Horrible experience. I paid for 2 nights. The first night there was no issue, the second day I was booked in a room with hardwood floors, me having a bad experience with hardwood floors, I asked to change room and I was moved to a room that smelled like an ash tray. Very strong cigarette smell. They told us the only room available with carpet was that room. Weighting the options and decided to take it. The next day the front desk lady and her manager claimed to accidently dropped my security deposit into the safe and to come back tomorrow. This was not an option for me I needed my security deposit back. After 15 minutes of going back and forth she changed her story, told me there were complaints about cigarette smoke in the room. I was completely dumbfounded. They basically robbed me, and instead of social maturity in talking with the customer, the front desk girl cowarded and went to the back to called the police to ask us to leave. I work hard for every dollar I make and I commuted pretty far, and these people think they can just take my money. I'm not letting this go.

Old budget hotel with not so amenities and old everything. You can tell the owners are extremely cheap lol I stay at these all the time and none are this antique with tvs from the early 2000's. But for the price it's ok I guess.

Very clean! The room smelled nice, which is real important to me. It was quiet, and the breakfast was very good and filling. Wished they would have had non dairy options for my friend though.

The hotel was nice, the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Just didn't like the person who checked us in on Friday the 5th he was not very nice to my daughter when she ask6 for more towel he gave her attitude, it seems like he doesn't like his job very much 🤔

Vending and ice available only on the first floor. They charge you a $100 room fee PER DAY but that's not made clear until you receive your bill after the stay.

First I was 3 days with out hot water. Both my kids are autistic and can not be on the second floor so I couldn’t change rooms because they said they only had hot water on the second floor. Then after 3 days they finally changed my room. And now in the other room the heat doesn’t work, it keeps turning cold. The food in the morning was so gross. People were touching it with their hands. The egg look like county food..🤢the girl, in the day she has black hair and around 5foot tall kinda thick and tan skin, she lied tho me and said her system was down and she couldn’t check me back in. And the I called back to se if it was up hours later and the night and the girl told me she was on the phone with IT. And so I called back to the front desk at 6am and the girl told me that the night girl told her that told her not to check me back in…. So everyone lied to me.. and the rooms and not that great no cable 🫢

Room was big and comfortable. Bed was so nice we had trouble leaving it for comped breakfast next day. I didn't even mind paying $16 for a bag of Cheezits and a bag of Cheetos and a Diet Coke and a Gatorade. We'll be back again. Keep up the great atmosphere..

Horrible customer service by the lady who said she was the manager. She hung up on us twice when we inquired about our 100.00 hold on our credit. She told us to take it up with our bank. We tried to explain that it was on our credit card but she just kept telling us to take it up with our bank. We still have the 100.00 on our card. Horrible customer service. I cannot believe that is a manager. We have stayed often when visiting family but will not be back.

Everything was broken in this room, Lamp, no shower curtain, dirty table, hard bed, wallpaper missing, tv mount on wall showing above TV-ghetto, screens, homesless man sleeping at end of parking lot, misrepresentation, uncaring Manager.

It is a very nice Best Western and deserves the Plus designation, and it is priced accordingly. Its location is convenient for me, especially close to Donut Man that serves excellent donuts 24 hours a day. The main downside for this motel is that they require a $100 cash deposit. When you check out, they send a staff to inspect the room before they give you the refund. I assume they want to make sure that you don't smoke in their non-smoking rooms, which is the only type they have.

The hotel itself was visibly very nice but I came here for a good nights rest and the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable ,hard as rocks ,was unable to sleep ,my other complaint would be the older man ,didn’t get a name ,who answered the phone when we were trying to get information ,everything was very difficult for him to comprehend and do ,phone had to be passed to a woman working there who was very quick and efficient ,did everything correctly ,when we got there it was her and him again ,once again he didn’t understand how to do anything at all ,was very very slow at every word and action ,and she had to intercede ,if she wasn’t there we would’ve never been able to check in

The weekend will cost thirty percent more, for the same room. They will not warn you. The same poor breakfast, and maybe your smoke alarm battery waking you at midnight. I will drive away from this hotel, period. Comparable to Mot-6.
