My son had surgery to patch up a hole in his ear and everything went very smoothly so thank you so much Dr Balaker and her staff for the great care.

My experiences with this doctor have been very different from the guy who gave him a one-star. No billing issues. And Dr. Thompson was able to solve a problem that I had asked many other doctors about. At last, an answer, which led to a solution.

I am so thankful I found this doctors office!! I went in today for an emergency visit because I had the worst severe ear infection and pain all week. I was lucky to be able to be seen. As soon as I was called to the back, the lady who did my ear testing was kind, patient, and gentle with me. She helped explain my ear test results which gave me ease. I saw Dr. Thompson who is one of the best doctors I’ve had an experience with. He listened to my concerns and knew instantly how to help me. Which he did. Dr. Thompson is an amazing doctor. The doctors and back office staff were great! I don’t see myself ever going anywhere else when I have issues with my ears.

The staff were efficient and friendly and the Doctor was kindly and helpful. So far the treatment is going well. The physician asked me to make another appointment in 2 weeks. One star is omitted because I have been unable to reach the appointment staff by phone, waiting through the back-up line for 20 minutes and then being disconnected as soon as a person came on line. This has happened three times. The phone system is too often dysfunctional. I asked for a followup appointment using the online-process but have not had a response.

Most amazing experience at the Dr! Front office staff was friendly, and very little wait time, both in the waiting room and in the exam room. Nursing staff was friendly and Dr. Crockett was a good listener but also very knowledgeable and didn’t waste time getting things done. I wish all doctor’s office visits were this pleasant!!

I feel very confident in Dr. LU'S surgical skills and knowledge of cancer tumors. His post graduate training is very impressive! Presurgical instructions very detailed. Very cautious ordering for me ultrasound and MRI imaging. Happy with surgical approach too.

The office was packed with patients, but they still ran on time. I received a very thorough audiology exam, and then Dr Balaker met with me to address my recent clogged and ringing ear concern. She was very patient and addressed my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit.

This is the most efficient and kind office and medical staff I have experienced within the Providence system. There were no long waits, everyone was there to help the patients get the best care, and they did not drill you for insurance and payments as soon as you walked in. Dr. Mundi made me feel as ease and cared for as a person not just a number within the system. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Mundi!

On time no waiting, appointment was at 9:30 Am ( Dr. Luu) who is a great Dr very friendly truly cares meet me at 9:25!. Very informayive and took time to explain things in normal English ( dumb it down for me )

In early August, I visited Dr. Balaker again with miserable sinus symptoms. During this visit, as on so many previous visits, she knew what was causing my misery. She described my infection in detail, and provided a prescription for a compound topical antibiotic sinus rinse that was perfect for my needs. I'm so lucky to have her extraordinary care.

It was my first time visiting the Irvine office. I normally go to the Mission Viejo location. I was treated nicely by the receptionist, the check-in nurse, and the doctor. I was called back in a quickly manner. I was seen by Ashley Balaker, M.D. She was very professional, listened to me, and treated me for a clogged ear. My ear is now back to normal by following her advice.

Dr. Balaker is professional, but very relatable. It was a very busy Friday when I visited the waiting room was hectic. Once I entered the hall for exam rooms it was calm and quiet which was a nice surprise!

I saw Dr. Ashley Balaker in her Irvine office. The staff were very friendly. Dr. Balaker had already read my previous ENT records before the appointment. Her demeanor was warm and friendly. Her interest in my case was clear. She is a very bright and compassionate doctor with very good judgement and a reassuring manor. This is a rare combination. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to find answers to ENT problems.

Finally found a doctor, Dr. Blaker, that was knowledgable and helpful. She offered hope that my vertigo and middle ear issue can be resolved. I have tried many other doctors and none could provide support. She has an incredible bedside manner. So happy my primary care physician recommended her.

Highly recommend this practice. They take all the Covid precautions in the office, they are empathetic towards their patients and are personal. They also provide an outstanding hearing testing center if you need them checked as well.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Thompson. After suffering from intense sinus infections for over 25 years and one previous sinus surgery from a different physician, Dr. Thompson has helped me regain my health and life back. Upon my first evaluation with Dr. Thompson, he earned my trust by showing true compassion and understanding. He has a calm and gentle demeanor, took the time to listen to my history and talked with me about my concerns. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured, as he made suggestions for the plan of care. In my case, I needed a second sinus surgery to help my multiple issues. The surgery went very well; he called me personally to follow up over the phone following the surgery. I had multiple follow-up visits post surgery, which were uncomfortable at times but he did his best to ease the pain. Again, I feel so fortunate to have found a physician who is kind, caring and truly has the interest of his patients as top priority; he is exceptional.

Very prompt and great care in keeping with Covid demands. Dr Thompson is the best. His surgery changed my life for the better....much much better.
