The most disappointing restaurant I've been in my whole life... I'm writing this in English, but know that I'm Italian FOOD: Maybe I was just unlucky with my choices, but nothing I ordered could be considered delicious. Believe me, I'm someone who literally eat everything and likes to enjoy even the simplest of food, but all these dishes look so pretty but taste so bad. The appetizer wasn't that bad BAD actually, but it kinda tasted meh and for its tininess and price I'd say it could improve more. The other two were just hell. The one in the middle looked so nice described on the menu but... I'm sorry to use this word, it was disgusting. I don't even know how they thought of this dish... It tasted like a sour, bitter and fishy plate of grass. Saddest pasta in my life, as trust me I've eaten all kind of pasta from around all over the world. Felt so guilty for wasting food, but couldn't eat more than a few spoonfuls. As for the desert... The main problem was that it was plain salty. And I don't main the "a bit of salt among sweetness" kind of saltines, just plain SALTY since the main creamy part was salty, but the others ingredients weren't sweet at all. PRICE: Maybe they're normal price for these kind of food or place? I don't know but I just totally thought that it was excessive pricey. I mean... Appetizer 12€ Pasta 25€ Desert 9€ That's only for the food, you still need to add the money for the drinks and the table... If you're gonna have to spend so much, just so to another restaurant, Italy has so many good restaurants with greater food and prices. Oh and no cash but cards only, such nonsense. LOCATION: It's not a bad location, but there's no private parking, so you just gotta test your luck with the parkings in front of the restaurant. We were inside so it wasn't so bad, but I saw the tables outside and... My gosh literally tables on the sidewalk, placed between the passing people and the parking lot. Just what. STAFF: Everyone was very friendly and polite, but one of the 2 people who served us didn't know English... Not even the basic, which really is just unacceptable considering the supposedly high standard of the place. Often left us to ourselves, leaving us unattended for most of the time, even when we asked or requested something. SUMMARY: Had very high expectations that were brutally brought down and smashed to pieces. I noticed that the menu changes? So maybe you can try some more delicious food? Because I really hope no one else has to eat the dishes I chose. But, still overly expensive tho. Never tried a vegan restaurant before, but was so disappointed that I really hope they're not all like this one.

This is an ok experience. The food is nice, but lacks taste in general. The restaurant is nice and the ambience is fine - the music is too loud though. Service is not very good, it was like to forgot us from time to time. We did not sit in the main room.

Linfa is a healthy find in Milan among the plentiful of Italian restaurants. Linfa has a tasting menu which I’d recommend to get a full overview of their cuisine. We didn’t try it that day and went for their menu instead. We went on a Friday night so a reservation is a must. Their purple purée was full of flavor and the lacquered cauliflower were extremely filling, while being amazingly spiced. Their tiramisu was presented in a unique way, and definitely one of the best I’ve had.

Great vibes in a chic looking ambience. Definitely something unique. Food was super good. The dishes we loved the most: Polenta starter, the Cashew & Pepe and the Greedy sweet dessert. Staff and service were impeccable. Must try for vegan and non-vegan eaters ;)

The place to go when you can't decide what to eat! Food was tasty and service quick and really friendly. Vegans and gluten free are catered for, especially if you're in the mood for some Japanese-inspired dishes.

Artfully presented, creative plant-based cuisine in sleek, modern, and colorful environs. I was really impressed with my experience here, as were my meat-eating parents. The Caesar salad was filling and delicious (the vegan Parmesan was just like the real thing), and the Roman-style pizza with truffles and plant-based sausage was excellent as well (they didn't skimp on the truffles!). For dessert, we got the selection of patisseries, which included a fruit sorbet, a chocolate mousse tart, and a sort of sweet mousse in a white chocolate coating. The prices are reasonable too: expect to spend about 13-15 euros for an entree and 6-9 euros for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My partner and I are respectively French/Indian and Italian so we were curious to try something different because our cultures are not very vegan friendly (exception with Indian food) Very pretty restaurant with a nice design The food is really good we had: the morbido di polenta, the crema di zucca, the gnocchi with roses, the mushroom risotto, the vegan tiramisu and a bichiere goloso. Beside the gnocchi that were ok-ish but not outstanding enough to explain its price (21 euros), every other dishes were AMAZING. The cocktails are quite overpriced for what it is...Those are Swiss price but the quality is quite average. The atmosphere is quite pretentious and almost unfriendly (very minimum friendliness from the staff)...a bit of warmth and joy would only make the experience better. Our waiter hit my partner nose by accident with a plate...accident happens but a little gesture from the restaurant would have been appreciated to show that they care about the client a bit.

Extraordinary. Very nice ambiance, impeccable service, but – most importantly – extraordinary food. I can’t even mention all the delicious dishes we tried, from appetizers, to perfect pastas, all the way to the absolutely incredible desserts. Whether you are vegan or not, you will enjoy this phenomenal restaurant. There is something for everyone, including plenty of gluten-free options, and a superb wine & drinks list. Not by chance has it become so popular you need to make a reservation to eat here. This is how restaurants should be: so good you can’t wait to go back.

My favourite place in Milan. Gluten free and vegan options abound. Such a unique plant-based sushi menu, as well as standard Italian fare. The sushi burger was a delight!

Absolutely delicious menu!! Enjoyed every single course, especially the risotto and the "salmon" (the lemon gel paired with it was amazing!). I'll definitely come back if I ever visit Milan again!

