    I had great expectations but ended up with only a high bill. The restaurant is quite impersonal, nothing you’d want to remember or partially enjoy, a kind of modern trattoria but without that special touch. Meat was overpriced and despite being told to be the best cut, still was medium chewy and not soft as expected. Wine list is a robbery, overpriced wines who lack in good presentation or service. I personally won’t recommend as you’d have plenty of other options around

    We had a great dinner at Nero 9 l will absolutely go back her next time in Milan. We ordered Bone marrow an ham as a starter. The Bone marrow was excellent. As the main course we shared a 1,3 kg Italian t-bone with great fat content in the meat. Sides was salad and truffle potatoes. This was an amazing experience. We had tiramisu and pan a cotta as dessert. For me the tiramisu was to “wet”, but it still tasted good.

    Wow. The service, the restaurant, staff, and most importantly, the food were amazing. From the start to the end, our experience was 6 stars. This is a meat lovers paradise.....the steaks are amazing. The wine was good value. The steaks are cooked to perfection and our Angus t-bone steak just melted in the mouth. Service was attentive but not intrusive. I would recommend this restaurant 100% and if you want steak I would go nowhere else.

    Craving for a steak? This is a place for you! Had a superb dinner that exceeded our expectations. Every dish was done prefectly and i have to give extra credit for the service. Waitress that served us was truely a professional and her knowledge was broad. Meat quality is really good and the wine list was full of gems as well.

    Our first dinner in Milan was at Nero 9. The service and ambiance was amazing. We tried both pastas which were the best we’ve ever had. Excellent wine suggestions! Their cheesecake with red fruit was 12/10! We will definitely be making another reservation if we’re ever back in Milan!

    They pride themselves on a selection of Steak Florentine(T bone) and Tomahawks. All dry aged and from different herd-sourced. There are also fillets, bone marrow, tartare choices. Good wine list, Excellent wine service from Marcella. Cooking was perfect.

    Amazing food. Excellent choice for meat lovers. Nicely prepared T bone, great side dishes and fabulous chocolate as dessert. The lady that welcomes you is very professional, she explains everything you need to know. On the other hand waiters could be better. Nevertheless, I’ll be back though, meat is so good.

    We had such a lovely dinner in Nero 9 with our business partners. We ordered Zola cheese and walnuts fillet of beef and it was perfect the taste the presentation everything. Red wine was also beautiful. For sure we are coming back 👍😁

    It was just perfect! The meat (Fillet of Giovenca) was extremely good. We ordered well done and seems like medium well but the taste was really astonishing. (If you couldn’t consume red side please ask them about that cause ). I have been ate many places in north side of Italy but this is my number one ☝🏻 I also ordered baked potatoes it is just delicious, too! I gave 100 ✊🏻

    Carnivores beware, this restaurant hits the spot! The service is very attentive, wine recommendation on point (thought as french people we would have like to have the wine as we made our choices). After lots of hesitations as we wanted to try all, we started with smoked Angus Carpaccio that was so tasty no need to add anything, we followed with Giovenca Piemonte grilled meat it was perfect; she recommended medium rare and we went with that, the french in us wanted rare but it was a thick piece so she knew best. Can't wait to come back to try the tartare and bone marrow and so many other things. Thank you for the experience, Serene 👌🏽

    I must say, the meal we had there lived up to our expectations and then some more. I had always wanted to try tartare, and I believe this restaurant is the right place for it! The tartare tastes fresh and tender. It has a very clean taste and nothing out of place. The bean sprouts on top of it adds a layer of freshness and some crispy and juicy texture to the taste. I am not sure what the White sauce is made of, but it has a light sour and milky taste, but definitely not greasy or heavy. We also tried the tartare with some olive oil, it adds a very subtle nutty flavor to the tartare. The coarse salt is a perfect match for the tartare for its crunchy texture. The mushroom with truffle is also very interesting. The mushroom was cooked to the point that it was so soft and it literally melted in our mouth. The truffle on top had a very distinct aroma. It was nothing like what we usually had. The main course, which is the T-bone steak, is absolutely amazing. The grilled T-bone steaks are their specialty, and they taste best when they are cooked medium rare. Usually I don't like it when I have a medium rare steak, I cut into the steak and my plate looks like a murder scene. But the T-bone steak they grilled was nothing like that. It perfectly illuminated Maillard reaction: the surface of the steak was fantastically crispy and aromatic. To my surprise, the inside of the steak had a beautiful pink colour, but there was no blood coming out. The steak didn't look like it was heavily seasoned, so we were able to taste the beef itself. It was so nutty and crispy on the outside, meanwhile tender and nice on the inside. It was just incredible. The wine we had was also wonderful. We couldn't decide between two different bottles, so the manager had us try them both. In the end we chose a stronger one for its smooth texture and fruity aroma. It was fantastic and it was a great match for our steak. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, but also not too eager. The manager was also very patient and professional. The service they offer made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. If there is one thing I'm not happy with the experience, it is that the manager did not check with us the size of the steak when we ordered. There are actually two sizes you can choose for your T-bone steak, either 1200g or 1400g. The manager didn't check with us and served us a 1400g steak directly. In the end the T-bone steak cost us over 100 Euros. However, the steak was probably still worth it, because I swear it was the best steak I had had so far in my life. Fantastic experience. I will be interested to dine at this restaurant again.

