Super excellent ice-cream and exceptional service 👌. Highly recommended! The lady even offered me sample of quality chocolates for tasting.

The ice cream was tasty, but since I opted for a small portions, I would not recommend to complement it with the decorations (the interior of the cup is covered by chocolate and crushed nuts) as it spoiled the taste of the ice cream. This is my personal opinion, though.

Excellent gelateria but not the best. Double the price of most places. There are notably better places in Milano only a portion of the price. If your only in the area for a day and seeing the duomo however, id would recommend.

Ice cream just normal. Not worthy to stay in a big queue and pay so much (3.7 very small portion, 4.6 normal). Pistachio had very little nut taste. No place to sit. Not a big choice of flavours, almost only nutty.

Wonderful experience here. It was by far the best gelato I had while visiting the city. The chocolates are good too!

Simply a fabulous gelato store! The service was fast and simple. The ice cream was one of the best I’ve EVER had for a very decent tourist price ($6-$10). Can’t recommend this spot enough as you soak in the delights of this historical area!

Meeting my favorite gelato directly in its country of origin was an extraordinary experience for me. Just imagine, I'm used to eating Venchi only in Indonesia, now I can taste it directly in Italy. I first met Venchi when I was living in Jakarta, Indonesia. It's one of the premium gelatos with a variety of delicious, authentic variants. And it was quite a surprise when I accidentally saw the Venchi signage right beside Hard Rock Cafe during a visit to Milano's Piazza Del Duomo area. It definitely made it impossible for me to resist trying the original flavors. Even though the temperature outside was 1°C. What's interesting is that the prices are almost the same as in Indonesia, of course, with almost as good quality!

Probably one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. But also the most expensive. And for the price I paid, the quantity wasn’t worth it, even for top-notch ingredients as they claim (which I can very well believe). The three “scoops” together were like a single scoop in the ice cream world. As for the staff, I wouldn’t say they were unfriendly to me. But there was something missing from the experience of being served.

Yum, great gelato place. The pistachio is great and so is the chocolate (there are a few types). We went early, at around 10.30am and there was no queue at all.

Gelato good but rude and judgemental staff which ruined the experience. You do not feel welcome at all as a tourist, especially given this is a central tourist destination. I saw 4 large families leave without waiting due to the rudeness and aggressive tone from staff when it was busy. Such a shame!

Waited in the queue for over 30 minutes. €6.8 for 4flavors in the big cup. Not worth it. pistachio flavor was sold out, not many choice left. I tried 3 other gelaterias nearby, none is worse but all better — not melted. Go to any other save your time and money. I posted photos so you know I did go and try.

Tried the dark caviar with orange and 80% dark velvet gelato. It was sooo good. The dark chocolate blend smoothly with the hint of orange so it doesn’t taste too heavy and refreshing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. You can tried some flavors before deciding which one to order. Highly recommend this if you’re in Milan.

I tried first time and the pistachios flavor was speaking to my soul so i had to try it again, show out the cashier he was on fleek and that’s why i wanted to go back ❤️❤️

Place is near Duomo.. ice cream tastes fantastic.. try mango.. and pistachio.. please on a biscuit cone and enjoy.. staff is super nice and welcoming 💜

While I would describe the gelato as average, the overall experience of the shop is great. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, largely due to the two hardworking ladies behind the counter. Despite the long line, they worked quickly and efficiently. Their dedication was truly impressive. The organization is lucky to have such hard-working employees who make the entire experience wonderful for their customers.

Small Venchi store, but lovely staff. As a Belgian I have to admit their chocolate is really good. Now they're mostly famous for their gelato. And since chocolate is their core business, I really recommend their chocolate flavours. Yes, flavourS, they have multiple chocolate flavours! During winter I also recommend their delicious hot chocolate, which is freshly made.

I stumbled across this quaint shop on my stroll through Milan. I was in dire need of a crepe and luckily I was in luck! This was my first time navigating the bustling environment that was Milan, and I must say that Pedro (the staff member that served me) really made the entire vacation worth it. He was full of jokes and made the entire interaction wholesome and lively. If I could I would return to this location just for his service. Everyone needs a Pedro in their lives.

One of my favorite gelattos. The cremino flavour (hazelnut flavor) is my favorite.

Literally THE BEST ice cream I’ve ever tasted! So good that I’ve visited the store two days in a row. I can't remember the names, but I highly recommend the ice cream with nougatine. The two men who served me were friendly and good-humoured. And that, as you’ve probably already experienced, is rare in Milan ;)

Fantastic place! The ladies behind the counter were super nice and answered all of my questions about their vegan products. In this store the chocolate that covers the cone is not vegan. The cone itself is. The flavours available are mango, strawberry, and dark chocolate. The chocolate was very rich and delicious. The chocolate medallion they put on top is also vegan. 10/10 would go again.

The best way to start your holiday in Milan is with this local fan favorite Venchi Gelato! With several locations your sure to have it several times while in Italy! We love it! Nom nom!

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. And I’m ice cream obsessed! I’m going back every day while visiting Milan. This is truly a must. Don’t lose your time waiting in line at Amorino. Just walk a few more steps and you won’t regret it.

we strolled across the store and were served by zineb and mike who were very friendly and inviting! i tried the giandiitto antica ricetta and chocoviar pistacchio chocolates which were delicious! very authentic and good quality chocolate! i also had the straciatella and cocoviar gelato (with chocolate spread and hazelnuts in the tub) which was amazing! definitely recommend!

Their pistachio flavour is absolutely sublime. My second in 2 days. Everyday 1 makes me a happier person 😂
