I went in for full leg waxing service and was aasigned to Ashley. That was my first time with her and she's relatively new at that location. Ashley was amazing. She was professional, meticulous and went over some stubborn areas carefully to ensure clean up was thorough. The result was hairless and silky legs. I would definitely recommend Ashley and I will try to request her again for my next appointment!

Julianna is absolutely amazing. She made my first experience super easy really comfortable not awkward. The second time I came back again super comfortable. It was like visiting an old friend. The third time I came back again amazing. Amazing experience great conversation I will always and only go see her.

I've had better quality else where but they are fast and that's what I need. They could do better with pre and post Brazilian waxing products during the appt. And need to order new tables. Cracked, worn and look dirty despite using barrier paper. I've been waxing for years so I have no issue to zip in and out. Thalia and Julianna are great 👍

Vanessa was great! Very efficient and knew what she was doing. I’m an exception to her normal clientele because I’m in the wheelchair. Since I can’t transfer to the bed, she hast to do me in In my wheelchair. The previous person that I had doing my waxing was very good. But I thought I’d try European wax center since they were closer. I’m certainly glad I did. 👍 Joe Amburn

Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed the experience but when I got home and looked at my ears closely, I noticed a couple of patches she missed so my ears actually looked worse after waxing, not better because the patches of hair missed, like behind my ear lobe, really stood out and looked weird when the area around the patches of hair were clean. This girl’s work did not deserve the $10 tip that I left her. I should have looked in a mirror before I left your store. I did call and spoke with a “manager” on duty and shared my experience and she said she would let her boss know and that her boss would contact me to schedule a “touch up” to fix the error. I never heard back from anyone. ☹️

Julianna was so awesome. She was fast, efficient & makes you feel comfortable right away. I would definitely go back to Julianna if I was ever in the area again for a Brazilian wax. Highly recommend her!

Melynna & the front desk person were phenomenal! I love the customer service they provided as well as the service itself. It was my first time at this location & I felt welcomed right away.

Linda was beyond professional but she also had a way of making it feel like we have known each other forever. It was only my second wax ever and she could I was more nervous then I was letting on. So we shared pointless funny stories that helped distract my mind from the present. I will be definitely returning and recommending to my friends!! Thank you Linda

Linda was awesome. She was fast and funny and she did an amazing job ! She made laugh through the entire process. I normally book with whoever has time in the day i need , but i will be asking for her!
