What a big surprise! I got a good price for the high season as I booked early in the winter. I was there this summer with my daughter and was afraid from the commentary for the room size and other comments on the rooms in Milan in general. The room was PERFECT, big enough and has all what we need. The bathroom also was big enough and the all very clean. We arrive early and Claudio who was most of the time made us a check in early so we got better room giving to the inside section which was ok for us. The hotel was quite. Better to take the breakfast as to compare with cafés beside the price was fair and we had choices and good coffee and espresso made special to us. My daughter was free since she's under 12. The location is also perfect 1 minute near the metro, 2 minutes from the castle and 5 minutes from all touristic attractions. Also near a pedestrian street where you can find lot of cafés, restaurant and shops. The Wifi was also good so we were not disconnected from the world. All the staff were nice and servable and would like to thank the wake up call guys who replace and the lady who was preparing the crepes and coffee. I recommended this hotel to many friends and will recommend you as well.

Clean rooms with AC, free WiFi, very comfortable firm beds and pillows, the blanket's cover is a little bit wierd for me. The staff can speak english and they are very helpful.

Great hotel super near to everything you must see in Milan (walk distance!). Also super nice staff and have a purified water service that I found perfect idea! Only thing is that our shower had a curtain that didn’t reach the floor so water went to the floor and that was dangerous! Hope they solve this soon!

We were surprised with how good it was! The front desk was very helpful when we checked in, and we never had any problems during the four days we stayed here. A special compliment to the breakfast staff! Susanna who made cappuccino and omelette every morning was superb! Always happy and friendly and a very good cook! The breakfast in general was above expectations with hot and cold food and fresh fruit every morning.

Great hotel, rooms where nice and clean. Personal was nice and has a great breakfast selection. The view from the room was not the best but it makes up for it by being so close to the city center

A small and modest hotel. Great service and even better location! Walking distance from the center, the metro and the main street which has lots of restaurants and places. equal price.

The staff helped us in a difficult situation when our luggage was lost at the airport. We are sincerely grateful to the employees for their help and the warm atmosphere in the hotel.

Small and charming boutique hotel, The rooms are not big but spacious and clean , Reasonable price for the area ,the hotel staff are charming, especially Sofia, good breakfast. The hotel is on a quiet street but right in the center of things, up to 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and most of the main attractions. There is a metro and an electric train right next to the hotel.

Liked the position and the hotel. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was continental, and good. Beds are comfortable. Room is very hot at night, window has to remain closed due to noise and Aircon does not work. Very difficult to get a decent night's sleep.

Booked this hotel 2 days before our trip as it was the best location for our budget. It was fantastic! The location is a short walk from the duomo but close to bars, restaurants, sites and shops. The room was small but lovely and modern and the bathroom was great. The size wasn't an issue as we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful Milan. We were able to check in two hours early and the staff we fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good location, 8 min walking distance from Duomo and only few steps away from Castello Sforzesco. The hotel is in a quiet area, it's clean and the staff is nice.

Amazing hotel on a great location. The reception worker Davide saved our day when our luggage broke down by finding us some last minute duct tape. He was a great host and I recommend this hotel!

Awful place and terrible service. The receptionist doesn't know english. Also, as soon as we picked up the room keys, we wanted to wash our hands, after which it turned out that the pipe was removed and water spilled over the floor. Next day when we came back to the room there was a broken hook with towels. Last day we noticed water running from the ceiling. Additionally, we had a sad situation, because we left our backpack in the restaurant next door, it is sad that no one wanted to help us with the backpack. We wanted to pay for the hotel for pick up the backpack from the restaurant, which was 200 meters away from hotel. We can't do this because we had to go to train, but next day our friend will be there and pick it up, but the hotel didn't want to help us... I understand, but they could offer us some help. I don't recommend it!

Best option in this area. Location is perfect front desk are very very helpful. Highly recommend it would definitely stay there again
