Quality of result is not more than average compared to way cheaper places. Standards of hygiene dropped since the pandemic dramatically. After surgery treatment is almost non-existent. Your are treated as a customer, not a patient. Referral program is just scam. I am waiting for over half a year for the commission and my mails and messages are ignored.

Summary of my transplant in Insparya clinic done on September 11, 2023 What can I say, first of all I now thank my friend and my guardian angel Claudia Lodato (Insparya consultant) who with her professionalism but above all already making me feel at home from the first day took away all my doubts and fears and made me undertake this journey, and that today with extreme satisfaction I can only thank you for having believed in her. Oh yes today after the start of the 4th month, day 100, I see myself with my much loved hair. I am very happy and satisfied, obviously I still know that I am only at the beginning but I see more and more hair passing by every day and when I get up in the morning I can't wait to look in the mirror to see my progress. Obviously, apart from Claudia, I have to thank the whole clinic starting from the girls at the reception to my dear doctor Gabriele Amata and his assistant Cynthia who patiently and carefully operated on me and to the legendary Cristina (responsible for mesotherapy treatments) who, poor thing, put up with me too. in my anxieties and my fears, they truly made me feel like I was at home. I had the surgery 5 days ago, we will see the result but at the moment I can only say that in Insparya there is professionalism, kindness, timing, organization and flexibility at all levels. HI, I'll leave you a review about 10 days after the transplant. The experience was very positive, I felt good. Not being from Milan, I stayed at the B&B Sant'Ambrogio, which is a 10 minute walk away and they also have a special agreement. The day of surgery was a little long but it was definitely worth it. Apart from the first anesthetic needles, which are a bit painful, then you no longer feel anything and in the afternoon you can watch Netflix/Youtube or whatever you want. Nowadays, seeing yourself again with your hair shaved on your head is beautiful, I started from a nw 5 with a good donor and now the scabs have fallen off, everything is fine! The donor area also recovered well, only microscopic red dots can be seen which will disappear within 1 week. Now we just have to wait, but for the moment I feel very happy and practically aesthetically reborn!!

I had my second hair transplant (I did the first in Turkey) at Insparya in Milan. From the first contacts I noticed the high quality of their service, especially with several calls to better prepare me for this operation. They gave me all the pre-operation advice and also some for the post-op. Brand new and cutting-edge clinic, qualified staff who are above all up to the task for an operation that for some would now seem like a very simple thing, but having done two of them, I guarantee you that great professionalism is needed to ensure that everything goes smoothly . The operation went very well and unlike the first, they took almost the same time but with half the bulbs, so it means that they were in no hurry and did the job as best they could. They count and study the bulbs one by one (which really impressed me) precisely to achieve the maximum result. My fear was of being left alone post-operatively, which is absolutely not the case because the next day I was contacted to find out how I was doing and today, one week later, they called me to find out how I was doing and how it was progressing and to give me further advice. I'm really happy with the choice I made, I don't want to discredit Turkey (or Albania or whoever) but Insparya is definitely a higher level, the quality is very high in all its services. I hope to be of help to those who have doubts in choosing this clinic, but if you are looking for the certainty of finding quality and professionalism, Insparya is the right choice!

I am very satisfied with the result obtained, with the staff who worked on me and with their friendliness, they kept me company and made me feel at ease from the beginning until the end. The only flaw, I noticed a general lack of clarity on some perhaps "uncomfortable" questions, especially regarding the quantity of implanted follicles, I still haven't been able to understand why in other structures there were almost double the number of follicles that were transplanted to me in Insparya.
