Worst
maintenance
service
ever.
They
would
try
to
just
rent
out
the
rooms
with
multiple
issues
and
will
take
long
time
to
fix
issue.
We
rented
out
a
townhome
here
recently
and
are
facing
a
lot
of
issues.
The
locality
is
good.
The
area
is
also
safe
but
the
management
service
after
paying
elite
rent
is
not
worth
it.
I
would
never
recommend
this
community
to
anyone.
After
getting
a
reply
on
this
review
I
went
to
share
my
concern
to
the
office
but
as
expected
was
closed
at
5:20
pm
with
the
sign
that
come
at
10
am
(next-day)
even
if
the
time
online
shows
6pm.
And
this
has
happened
multiple
times.
No
courtesy
of
letting
know
the
residents
if
the
neighboring
unit
is
about
to
get
fixed/carpet
replaced
and
will
be
making
noise
throughout
the
day.
I
came
to
the
office
and
raised
the
concern
as
well
for
this.
If
you
can
see
the
AC
issue
it
took
at
least
9-10
days
for
first
set
of
repair
and
15-20
days
for
its
full
repair.
It
took
9-10
days
in
peak
of
summer
without
fan
just
to
replace
the
coolant-
JUST
TO
REPLACE
THE
COOLANT.
We
had
to
visit
and
remind
multiple
times
to
have
the
management
take
a
first
visit.
I
had
raised
a
request
for
issue
with
microwave
since
last
4
days
and
we
did
not
get
any
acknowledgement
even
though
the
issue
was
raised
with
high
priority
once
and
emergency
second
time.
I
could
visit
the
office
to
remind
again
like
other
times
but
I
couldn't
because
of
my
office
hours.
So
let's
wait
and
see
when
will
be
able
to
warm
our
food
again.
PS:
I
feel
both
the
issues
are
a
very
basic
issue
and
should
have
been
acknowledged
quickly
if
not
fixed.
