The most bizarre encounter and circular conversation with one of the customer service reps in store that was so frustrating I almost asked them to throw away the Blenders I was wearing that I had bought the week before in the same store, away. Either you have a product or you don't. Either you have policy or you don't. You are either coherently articulate or you are not. Maybe she was high. Don't know but we won't be back and won't recommend. Stick with Goodrs, folks!

Was pumped to get these and really like the style. The coating on the glasses is already wearing off causing them to be blurry after one year. They are cleaned with a supplied cloth and stored in a glasses compartment in my car. My cheaper cloudfield pair that I clean with the same cloth and store the same way has held up with no issues. Might give Blenders another try but the first experience has not been good. Update: I decided to go with a couple pairs from goodr. They were cheaper and have lasted longer. Much happier with a purchase through them.

I ordered two pair of sunglasses online. One pair was not the correct pair I ordered. I've been trying to get the correct pair for three weeks. Blenders customer service is non existent... their phone lines are busy and recommended messaging/email. I've sent three emails (all unanswered), two phone attempts, and multiple messages on social media platforms (all unanswered). At this point I'm writing them off as a loss. Will not order from Blenders again.

I really like Blenders as a brand, and thought their customer service was fabulous. I purchased a pair of Millenia x2 This is Livin' shades and was impressed with them when they arrived. After a few weeks of wearing them around, I started to notice the lens was blurring, and became almost like a prescription lens. I don't wear prescription lenses or contacts so the blurred, warped lens started to make me dizzy and give me a headache. I tried on my other branded shades and instantly saw there was no issue with those. So, I reached out to Blenders and they were glad to replace the shades under warranty. I got the same exact pair, again impressed when they arrived and enjoyed them for several weeks. Again, the lens became distorted and blurry, and I even had my wife and friends try the shades on when we were in Hawaii to see what I was experiencing. They all concurred and I ended up throwing the shades away and buying from a different brand. Again, I really like Blenders, they have awesome products, a really cool brand, and fabulous customer service. Unfortunately the products just aren't made to last, though I can't necessarily complain because the shades were under $50 and polarized, which was a really great deal. I'd rather pay $100-$150 and get a pair that will last me a couple of years at least, and if Blenders ever does offer a higher quality product I will 100% give them another chance. For now, 3 stars only because the products just didn't last after 2 tries.

Love this store! They have the best shades! Lots of styles and offers. Staff super helpful and this is their flagship store. Parking can be tough but If u park far gives u a chance to stroll around this area. Be sure to check their online stuff too!

Great brand, great glasses! Such fun styles and totally adventure proof. I have many pairs and use for all snow, mountain, and water sports. Customer service at the storefront is great, as well. I had somehow scratched the lenses on a pair of glasses and they were so helpful when I brought in the pair. Thank you!

We love the design and quality of the glasses. It was our second purchase because the first one the lens got stained after salt water in the ocean (water drops hit). Hopefully the second one we don't have the same problem. Overall the glasses are amazing and excellent salesperson at the physicall store.

This isn't about the flagship store location, but I couldn't find a place to review Blenders Eyewear in general. I've ordered some items from them online a couple of times; in this recent instance I had some problems with the items (one arrived damaged, and another item was damaged a few days later). Their customer service was efficient and thorough, and after a tidy conversation they offered to replace the items at zero cost or effort to me. I'm so pleased, and their excellent customer service has earned them a loyal customer.

Great marketing but the quality of these sunglasses is on par with gas station glasses. I bought 2 pairs - one for my wife and one for myself and they both had problems. The paint on my wife's glasses started peeling off and the reflective coating on my lenses is bubbling. Might have been due to sunscreen, but why would a pair of sunglasses not be compatible with sunscreen?

