Cute little place & great service! I tried the bubble tea and will be back to try more!

The worst customer service ever. Naviglio grande Frankly management should Address this as the staff employed here are FRANKLY RUDE. The Chinese girl especially who wants me to buy a drink and take it to the toilet before I can use it. The assistant who I asked said yes sure but later both of them shouting over the counter. What an embarrassment for your company. Say company rules to use the toilet I must first order something. Can I wash my hand first or use the toilet?

Probably one of the worst and most overpriced bubble tea I’ve ever had… It was soooo sweet as I couldn’t reduce the sugar level and the shop had no ice. The boba was not cooked well… for €5.5 I could have 3 top-tier cups of bubble tea in Asia. This caramel bubble milk tea reminded me why I made my own bubble tea when living in The Netherlands couple of years ago lmao 2 stars for the nice cashier and biodegradable straw.

Located pretty close to Doumo Di Milano, like 3 minutes walk. They have some basic boba drink options, not much, but very interesting to try. The boba was soft and chewy. I had the matcha frappe, which was really good for this summer weather. They always have long line

I grade it below average, because the tapioca were way overcooked. Much over “al dente”. My grading is based on the expectation that a place like this with 1000+ reviews knows how to cook the pearls. This place has high turnover over so it wasn’t old pearls waiting too long in a bowl. Quite quick to get my drink for being so busy and good location, hence 2 stars.

Bubble green tea that tastes like parfum. Go here if you want the best way to throw away your money.

First time trying boba and loving it. I got a taro milk tea and it was delicious. A small drink is 4.5€ on average and a regular one is 5.4€.

Frankly bubble tea 🧋 has a great taste but not every time staff treats us well. So today for example I went to Frankly to buy 2 bubble tea around 7:15,7:30pm and there wasn’t even a line, but the cashier ( a girl )was so rude to me. Idk why she was rude to me and i didn’t do anything just asked her an information about a flavour. Well I do have lots of experience being a cashier and the main point is to respect the customers. I didn’t went there as a foreigner, I spoke Italian so there’s no any language barrier also. Please be kind to customers next time. They ask informations about u r products because maybe they don’t know everything about it. As the staff u need to explain them calmly not rudely.

Great Local with tons of different bubble tea options and names, great for tourism even if it takes a while to take your bubble tea but you will not regret it!!! Near duomo, not expensive as hell what can i say more than excellent!!!

I am a customer who is often buying a shake. As I cannot consume milk, I used to order it with coconut milk. Once I ordered it and it was full of ice. The next time I asked without ice and it was great. Today, I ordered without ice as I had a throat ache. But, lady told me that it is not possible to order without ice!!!! I will not come back although me and my 4 kids are coming here few times per week! Simple way of losing the customers!

Very nice bubble tea. Very similar to the one in Singapore; KOI. Friendliest staffs, makes you feel welcomed. Only that i find the price a bit steep, and if possible to expand a bit. The Q is just crazy, especially given the congested area.

Very bad Taro Bubble Tea, like the worst, it had weird particles in it, was not cold and also you pay extra for toppings 50 cents per each, they are not included to the price and none tells you that when you buying it:)) Sorry:(

I visit Milan multiple times a year and I always end up making a stop at this small shop. They always provide me my orders correctly without the extra frills. I will continue to recommend this place to others and come back as soon as I can.

The worst bubble tea for take out. Bought 2 regular size (large) to bring home for my sons. I asked for extra bag to the lady who prepared my order because i am going to travel for about an hour and she gave me this..... it looks like you are carrying a bag of trash. Not like other bubble tea shops in town.

After reading lots of bad reviews I was a bit 'worried' but luckily my experience was great! No line so I could order without waiting . Had a rose bubble tea with almond milk and no sugar. Was really delicious and both staffs were super nice and spoke English perfectly!

Might be the worst coffee drink I have ever had. Couldn't finish half of it and I felt sick. It didn't taste of coconut or white chocolate at all. Service was extremely slow - the barista stopped my order halfway through to do someone else's before walking off then doing mine. I know prices are inflated given the location but 5 euros for the worst iced coffee I've ever had is an insult.