Possibly the best meal I’ve ever eaten. We ordered the caprese, meatballs, polenta, and focaccia. We also ordered the truffle pasta, the ravioli, and the yellow pesto. Cocktails were incredible. Prices were affordable. The owner and staff were wonderful. I cannot wait to come back again.

I ate here with my vegan girlfriend. We ordered No Salmon sushi & No Tuna Sushi and they were amazing, never tasted vegan fish like and it really surprised me for the best. We also ordered polenta & arenchini and a pasta dish. All were very tasty and special. Also ordered a desert which was perfect as well.

Had seen some of the reviews and wanted to check it out. Some of the best food in Italy period! We tried their beet hummus, Arancini, Cashew e Pepe and risotto. The bread was soft and went amazingly well with the hummus. It did not taste too earthy and had a nice balance with the chickpeas. Arancini especially with their sauce was quite nice! The cashew e pepe was creamy and a delight to savor in the mouth. The true star of the night was the risotto. I’ve always struggled to find vegan flavorful risottos that weren’t full of mushrooms. This one had it all and the touch to balsamic vinaigrette sealed the deal. Would skip the sushi rolls as it just didn’t feel as flavorful in comparison with the other dishes. The staff was attentive and caring in seating us and taking our orders. The ambiance was quite modern, unique and stood out in their color choices. Would highly recommend folks to try Linfa!

Incredible experience! We had the 6 course tasting menu which was a variety of delicous foods, lovely arranged by the chefs. Also the service was great, especially the waiter who makes his own coffee liquor was very friendly and played a huge part in our experience. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a fine dinner in a new (vegan) way!

Amazing food, atmosphere and wine pairings. Eating here is like looking at awe inspiring art with your taste buds. Go for the wine pairing totally worth it! It's definitely a premium experience. Servers were professional and friendly, they just seemed like great people. I Can't say enough awesome things about our experience. 100000000 out of 10, highly recommend.

This was a restaurant we also visited in september. And now that we are in Milan for three days during our interrail we was sure to go back! Everything vegan, and really inspiring tastes! We had the vegan vitello tonnato and foccaccia for starters. Golden pesto and a pasta filled with "sardins" and artichoke for mains. Dessert and cocktails to finish it of. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended!

Very fancy vegan place. Get the foccacia, it won't disappoint. Staff very friendly and gave excellent advice on pairing wines. Well priced for quality and quantity.

Fantastic food and atmosphere! I’m not a vegan, but the food was as enjoyable to me as it was to my vegan girlfriend. The the food was high quality, was delivered quickly, and paired well with my fresh pressed juice. The virtual menu has multiple language options, and the staff was patient with English speaking patrons.

My partner and I found Linfa on HappyCow and decided to pay it a visit during a weekend trip to Milan. We booked the latest possible time slot and we arrived a bit late but the staff member (her name was Chiara, I believe) still managed to find a table for us and let us dine even though the kitchen was about to close. Everything we ordered was pretty good and well-presented. The service was quick and efficient, and prices are fair. I really liked the coffee too. The restaurant looked fancy & modern. We would definitely recommend Linfa and we will certainly be back when in Milan again.

Amazing flavours AND vegan, beautiful presentation and staff. LOCATION central Milan close to tram and metro, surrounded by shops and other cafes. STAFF beautiful, professional and friendly. AMBIANCE chic and elegant - gold plates, linen napkins, uniquely designed cutlery. FOOD gorgeous presentation and so many lovely flavours, and menu has “sushi”, pizzas, and more, and nice selection of wines, cocktails & beer (including IPA). PRICES fair for the venue and Milan.

It’s a bit pricey, but worthy. definitely a must for vegans or non-vegans. I loved the Caesar Salad and the Like the Rocher was probably one of the best desserts I have ever had.

Very good food. Good variety and unique plates. Great service. Nice ambiance maybe a little too bright for a dinner but still very pleasant.

Special place in one of the most vibrant areas of Milan. I can only describe the menu and the quality of the ingredients as top notch. Great attention to details...

Outstanding experience throughout the whole evening! Amazing food with seasonal ingredients. It’s nice to see a vegan restaurant that isn’t only burgers and fries. Beautifully decorated, excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely dine here again!!

Un’esperienza incredibile e un’esplosione di sapori in ogni piatto! Una nota di grande merito anche per i cocktail analcolici! Dall’antipasto al dolce è stato un viaggio che…rifaremo il prima possibile! Personale super disponibile, cordiale e accogliente. L’atmosfera è piacevole e rilassante Voto 10!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, fine food, very young people. Simple but well-kept aperitif, maybe portions to increase. Great and quality drinks, I will stay here again. One observation, more privacy for customers, too many questions! KeepIT

Over-priced and underwhelming food and service. Main dishes are priced around €20 but really lack in both taste and creativity. I’d rather not eat differently!

Much worse than I expected. The service was incredibly slow (what I heard most was "I will ask my colleagues" when asking waiters for anything), and although it might be a modern vegan take on many dishes- we ordered 4 different firsts, 4 different mains and desserts, and none of us could claim it was more than you could get at a ready-to-eat supermarket meal. The sushi was nice, and so was the ice cream- but the best dish was the bread. Good vegan food can be found in Berlin or Tel Aviv, but I'm afraid Milan might not currently compete. Food: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 2/5