I love my Blenders sunglasses! The quality versus price is a win win! This Tawny style is my favorite pair and when I had an issue with them I was worried I wouldn’t get another one. I left a long rambling incoherent message on their voicemail and got an email back the next day. Within less than a week I got a brand new pair in the mail…. no hassles at all! They didn’t even ask for a shipping fee. I’m really impressed by the lens quality and the durability and now the customer service! I get so many compliments on all of my blenders sunglasses. I love my Blenders! The snowboarding goggles look awesome, they never fog up, and I see great with them in all light. Just got my sunglasses today and I love them. And everything is super affordable. The staff in PB is really friendly too!

I've been buying blenders for years and i love the canyon sunglasses they offer. I have bought about 5/6 pairs of glasses and have had issues with the lenses over and over and over. The outer part of the lens breaks down and you cant see out of them. It happens fairly quickly and after about 3/4 months of owning them they are useless. I have contacted customer service several times and had replacements sent out but the same thing keeps happening. This past time i haven't heard back from customer service. At this point I'm done buying blenders eye wear. I cant justify spending money on something that breaks down so quickly. I cant speak for other styles they offer but whatever they're using to coat the outer layer of their glasses isn't working. Update: They have reached out to me to try a updated style of lenses. I'm hoping this fixes the issue. As always their customer service is on point.

Definitely 5 Star service at Blenders!!! They gals there were very accommodating and answered all the questions we had. It was nice to try on glasses during this time but felt safe and secure when trying on items. When you're in San Diego you must check out this sunglass spot!

Just received two pairs and I absolutely love them. It took just over a week to get them here in Canada. So I am impressed on how quick it took. They are the best fit sunglasses. Thanks for the great shades.

I cannot say enough good things about Blenders. I love their products (I might own too many sunglasses but nobody needs to judge…) and I rave about them to everyone. If you haven’t been to one of their stores yet, you’re missing out! Such a awesome vibe. The big thing that I really want to point out is that their customer service is above and beyond! My new favorite sunglasses provider. I have been a lifelong Oakley fan until Coach Prime wore these glasses on national TV. I bought a pair of sunglasses immediately and when they were delivered I was blown away with the quality of these shades. They are super comfortable to wear and lightweight. They came with a really nice case and cloth. I bought another pair and again I was super impressed with the quality and presentation of these glasses. Give Blenders shades a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Maybe the best customer service of any product I have ever purchased. They respond immediately and are quick to remedy issues, but....I have had 2 pairs and both pairs' coating wore off within a couple of months. Never used anything but the cloth provided to clean them..stored them in the bag provided religiously. Even after the replacement they sent me a $50 voucher, no questions asked. I ordered another pair..no colored coating this time. A little disappointed I had to pay tax and shipping...sent them an email and they refunded my cost in less than 10 minutes. I hope these new ones workout...I love the glasses, but the coating issues need to be figured out

Have several pairs now and these glasses are amazing espicially for the price. Recently got the new United Falcons, had the inside piece come off, emailed customer service and they shipped out a new pair the same day. Great company.

Can't say enough about how amazing this brand is, everything from the product to the employees is great! I had only ordered on the website before, but figured since I was in town that I'd stop in the store. Jared and Avory helped us today and were super nice, ill absolutely be shopping in person from now now. I've got 4 pairs and they're by far the best sunglasses I've ever owned, I highly recommend them!

I appreciate the 45 day exchange policy! Blenders gets customer service. I had recently purchased some new goggles, when I got home I wished I had gotten another one of their many color options. The friendly staff gladly welcomed me back and I ended up with the ones I wanted.

The coolest store with the coolest sunglasses and the coolest staff. Every person I've met here has gone above and beyond to help me out! All of their sunglasses are super cute, stylish, and well made. Love that they have floating sunglasses that look just as good as their classics! Jerry at the Cass store in PB was great. Provided excellent service when we had a question about a previous purchase. I had a question about prescription sunglasses and he brought out cases of sunglasses for me to try out. It was very busy in the store but he quickly got to us, answered our questions. Will continue to purchase from Blenders. Great place and great styles.
