Fast food burgers at its best. Quality, inexpensive hamburgers that taste great. Okay, so this...and frankly every In-N-Out I've been to...is always super busy. This location separates vehicles into 2 lanes, and the line is still out on the street at almost any time of the day. With good reason. It's not a gourmet hamburger, but you won't find a better fast food burger. And even though it's a simple menu, a lot can be said for never getting my order wrong. My go to is the double double with fries and 1/2 Vanilla-Chocolate shake.

Animal style all day everyday! The burger is otherworldly and you'll know why with every bite. There's a crowd here for a reason. The fries are a bit meh but get that animal style as well. Good luck during lunch (parking or ordering - let alone sitting) but the wait is worth it. Get the double double!

We’re from the east coast. First ever In-N-Out experience was well worth it. Good basic burgers and fries for a reasonable price. Convenient location right around the corner from Old Town and just off of the MTS stop. Don’t forget to ask for the special sauce.

Double double and fries - ask for animal fries. Fresh tasting 🍔 burger! My brother went to ASU and discovered In-N-Out Burger. He found out very quickly that there is a secret menu. He shared with us that we needed to order our fries animal style. He gave us good direction. They are topped with cheese, thousand island dressing, and chopped grilled onions that are a wonderful blend of flavors together. Next time you're on the west coast, we recommend stopping in.

Another customer put it best: “I thought this was *fast* food?” Service Thrilled to give 2 stars to this particular In-N-Out for making me wait 25 minutes for a double-double and animal fries. Most dine-in restaurants can output food faster than that. I know everything is made to order but the menu is small and there’s no reason I should be waiting that long. I’m upset and I’m stomping around. Food Good, as usual. Was it with the wait? Not really. The fries aren’t worth it unless they’re animal style. Atmosphere Hectic and too busy. This is not where you go for peace. Recommend? Not this location.

The place is always packed like all the others but they do a great job keeping in n out and good. One of the only chain places where the burgers look like the pic. Double double mustard fried is my go to

I Love in n out, but this visit was horrendous.. first after waiting over 30 minutes, and having orders way past our # called , i had to go to the counter and ask for my food, the fries were cold and clearly doubd (see pic) and the gave me the wrong shake . (Edit) After speaking to the manager she was very apologetic and gave me gift cards to compensate for the inconvenience.

We had went to one In-N-Out before and did not get animal style fries or burgers, so I decided to get it the second location we went to. This location was a short drive from my hotel, and it was near some shops like Staples which were within walking distance. I ordered a double-double (not animal style because I am not a fan of mustard) and animal style fries. My partner got the animal style double-double. The animal style fries were honestly not a huge upgrade in taste to me for the cost that they were. The animal style fries are basically double the price of regular fries and were not worth it to me. I think they would be good with cheddar cheese instead of american cheese, but I know In-N-Out doesn't carry cheddar, so that's just something I would do myself at home. The service was awesome and the food tasted great, so I cannot complain at all about it.

Im amazed by the excellence in customer service at 1am. This In-N-Out location must have great management and training! Food is decent. Meets the need especially late at night when most places are closed.

Very delicious! It was recommended by a friend who studied in the US. The service was quick and professional. I hope they'll open branches in my country.

My first trip to California. I was really excited about this experience. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the food at all. My bun was hard and burned. I didn't taste the sauce. The fries tasted very strange like fried cardboard with salt. The ice tea ???. It was just really not good at all. However the experience was excellent and the customer service and kindness of the employees 10 stars for workers and 0 for the quality and taste of the food. Would not recommend..this is my truth and my own personal feelings no harm intended just honesty. Have a blessed week..

Great place to bring our kiddos for dinner. Love the Bible verses on the drinks & fry containers. We'll definitely eat here again when were in the area. ☺️

First time on the west coast and what was the FIRST thing I do? yep, went to in-and-out! Now, for YEARS I have been hearing the hype over this place and even though I was excited to finally have a chance to go there, I really wasn't expecting much. I like when I'm proven wrong. This was possibly the best fast-food burger I've ever had. Nothing compares to it on the east coast. The spread was GREAT! I'm bummed I couldn't try animal style fries (i have dietary restrictions that just won't allow for it) but everything else was perfect. I had a 4x4, no bun, extra pickles, my wife had a #2 (cheeseburger and fries). She decided to pass on the spread, but I got her a side of it, and she wound up really liking it too. For her the fries were overly crispy (maybe animal style would have helped that) For my wife, she said "It's just another burger" but for me, I see what they hype is about and it would be GREAT to see some In-and-out's come out to the east coast.

The burger was absolutely delicious I definitely understand the hype! However, I found the fries to be very disappointing. Possibly it was because ours were cold and they'd be better hot. All in all, still great and the best fast food burger out there.

Anytime we come out to San Diego, we always have to grab a couple of burgers from In N Out. As always, there's a pretty long wait going through the drive-thru (half an hour or longer sometimes). You can go inside for quicker service, but it's hard to find parking at times. Friday night @ 11pm and 20+ cars ahead of me and at least as many behind. It took about 20 minutes to grab food-not bad. It's nice that there's someone with a POS to input your order to expedite the process. Be aware though, that once you enter the drive-thru, you're stuck til the end-no turning back. Worth waiting for!

