My winning ticket got stolen and all employees did there best not to pay, management also tried so hard not to pay they know 100% I made the bet and I didn't move from my place after my bet. It was 100% stolen No security no honesty and no care, I don't understand how a betting place has a very weak security not safe place to bet. They refuse to open cameras, we are not talking about few euros but over a 1400 euros of stolen bet.

Friendly staff, very smooth registration. Though mostly the staff don't speak English. Most of the visitors are Italian, with no international visitors. Location with a spectacular view
