We had a great dinner at Nero 9 l will absolutely go back her next time in Milan. We ordered Bone marrow an ham as a starter. The Bone marrow was excellent. As the main course we shared a 1,3 kg Italian t-bone with great fat content in the meat. Sides was salad and truffle potatoes. This was an amazing experience. We had tiramisu and pan a cotta as dessert. For me the tiramisu was to “wet”, but it still tasted good.

I am not sure what the White sauce is made of, but it has a light sour and milky taste, but definitely not greasy or heavy. We also tried the tartare with some olive oil, it adds a very subtle nutty flavor to the tartare. The coarse salt is a perfect match for the tartare for its crunchy texture.