    Tasty and flavourful fillet steak with a selection of really different sides - not a chip in site and thank god! The meat was very tender but a bit salty and the potatoes were very salty. The service was friendly yet professional. If you are looking for a fine dining experience with some of the best food you will ever eat, then I highly recommend Nero 9!

    Let me put this way. I think it was the best meat i had in Italy so far. And i visited 100s of restaurants in this country. Perfectly cooked, just ask chef s preference. We got the meat to share by the kg, 40 days aged. A good bottle of wine. And payed 75 euros per person. The sides dishes were forgettable, i would get only one to share, not 2 definitely. I ll go there again and strongly motivate if you are a meat lover.

    Went there for lunch with a friend of mine. We saw the business lunch menu on their website but they told us they’ve changed the menu but hadn’t updated their website. This is the alternative they offered us. 28euros for 2 dishes and 1 dessert, which is a good offer. Overall, the staff were really nice, spoke good English and waited us to finish before they closed. I suggest to try their meat dishes as they are the expert.

    Tasty meat, tartar and very nice panna cotta desert. Dirty cutlery, dirty glass, hair in the meal. Meat not prepared as promissed. Terrible WC. Because of the high prices I was expecting much more. Not comming back. BTW steak fully covered in cream sauce is a fail 👎. I want to see the meat, enjoy it, not to dig it out from cream avalanche.

    Absolutely delightful restaurant serving steak, specialising in steak, and great if you love good steak. The menu is simple and no nonsense. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming yet classy. The staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome even with minimal Italian! The steak was fantastic, and a great meal to share. The side salad of fennel and the aubergine parmigiana were just as delicious. We were treated to a limoncello at the end of our meal which was also a lovely surprise!

    A meat lover’s heaven! We had the bone marrow as a starter which was grilled just right. For the main course we each had a 400g cube roll steak and wow! Might be the best steak I had in Milan so far. To top it all the service was attentive and courteous. To sum it up- it was a delight! Highly recommended.

    This was one of my favorite restaurants during my visit to Italy and I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Everything we had was delicious and the owner of the restaurant was super friendly and helpful with making suggestions for our meal. We had the following: *The Platter of aged cheese "Luigi Guffanti" selection with craft jams *Bigoli Pasta *Tagliatelle Black Truffle Pasta *Picanha and Beef Fillet (Mixed on a platter for us by the owner so that we could try both meats.) The owner made each of the portions a little bigger so that everyone at the table could share and try everything together. He also made great wine recommendations as well to compliment the meal.     An absolute gem!!! Wonderful service and food recommendation from the team. The Angus steak we had was just mouth-watering. The meat was grilled to perfection and even my 5 year-old daughter polished off her plate! Will definitely return here again when we visit Milan the next time! Kudos to the entire team!!!

    Found this restaurant while searching the net for a resturant that servers good size cuts of steaks to celebrate a special day. it turned out to be a big Bingo! we had one of the best meat restaurant experience. ( we were 3 people ) we ordered for a strater pasta bolognese (it might sound simple but not) which was utterly different from what you are used to. no tomotas nor red sauce and still a magic pasta.than we moved to the big ace of the menu the fillet steak. they sell it by the 100g and they have two types of steaks. it was so good , cooked to perfection and everyone had their way with the steak from rear to mid-well. all these was accompanied with a nice red wine by the glass which turned to be a very nice wine and some potatos which are always irrelevant when you deal with meat. the prices are not very on the steep side but not cheap , but hay , you get high class of meat. the atmosphire in the restaurant is relaxed and very classy , thus , if you want to go for special place of mear in your special day or just to feel specail , just go there, amazing.
