We
would
have
given
a
solid
5/5
from
our
first
stay
here,
after
just
a
small
issue
taken
care
of
and
went
above
and
beyond
with
service
&
customer
care.
However,
the
2nd
time
we
stayed,
was
not
the
same
case.
I’ve
booked
through
the
app
many
times
without
issue,
until
now.
The
staff
fully
knew
and
were
aware
of
the
issue,
that
it
was
their
fault,
and
that
we
had
already
paid
to
stay.
They
said
the
reservation
for
the
new
person/resident
was
more
important.
The
night
staff/manager
had
told
me
to
come
back
in
the
morning
so
I
could
pay
in
the
morning.
Waking
up
at
7
am,
I
go
down
to
pay
only
to
be
told
there’s
nothing
they
could
do
by
the
morning
manager,
then
having
to
pack
everything
to
check
out
at
11am.
They
fully
knew
our
situation
financially,
have
been
very
understanding…Until
this,
this
morning
staff
doesn’t
care.
Just
stunned
by
the
day
and
night
difference
in
the
staff’s
attitude
&
customer
care.