Come on, it's In N Out! That's what a Hamburgers all about. Great service and delicious food. The chocolate shakes are the best around. Eat it while it's hot. It should be illegal to eat this food more than 1 min after you get it.

Good burgers. We had to try in-n-out since we have none in the Midwest. Out son had just graduated from Boot Camp (MCRD), and the place was packed with recent grads. The fries and atmosphere was nice. Very nice staff and people cleaning kept the place clean & tidy. Glad I got to try it. Milk shakes are very good too (Vanilla, Strawberry, and chocolate).

The burger had a good taste. I did not like the fries. They were salty (and I like my salt) to me , and they were cold. Personnel were nice and friendly. The order didn't take long. I liked that they had Cherry Coke.

I love In-N-out. What makes a place to eat the best? Quality food, price, speed, and service. I would actually say the food is not the best in the fast food world or burger world, but it’s close enough and In-N-Out excels at all the rest, so that makes this place the best value burger and fries possible. The fact they have a small menu makes me so happy. The people were great. In fact, they gave my kids a hat and stickers and were generally so friendly. Love this location.

First time at in-n-out. The burger was amazing, one of the best fast food burgers. The animal fries were okay, were a little cold and soggy even though we ate there but the flavour was great. Took a while to get our order

I've been to In-N-Out in Texas countless times, but this was the first time I went to California! Let's just say the size of this restaurant is not bigger in Texas, they are exactly all the same. The food was pretty much the same, except the french fries were overly cooked and not very tasty at this location. Everything was fresh and made to order, delicious and I would go back! I would just make sure my fries were better, and maybe request fresh ones made for me.

In-N-Out Burger is a beloved fast-food spot known for its fresh ingredients and consistently delicious burgers. The simplicity of their menu allows them to focus on quality, with juicy, made-to-order burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and their famous secret sauce. The friendly service and clean environment add to the overall experience, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or satisfying a craving, In-N-Out delivers a consistently satisfying meal that's hard to beat.

You got to love in n out. And you can get a Gluten free version. They use crisp lettuce in place of the bun. It’s a fast food place like McDonalds, busy, loud, but the food is 5x better.

  • 5/5 Hatti H. 1 year ago on Google
The burgers were delicious every time, whichever style we went for. The fries are fresh but the taste wasn't amazing for us, so the next time I had my fries animal style and they were so good. Shakes are super thick and tasty. Really good price as well. Can't wait to be back on the west coast to have more!

We don’t go to In and Out often but it sure is delicious when we do. The Sports Arena location has the drive thru down to a science. Even when the line is a bit longer they still manage to crank cars through quickly. Be prepared to order so you don’t hold up the line! It’s a simple menu and the Double Doubles are our go to. We typically skip the fries and stick to the burgers. Tip: if you like pickles you need to ask them to add them as they don’t come with them automatically.

One of the best burgers among chain restaurants. Double double cheeseburger is the best. You can get pepper pickles and sauces on the side counter for free.

We loved the taste and their sauce, though the patties are pretty thin that we didn't noticed it was a double. Animal fires were good but would have been better with more sauce. This branch seems to be too busy and too long waiting.

I was quite surprised that a double double meal still sells for around $8 dollars. The food was amazing and I ordered the burger animal style with a medium lemonade. The service was great and friendly. I love how the food tastes so fresh and how you can request your meals to order. This is my favorite fast food burger chain in America.

Burgers are fantastic! The fries are also really good! Busy little place the staff are all hard workers. Excellent local hot spot. Glad I stopped in was not disappointed! Cheers!

I don't like the 10+ minute wait for a burger 🍔. It's always busy with a line out the door. They should make food ahead of time since their motto is "In and Out" but it should be called "In and Wait." place does not deliver so I can't order when I'm at home. Food is on point though. And prices are reasonable.

  • 3/5 Gal N. 2 years ago on Google
The burger was good but the fries were not good, felt like the potato was not cooked properly. The place was very crowded and it took a long time for the food to be ready. It is also possible to buy through the car at Drive In. The price is cheap. The burger is very popular in California so we had to try - it was nice, not more.

Hands down for an amazing service here. I observed a bunch of members of staff working like bees to serve everyone. Well well done here to anyone who is responsible for such a good spirit… Excellent..

What is there to say about in and out that hasn't already been said. They're always fast, polite/courteous, and thry use good quality ingredients. Keeping it simple enables them to control the quality of the food easier. The fries are amazing! If they're not super hot, they will give you Freshies no questions asked. Double double with onions all the way.

Delicious burgers which didn't disappoint one bit. Our Marine made a request of a double double before going off to Camp Pendleton. Thought I was going to wait as I arrived before scheduled open time of 10:30am. They were actually open before then!! Server stated that they'll open early if they are ready. Big plus as I had to get food back before he boarded bus to Pendleton. Thumbs up In n Out!!

Drive thru line was long but very fast. I didn't know they had such a limited menu. We liked how different it is from every other fast food place we've been to. The order guy with the tablet at the drive up was very efficient and he let me take his picture to document our first trip to an In N Out. 😀👍

Hello, the person in charge of receiving your order didn't pay attention to what I had ordered, and after I was in line for a long time and realized that he had recorded my order incorrectly and I told him, he got angry with me... I don't know why...
