EXTREMELY rude staff. They assumed that I don't speak italian (which I do) because I said hi in english and immediately started commenting on my looks and laughing at me. This is not the first time as the same thing happened to me a few months ago. I assumed that it was an individual incident but I guess not. Super arrogant girls for absolutely no reason. I had the intention of buying a few pieces but left as soon as I felt disrespected as a customer. I'll for sure never come back as I would rather buy Westwood pieces somewhere where the workers are professional and kind.

I love Vivienne Westwood, I have several pieces and even had the chance to work closely with her team a few years ago. Sadly the staff at the Milan boutique is the rudest I have ever came across. Who do they think they are ? I was planning to buy a couple of things but I left. They’re ruining the shop.

My friend loves this brand so much. But rather limited collection in this store seems.

Unfortunately, the woman staff made mistake for my passport number and I couldn’t tax refund at the airport. Yesterday I go there to buy some jewelries and asked the woman staff. She was not friendly at all and took lots of time to take products. When I went out from the shop, she didn’t even look at me and say “bye” with her back turned. She asked me my nationality, so I wonder if she did like that intentionally. Anyway I love Vivienne Westwood, but I’m so disappointed with the woman staff and this store.

Went there for the second time in 1.5 years and on both occasions the staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming & it did not seem like they wanted to do their job. They were on constantly on their phone & had no interest in proactively helping or consulting the customers in any way; this behaviour is truly unacceptable, especially since Vivienne Westwood is considered to be a high end fashion brand.

Went to get a specific item for my daughter, got it, and left. Service was decent and welcoming. When I was trying to show the item of jewellery to my daughter on a Whatspp call and it was repeatedly disconnecting, the staff offered their WiFi, which was quite helpful.

U can get the orb necklaces there!! I loved it really much, Ive been wanting a Vivi necklace for so long, im happy that i could finally get it. This was my dream necklace since half a year. Now when i look at it, it reminds me of Milan and brings good memories. The jewelry is good quality, but dont spray perfume on it, it could possibly damage it. The staff was really nice and could speak english very well.

Always a pleasure at Vivienne Westwood. I have now been to 6 of the Vivienne stores and this is one of my favorites. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I went to get a pair of earrings as a gift and left with more than expected. Can’t wait to return.

Store is fantastic, most of the staff were lovely, a few were a bit stand offish but I think that's maybe just to seem upmarket and edgy, would recommend to any vivienne westwood fan

Went in to this store, walked around and no one approached us to assist us. (I let it go and continued to pick out what I wanted) when I was ready to purchase my 5 items I had decided on, I asked a woman if she worked there and she scoffed and responded in a rude tone “would I be rearranging clothes if I didn’t” so I said ok thank you and left the store. I was so excited to shop but the staff was rude, no one helped, and when I did ask for assistance I was treated so poorly, I love vivienne Westwood but experienced like this turn people off of not just the location but the brand as a whole.