So good!! Tried pretty much every drink and they were all incredible. From the teas with tapioca pearls to the strawberry lemonade; they were all perfect. Ofcourse my favorite was the matcha; they make it so well!!!

My husband is a boba lover and I am a matcha connoisseur. When we stumbled upon a long line at Frankly, we decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint, it was worth the wait. We loved it so much, we went again the next day. I got a regular hot matcha and my husband got the vanilla iced latte with tapioca.

Service could be faster but we liked the bubble tea. Good flavours, clean place, refreshing drinks.

We wanted to try the classic milk tea and weren’t sure what sugar level to choose. The staff was very friendly and offered to put more sugar in if we wanted it to be sweeter after trying. The milk / tea ratio was perfect and the black tea tasted great, not artificial like it does in other boba shops. The tapioca had the perfect consistency and sweetness. All in all, we were very happy with the milk tea and the service was exceptional. The price is also quite fair considering the location. Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional bubble tea experience! The variety of flavors is impressive, and the tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy. The cozy ambiance adds to the delight. A must-visit for any bubble tea enthusiast!

I really like your boba drinks and every weekend I go there, I'd like to know why you stop selling milky Milo drink and chocolate boba. It was one of my favorites so far.

I really like bouble tea but this one was not really good. The first time(mango tea) was really sweet, and dident taste like mango, more like a lemon or something. Then, i gave it a second try, andy I tried milk boubke tea, but it was not good eather. Sorry. Tapioka was good

Line is slow af and the lemon honey green tea was actually the weirdest (aka worst) tea I've had in my life, tasted super weird. The navigli location is good though

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had! 1. The “original” bobba is perfect and not too sweet. 2. Paper cap and straw! Excellent!

The best bubble fruit tea I had in Italy and thats come from an asian (we love bubble teas). The traditional milk tea is a so-so. The price is a little high but it was worthy

Top notch Bubble Tea! Though prepare for a 10-15min lineup. My favorites: Vanilla Latte Machiato with extra Espresso and Tapioca and the Mango Fruit Slush with Tapioca. Mhhhh ....

The flavoured tapioca balls were horrible and very not authentic in my opinion hence I give this review. I need to try the standard tapioca balls to leave a better review.

I got the mango and passion fruit bubble tea here. Hands down one of the best I've had. Also I think I've visited all bubble tea stores in Milan so trust me 😉

We tried 5 Bubble Tea places in Milan, this one comes 6th. I tried the ginger lemon tea one, unfortunately, they forget lemon, tea and sugar. It ended up barely drinkable. Perhaps I didn't take the best one. I do not recommend to try this place, but if you still want, avoid the ginger drinks!

The tea tastes just fine but with lots of tapioca. Easy to find. Near to Duomo metro station.

  • 1/5 Hocus P. 1 year ago on Google
Worst bubble tea of Milan. We thought it was good because the queue line was big, so it seemed lile a popular spot. We ordered two bubble tea there and both were absolutely disgusting : no sugar, no taste of tea, tapiocca pearls weren't chewy, they were too soft. If you want to try good bubble tea, you should go to the Chinatown district.

I ordered a caramel machiatto with tapioca pearls room temperature. Before giving me my drink, they noticed that they added ice by mistake. They reopened it, threw it in a new cup without the ice, added MORE MILK, and closed it. When they gave it to me, it didn’t have tapioca pearls so i gave it back. They opened it for a THIRD TIME and added the pearls. It tasted like milk only. Horrible.

  • 2/5 Angela H. 1 year ago on Google
The service was good but the milk tea is not the one you would normally get in Asia. Very blend and don’t have much flavor, not made by real milk.

  • 2/5 Ivanna R. 1 year ago on Google
The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had! I know this sounds harsh but I have had some bad ones before. I ordered Taro which tastes like tasteless cardboard and on top of this they put aloe Vera instead of lytchee jelly was also another tasteless disappointment. Wish I tried it before leaving the shop. Chocolate Matcha, Caramel Coffee was good though!
