    Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 star. Wanted to see a doctor for my kid who had fever for 3 days despied negative covid test but have been told we will be denied entry if he has temperature over 37.5! What kind of medical center will refuse sick patient? Shame on you!

    dont go to this place ! i would give it 0 starts if it would be possible. we went there to do a CPR test for Me my wife and my 1 year old daughter in order to travel. We prepaid Online and so when we arrived there i was told that it’s gonna take 4-5 working days until the results are out. When booking the apointment online i did not see that it would take so long (since the pcr can not be older then 72 hours in order to be valid to enter a country). So we realized that it’s not gonna make any sense to do the tests since the results would arrive so late. So i kindly asked the Woman at the reception if we could get a refund (164€) and she told me that it was not possible due to the 24h cancellation policy. There was absolutley nothing they could do about it ! So nobody lifted a finger in this Center not the Doctor or the people at the Lab, nobody at all since we did not get tested . When asking them if it would be possible to do a rapid test it was also not possible, we would have to book it seperatley and pay for it again even tough they took 164€ from us ! It was the 28 of December right after Xmas in the most dificult Year of 2020 and instead of ‘helping’ and just giving us a refund they did nothing. It’s truly sad the times we live in and how it’s just a business and nobody cares at all, for sure not at this place. MERRY XMAS TO ALL OF YOU !!

Non mi ha minimamente chiesto cosa dovessi fare ed io volevo solo prendere informazioni per un eventuale appuntamento ho chiesto inoltre se aveva una mascherina in dotazione per i clienti e mi ha risposto che ovviamente loro non ne sono dotati. Essendo un centro privato davvero un pessimo servizio soprattutto per la grande maleducazione e poca collaborazione riscontrati alla reception

Una nota di merito all'infermiera che fa i prelievi del sangue, non so se sia sempre lei ma ho sempre trovato la stessa, incredibile come l'ago non si senta minimamente, mai avuto segni ed è pure velocissima!

    Specialist centers with various choices of opening hours and doctors. I must say that on the site you can really choose well who to visit, as there is a complete list of doctors located in each location. All competent. I don't give 5 stars for two reasons: sometimes it happens that doctors do a visit too quickly, without checking for other pathologies related to the situation...just enough time for the visit and off you go...second reason, prices are increasing too often! The great thing about the place was its high quality and convenience... it would be a shame if it were to go missing. For the rest everything is coordinated, clean... it should also open in Rome...

    Very disappointed by the attitude, no flexibility, no desire to help. We could not find a place for a molecular Covid test express so we booked a normal, paid online and then at the reception tried to see if there is any space to do an express one. No possibility, money were not refunded, no empathy, moreover paid on top to do a rapid one (with quite some effort). It does not say when booking that you lose your money if God forbids you need to change anything; the only possibility is to postpone by one week. Thanks a lot, never again, will drop my account immediately. I understand the policy but the attitude is really what bothers me.

    Customer service and reception very helpful but the nurse that took the swab test was very unprofessional, doing the test I think not correctly which I was surprised the result was available. She put the swab in my nose pushing as hard as she could, even if I was trying to tell he to slow down as she was hurting me. Worst nurse ever. She had black air and not sure if she was Asian. If the management want to check who she is my patient code is C000819569 and I took the test on the 11/06/2021

    I did rapid COVID test in this center to recieve a green pass. And after 24 hours i still havent recieved nothing. Only printed negative result with which i cant even take a flight i need. Super "fast" and "efficient" service!

    Pessima accoglienza . La receptionist sotto mi ha mandato su senza manco guardarmi in faccia. Ho chiesto devo prendere il numero e ha risposto di no . Arrivo al piano per l’accettazione e la prima cosa che mi chiedono è stato il munerino . Quanto al medico che mi ha visitato, prima ha risposto a messaggi sul cellulare, poi a quanto pare mi ha fatto una visita con un extra controllo senza informarmi. Morale mi sono vista addebitare extra soldi senza manco specificare per cosa, sulla mia forma di pagamento registrata nel loro sito . Impossibile parlare con loro perché alle 17 di venerdì c’è già la segreteria. Il medico avrebbe dovuto informarmi del costo aggiuntivo. Non esiste che mi addebitino costo così . Peraltro senza fattura ! Prima e ultima volta !!!

    Veloci, precisi. Bell'ambiente. Ho prenotato facilmente, mi sono trovata molto bene. In particolare ottima impressione della dottoressa Mariotti D'Alessandro ( neurologa ). Professionista empatica, precisa, con il dono dell'ascolto del paziente. Molto brava e scrupolosa. Unico appunto per la struttura: temperatura tropicale. Nella sala di attesa faceva così caldo che mi mancava l'aria.

    My wife and I arrive in the waiting room and take the check-in number. We wait and when the display should call our number, it calls two numbers later (a total of three numbers were missed). After protesting and accepting, we waited in vain for an hour without anyone calling us. We had to ask for a refund with cancellation of the appointment, also because we had the car parked on blue lines to be picked up by a certain time. Result: money spent on parking on blue lines near the metro, money spent on metro tickets and a lot of wasted time. Thanks, at least we know where not to book anymore!

    Odontoiatria : ho chiesto un preventivo per problemi seri non carriette, come leggo in certe recensioni di gente che ha i soldi da buttare e che se le inventa le carie, vergogna !. Molto accurati ed esaustivi , ho avuto ben 2 visite e 3 preventivi con medici molto accurati e competenti . Prezzi medio- alti, per me troppo alti e quindi sto pensando di fare altre visite.

    Stamane dovevo effettuare una visita privata con un endocrinologa della struttura, per poi effettuare un ago aspirato con biopsia convenzionato con Unisalute, la signora dello sportello accettazione mi comunica che il documento di Unisalute non è corretto in quanto riporta solo la richiesta della Biopsia, quindi o pagavo € 150,00 per farlo privatamente (ovviamente visita preventiva da loro richiesta obbligatoriamente a parte) oppure chiamare Unisalute per far modificare la richiesta. Chiamo Unisalute nel giro di pochi minuti e le impiegate si parlano tra loro, anche perché il documento era corretto!!!! Morale la "Gentile" signora dell'accettazione mi comunica che ormai non c'è più tempo perché la Dottoressa è passata oltre con gli appuntamenti! Stendo un velo pietoso, una notte insonne per questo esame doloroso, permesso al lavoro di due ore e non fare l'esame per una persona inadeguata ed incompetente. Ho sbagliato a non rivolgermi ad un superiore, ma di principio l'esame li' non lo avrei comunque più eseguito. Le persone sono essere Umani, non macchine per far soldi! Cara "Signora" impari a stare al mondo, non si gioca con la salute delle persone.

Mi ha dato e confermato la diagnosi in 5 minuti, nonostante abbia negato di avere i sintomi che mi ha elencato. Pochissima fiducia in questo centro, eviterò e consiglio di evitare.

    Girls at check in below totally incompetent. I arrive 10 minutes late and they make me miss my first appointment. For the second appointment they are 40 minutes late, I ask and it turns out that the girls at the reception desk had not accepted me. Incredible...the only St. Augustine so disorganized...change the people who don't work.
