Chris Davis always listen first to the patients chief complaint, then make a plan on how to best treat the patient. I always feel as if we are a team in the my treatment plan, they truly take the time to listen, therefore allowing for a more positive outcome. They truly are the very best! I feel blessed to have them caring for myself and my family.

I saw Dr. Davis with an unusual situation. She was down-to-earth, kind, compassionate and thorough. She educated me about my disease and gave me recommendations for care. I am from out of town, but would definitely use Dr. Davis as my primary care physician if I lived nearby and have recommended her to my daughter and son-in-law who live in Laguna Niguel.

My entire family is grateful to have such knowledgeable and caring doctors on our side. Both Dr Davis’ and their staff are very thorough with each patient and have the best beside manner one could ask for. Though having to go to the doctor when sick or injured isn’t always a super fun and exciting, everyone in the office makes the entire experience much more pleasant than other doctors’ offices I have visited in the past. The wait time is rarely very long (usually about 15-20 minutes at most) but their waiting room is a comfortable relaxing space. I have so much trust in the Davis’ and their staff and I always highly recommend South Coast Family to all my friends. They are great with children treating children as well. If you are looking for 2 wonderful doctors, look no further. They are the best, most efficient, yet thorough, and knowledgeable doctors I have been to since they took over Lauren’s dad, Dr Kent’s practice, whom I had been going to since 6th grade and I am 45 now. I might just be around to see their kids take over their practice when I am 75 or 80 years old! :)

My family has been going to South Coast Family for well over ten years and Dr. Lauren Davis and Dr. Chris Davis are phenomenal doctors who really care about their patients, follow up and give test results after hours, never rush you, and can be seen same day either in office or via zoom. I recently found out that several of their office staff and nurses have been there for over 20 years and they are all wonderful. The office is open seven days a week and always very clean. With our busy schedules, we use the online check-in feature that is located on their website. We highly recommend South Coast Family Medical!!!

I have been coming to South Coast Family Medical Center since 2016 and Dr. Chris Davis and Dr. Lauren Davis are some of the best doctors I have ever met. They genuinely care about their patients and give the greatest care. Chris and Lauren are both so kind, warm, empathic, and passionate about helping people. However, I have not had the most positive experiences with the nurses (e.g., check patients in, answer the phones, check your vitals, etc.). They are belittling, rude, and honestly one of the biggest reasons I stopped coming to this practice. There are a few amazing nurses there but not nearly enough to compensate for the other nurses. Despite having the most wonderful doctors, it was too much of a headache and a pain for me just to see the doctors. Now I only come here for emergencies. Overall, I would recommend coming to the practice and seeing for yourself how amazing the doctors are! Then make your own decision regarding the nurses.

Dr. Davis created a great first appointment for me. He was welcoming, open, thorough, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, despite having a very busy schedule. He provided options and made sure I understood the pros and cons, which empowered me to make the best decision for myself. He asked questions instead of making assumptions, which was great as I am a new patient. His team was also very kind and accommodating. I will most certainly be returning to Dr. Davis for my ongoing care! Thank you for a wonderful and caring experience.
