    Hi. Great personnel; all managers during my stay were helpful and professional. Nothing against them at all. Unfortunately, I have to give them a one-star. And this is directed at decision-makers Greystar management company only, not any of the great people I interacted with. Because during move out apartment inspection, reviewed with the manager who said she believed that I should get most of the deposit back. However, in addition to the $90 carpet cleaning charge which I agreed to, there were another $340 dollars worth of unexplained cleaning charges added to my bill like a month after I had moved out. Note there was only normal wear and usage and we had not made any specific part of the apartment especially dirty or beyond recovery. That was very unfortunate.... to think I have paid cumulatively over $150,000 USD for my three+ years stay there, that they feel it was improper of me to have normal wear and usage and come up with another $340 USD charge to essentially wipe out my deposit. Hi Nick, update July 2024: you guys did contact me, I explained my case again, then I did not hear back, and now you sent it to collection agency, as well. So I paid under the agencys threat. So the one-star stands. Hope this review could be helpful to others.

    Worst maintenance service ever. They would try to just rent out the rooms with multiple issues and will take long time to fix issue. We rented out a townhome here recently and are facing a lot of issues. The locality is good. The area is also safe but the management service after paying elite rent is not worth it. I would never recommend this community to anyone. After getting a reply on this review I went to share my concern to the office but as expected was closed at 5:20 pm with the sign that come at 10 am (next-day) even if the time online shows 6pm. And this has happened multiple times. No courtesy of letting know the residents if the neighboring unit is about to get fixed/carpet replaced and will be making noise throughout the day. I came to the office and raised the concern as well for this. If you can see the AC issue it took at least 9-10 days for first set of repair and 15-20 days for its full repair. It took 9-10 days in peak of summer without fan just to replace the coolant- JUST TO REPLACE THE COOLANT. We had to visit and remind multiple times to have the management take a first visit. I had raised a request for issue with microwave since last 4 days and we did not get any acknowledgement even though the issue was raised with high priority once and emergency second time. I could visit the office to remind again like other times but I couldn't because of my office hours. So let's wait and see when will be able to warm our food again. PS: I feel both the issues are a very basic issue and should have been acknowledged quickly if not fixed.

    Safe complex, very dogfriendly (own little dog park and doggy trash/baggy stations all over the property), lots of greenery. Nice quiet pool and gym. Gym could use more sanitary wipes, they dont get refilled as often. The new cleaning crew is not doing as good of a job as the previous cleaning lady Rosy. She kept the place immaculate and was so friendly. Now, they just blow trash and dirt around with a leaf blower. Alot more spiders webs too. I see more trash on the ground than 3 yrs ago, might also be due to the new residents. It used to be more neighborly and friendly. Overall, we like living here but we miss having friendlier neighbors.

    Been living here for 4 years now. Last year they increased my rent by 16% and increased trash by over 100% from $50 to $110+ per month. I’be been asking the leasing office to give me an explanation about this increase, and for months I got the same answer: “we are looking into this”. 7 months waiting and nothing, so I decided to reach out to the Regional property manager from GreyStar. First the leasing office did not want to give me the contact information although I asked for it several times via email. Then I called GreyStar and was able to get the contact. Today will be 2 weeks that the regional property manager does not answer my emails or voice mails. This is how serious they take the tenants here. Therefore, if you are looking into living here, be aware of the unlimited rent increase, and not being taken seriously when you have a concern or when they double your utility fee without any prior notice.

    We have lived here for just over a year and absolutely love it. Moving in, we were informed that there were strict rules, many of which would come with a fee if broken. Honestly, this was half the reason we chose the property. The community is spotless, and (most) people follow the rules without issue, probably because they value the quality of the community as much as we do. We have had minor maintenance issues here and there, and while yes, things can take time to be resolved, communication is great, and Maurice is just such a pleasure I don't mind being patient. Out last apartment was an absolute disaster (neglected repairs, horrible residents, rude staff, and so on), and it's been such a relief living somewhere I feel safe and taken care of.

    Be prepared to pay $100+ trash fee per month. Don't expect any notice or itemized receipts or anything -- there is just not. Simply TRUST the manager 100% because you have signed the contract with them! They have the saying on how much you need to pay other than rent. They are extremely busy. Listen to them, accept everything, no question, be happy to pay everything $$$$$ if you don't want to be treated in rudeness.

    I had a scheduled tour and no one was in the leasing office. I waited outside for over 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I called the office and left a voicemail, no one ever returned my call. I am disappointed by the lack of service and communication from the leasing office. This seems to be a recurring problem from the other reviews I have seen, which sucks because the pictures online made it seem like a great community.

    Such a cute place, especially the way the garages are set up. I love that the windows all have custom blinds that are sturdy. Tons of built in storage space too. There is a park right next door, so that's been nice & I know the pool hasn't been completed yet, but hopefully soon there will be that extra space to interact with neighbors more. Jamie the manager has been so helpful to me especially with all the craziness of COVID, she's always been pleasant and follows up with me regularly.

    I will be a new resident at the beginning of May and so far Ocean Air has exceeded all of my expectations. Specifically, Jamie, has been the most delightful manager I have ever worked with when finding a new home. I inquired about a unit with an ocean view and she was quick to respond and found me the most perfect unit for me. She is very understandable, easy to talk to and work with, and genuinely wants to make the residents happy. She has kept me in the loop on everything and gave me a tour of the property, which is stunning and peaceful. When we toured she saw how happy I was about the property, unit features, and amenities and said that she was excited for me, which means a lot. I am beyond excited to move into my new home in a couple of weeks!
