Thank you Jonathan and staff for taking care of my Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD today. I booked an appointment online the day before, they scanned my check engine light code for just $100. Another shop wanted $300. Jonathan informed me of the part that needed replacement and the total cost and my truck was fixed within a few hours. The facility was clean and had a comfortable waiting area. All the customers coming in and out seemed very pleased with their service experience. I highly recommend this shop.

They charged me to replace my tires but didn't change them out. My work order has a CA state tire management fee and a recycling fee when they put back on the same tires they took off. All four tires were purchased on February 26. Additionally charged me for a fuel cleaner that I never asked for. Don't ripe off your customers.

My sister brought in my parents truck to get a spark plug fixed and we live all the way in LA. We drove all the way here to pick up what we thought was a fixed vehicle but as my father drove off with two of my children in the vehicle the same spark plug blew out. They would not take accountability for the issue not being resolved. We tried talking to the manager but he would not talk to us directly. He only talked to us through and employee. They did not fix the issue and they refused to reimburse us. We are now left towing the truck all the way back to LA and going to our own local trusted mechanic. The manager was out of town but was able to speak to the employee but refused to speak to us the costumers over this issue. Do not trust this place they are not to be trust.

Was told over the phone they would give me an alignment for my lifted truck. When I got there they said they couldn’t work on it. I know people with the exact same lift kit on the same truck and they were able to get lifetime alignments done. This store is a complete waste of time.

To be honest, disappointed with break repair. I've been in the shop twice and asked the crew if the master cylinder is the only problem. After a week, same problem occur and brought my car on another shop. Other shop found out 2 major problems that Firestone missed to find out. I'm sorry but not coming back.

Went in and out today... 5 hours, fast service. Great customer service. Any questions, as Jonathan the manager. Replaced my rear and front shock and struts, left and right bearing seals, alignment service and coolant radiator service. Overall, I'm satisfy with the work...but not the price....$3.3k !!! Pricey! if the repairs hold I will change the star rating, if they don't hold... I will update as well. Service guarantee for 12 months. Parts guaranteed for life.

They charged me 281 to replace a darn battery. It took all day too. They lost my business.

Extremely helpful, the guys behind the counter and garage took into consideration what I wanted and delivered on all counts. They even helped me tetris my spare rims and tires in the car and worked with me on the pricing since it was an odd request

Good service however I have had multiple alignments here and none have the techs so far have been able to properly center the steering wheel 🤷🏼‍♂️

Their tire gauge is a office pen. Trying to tell me I have to buy new tires because his office pen is doing what ever it does to measure the tread. What a fn joke these people are. I was just going in for a tire repair plenty of tread on my tire. Weasels trying to pick into peoples pockets. Negative double ZERO stars. If you want to get ripped off and waste your time here with these baboons book an appointment which is worthless since they like taking their time playing around like dumb kids

My son bring his car 1st week if October The problem was not solved n we keep bringing the car every week the problem is p 033 they don’t even give updates or call n this week we’re bringing the car back again. Don’t go to Firestone highland I have my van here I have to raise my voice to get the proper repairs I need.

Arrived at 7:20 am I'm the only customer with 2 empty stalls in the garage. I stood there for 10 mins before i was knowledge. I tell the guy I need my headlight replaced. He said it will take all day. You got to be kidding me. I just walked out .

These guys are great! I need my car to work, and was placing on working all holiday weekend when my tire got a screw in it. My usual tire place was closed for a couple days, but these guys got me in on a Sunday, patched the tire within the timeframe they gave me, and doubled checked all the other tires. Thanks, dudes!

My parents had one of their cars fixed here. My mother says expensive, but worth it, to have quality work done close to home. I believe she said cash only payments for paying her credit card off there. Maybe just that location. Please ask if that's correct. Lots of nearby stores customers can walk to if they want to wait for there cars to be fixed.

Completed Oli change and full car check oo, but they missed a torn bushing, so I had to visit another shop, so just okay.

Great service! I need a flat repaired and they got me in as soon as they could. Also gave me a quote on new tires which was really helpful to know the conditions of my tires and what it'd cost to replace. Highly recommend!
